701  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any way to destroy the bitcoin? on: October 24, 2017, 03:59:04 AM
Is there any way to destroy the bitcoin?  Not to hack or fake it but completely destroy the system.
i think to destroy bitcoin is to hack the block chain because that is the core of a cryptocurrency like bitcoin. but is not an easy thing to do since the blockchain is design with high security a cryptic system and it is decentralised that even a government cannot control it.
Are you sure about that? I do not think that will ever happen. because basically already too many hackers are trying to hack bitcoins but they can not. There may still be a way to destroy bitcoin, by destroying the entire internet network that exists in the world. So everyone will not look for bitcoin and from time to time the bitcoin will be forgotten and destroyed by itself.
702  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Financial Crisis and Safe Havens on: October 24, 2017, 03:51:00 AM
I am in a similar position as you right now. But I'm probably going to be investing more into crypto rather than precious metals, I believe there is more potential going forward.
Ultimately there will be a financial crash but the question is when it will happen. I don't know how you are so certain that it will happen in 8-10 years. I don't know either but it may be coming our way sooner than expected. After I will be looking to buy some cheap real estate.
No one will ever know when the accident occurred, I think he is very confident that can say 8-10 years. But I know that an accident will happen if it really is a world economic crisis. I may think a little too much, but I also do not know when it will happen. Very difficult if only seen from the speculation over what happened.
703  Economy / Speculation / Re: everyone says Bitcoin will tank after Gold fork. What if it's opposite? on: October 24, 2017, 03:35:46 AM
what if instead, people sell their bitcoin gold and use the funds to buy more bitcoin?  Cool
Of course, people would be more interested in buying more bitcoin than bitcoin gold. maybe, bitcoin gold will not be like bitcoin cash can even be so bitcoin gold price is much smaller than bitcoin cash. I just try to think as simple as possible.
704  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to Reach 10,000.00 $ on: October 23, 2017, 01:37:22 PM
As Bitcoin has touched and passed the 6,000.00 $ mark researchers and the investment communities and media are all talking. The talk is that they see Bitcoin going above 10,000.00 in the near future. I talked about this last week and was talking about 24,000.00 . So it looks like I am not to far off in my look to the future.

To me the opportunity is wide open to the sky.....
$ 10,000? wow, do you know what is the cause of the rise of the fantastic bitcoin price? Please let me know, because I do not have enough knowledge to speculate there. I do not know what the cause is, but all I know is the bitcoin price fluctuates and will not forever keep going up, I think maybe 2018 will be the time for bitcoin down. Of course, everyone wants that to happen. But we never know how bitcoin works to raise or lower the price.
705  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 50 Bitcoins in 1 Year Blog. Thoughts? on: October 23, 2017, 01:19:56 PM
Hi everyone,

I've been trading crypto currencies for a couple months now and since its been going well for me, I thought about creating a website to document my crypto trades for the next year. My goal is to make 50 bitcoins in a year starting tomorrow. It may sound crazy to most but I do believe it is possible.

I plan on sharing my daily trades as well as experimenting with different trading techniques. I will be sharing the losers, the winners and probably some expensive lessons lmao.

Anyways, I'm halfway done creating the website now and thought, would anyone even be interested in following this kind of journey?
I would absolutely love to know. If not, why wouldnt you? Any insight or feedback on what you would personally like to see would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your time  Smiley
I've also been thinking like you, but I never know where to start. Maybe you can inspire me by creating a website like you would. If seen from all this I think maybe your blog will get a lot of good response, at least you can give everyone a good science through your blog.
706  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin can drop 2000$ before end of this year on: October 23, 2017, 01:08:42 PM
nobody knows what can happen in a few months or even weeks from now, it is almost impossible to predict what can happen with the price of something, and less with something so volatile as bitcoin, it is impossible to know that mate.
But based on what are you saying that the price is going to dump that much? i dont know if it is possible, just imagine that the price is upto $6000 at the moment, and $2000 is more than 60% less than ATM price

there will be many victims who have been destroyed in their investments if this speculation becomes real. because the fact that a lot of buy bitcoin in this month, and certainly will be a lot of trapped, I'm not expecting this
Will be a ruin for all who buy this month and also invest in it, but if this speculation becomes real it will be very profitable for everyone who does not have and will buy, when bitcoin prices go down. I feel 2018 will not change much, maybe bitcoin can go up or down to 1 or 2 percent.
707  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin $250000 by 2020 if the seven year trend continues on: October 22, 2017, 04:22:38 PM
I agree with most replies. That price seems virtually impossible, but I think the main problem here is that it only takes maths into account and not what could happen in the real world. Bans, regulation, mass adoption, forks, alts gaining dominance... there are so many events that can affect price that to take only maths into account is like building castles in the air.
Obviously not possible, what does OP think about 2020 bitcoin prices reach $ 250,000? Where does this data come from? 2014 we have seen a very significant decline, will not forever continue to grow. This is one of the definite laws. If you experience a soaring surge there will be a very big decline as well, if prices continue to increase, chances are people will completely switch to earn bitcoin. Obviously this will cause a very bad effect in the world of cryptocurrency, well you are right this is like building a castle in the air.
708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hold more Bitcoin or Buy Altcoin in the red zone on: October 22, 2017, 04:23:18 AM
Everyone has their own opinions, what they think will be profitable. I myself choose to buy red zone altcoins instead of buying bitcoins at a time when bitcoin prices are rising. this will gave profit with a short time.
709  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy low sell high? on: October 21, 2017, 02:48:01 PM
This is a trading technique because the market is in a positive condition, by buying at a low price and selling it at a price slightly higher than the purchase price by targeting the price to make a profit. It's so simple you only need to change the bitcoin into your local currency after the bitcoin price goes back down, you re-buy bitcoin with the local currency you use.
in fact every person want to use the same strategy but some time it become difficult when they trapped by panic selling and instead of making money they even lose their money. and specially those people who are very new in bitcoin trading and when the price start decreasing they cannot dare to hold and even sell their bitcoin in lost.
Sometimes people will think again to take action to buy when prices fall, the reality is not too difficult in trading, but if you buy at a low price you have to hold it for a while so you generate greater profits, but a little risky. We need a new breakthrough strategy to give us an advantage.
710  Economy / Speculation / Re: $6000 comming through on: October 21, 2017, 01:45:29 PM
It seems that bitcoin will remain at $ 6000 until the end of this year, I do not know if bitcoin will continue to increase after a hard fork, but chances are, bitcoin will lower its price after a hard fork, maybe The future will continue to increase to $ 7000 - $ 10,000.
Let's enjoy this moment.

715  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to MIne Bitcoin? on: October 19, 2017, 06:33:45 AM
Usually there are people who sell hardware and software packages for mining, you just run it. But I think it takes a lot of capital, so I do not recommend it. You have to assemble your own CPU, so you will know how you generate bitcoin this way. You need to buy Asics antminer to do mining and there is still much to know, read more about mining on the website.
716  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC drop after fork 25th on: October 19, 2017, 06:15:08 AM
At the moment nobody can predict what may happen within 8 days, but nobody knows how will the market react to it. But it was time to see a downtrend since it was up for a lot of time, and has been rising in price very fast. I think that the price of btg will be around 150 dollars or maybe a little more but it all depends on how the market reacts once everyone receives their coins.
This speculation is a speculation that I like, because here we will find a lot of opinions. Many will say bitcoin will drop after a hard fork and many people say bitcoin will increase more than before. I agree with your opinion, of course we will never know and we will not be able to predict it. It is clear that BTG prices will not reach like the price reached by bitcoin.
717  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day Trading or HODLING on: October 19, 2017, 06:03:16 AM
When I first started day trading crypto earlier this yeah in low 1k's for BTC and about 80-90 for ETH I started making ridiculous amounts of profit and fast! I was mostly using Kraken, which I wont even get into how shit that platform is but anyways as im sure most are aware the massive correction/dip/crash whatever you want to call it wiped out majority of the profit earned prior.

I was forced to learn the hard way that if I had just held those original investments, no leverage, no day trades I would have made 10x more in the long-term. How many of you have experienced this same thing over the last 8 months???

Interested to see the perspectives, specifically with alts...
Day trading and holding are both profitable. Those two are really effective to gain more money but for me, it is better to use holding than the day trade. Many people became rich because of holding many coins.
\
Everyone has their own trading strategy, I myself choose daily trading, because we can know what will happen in the market, if you think everyone can get rich just because holding it. But what if you expect it does not happen at all? I mean, if you buy a coin for $ 100 and you hold it, but in reality trading in the market is very bad, and the price drops drastically. So what will you do? Still holding? Or do you sell it with a loss?
718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum & Litecoin Huge Growth Potential on: October 19, 2017, 05:45:36 AM
ethereum is the most powerful can replace bitcoin in the future, but there will be a lot of things ethereum must have to get there. If bitcoin has been exhausted out there, then the number 1 priority is ethereum to replace it. Currently the price of ethereum in large markets ranges from $ 300- $ 350, we as ethereum users believe if ethereum could reach more than $ 500
719  Economy / Speculation / Re: Selling Bitcoin on: October 18, 2017, 12:15:16 PM
I'm a week into this whole bitcoin thing so be easy on me. I wonder why you would ever sell a BTC ... For example: you buy 100 dollars worth of BTC but the price drops drastically. Why would you sell it when its that low? You KNOW it's going to go up again. You could wait a month (for example), the price will be up again. Or am i totally wrong here?
You're not wrong about this, because bitcoin fluctuates so we think you're right. Sometimes people feel panic when bitcoin prices drop by up to a few percent, but still sell it even though they lose because they tend to fear bitcoin does not return to its original price. This is called panic selling.
720  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is an asset or currency. on: October 18, 2017, 07:38:02 AM
I hear from many sources that btc is used for trading much more than it is for goods and services; doesn't that make it an asset ??
and is that necessarily a bad thing ?? and what can we do about it as a community ??
Depending on everyone looking at what bitcoin, I myself think bitcoin as a digital asset is no more, because bitcoin is very fluctuating, but if you see bitcoin currency can also be said like that but not all services receive bitcoin payment.
Buy and save it for sale later in the future, who knows the future of bitcoin could reach $ 100,000  Cheesy
