As an Investor and for all interested in this project i guess its fair to get some answers from you, the opair team.
Verification of legitimacy would resolve a lot of question marks and doubts!
Also! What if the project doesnt get the estimated 700BTC needed? Refund? Second ICO? Less developement?
Martini we set this before the ico starts: We believe it is a realistic goal to achieve and we are optimistic about this. But in case of failure to reach that goal, there are two possibilities as determined by the community at the time. 1) Carry out a second phase to raise the remaining amount or 2) launch Opair with the final amount collected but in that case some of the initial features will be cut. no if you are going to do a second phase ico, i will ask Escrow to refund my BTC. Im sure noone will want to wait again for you to get the Total 700BTC which is far too much for a project like this with no clear view of Team. you can use some of the ICO like you said to buy cheap OPAIR for your development. You have no right to cut any feature because that is not what I invested for. |

lol i guess you dont know what Escrow is. They cannot just launch a basic wallet and Escrow release their funds like that because they never stated a basic wallet in their thread and OP. Escrow will need to see a working product from what they are working on prior launching the ICO. I did not invest because of a basic wallet. Ok, you're more noob than you look. I'm going to explain you. They promised many features to his project (like ALL of the project on the forum). For this they need the ICO funds. So, all these features will take a while to get officially launching. The escrow only will checks if the creators of the project make correctly the distribution of the coins to investors. Once it is ready, the funds are released so that developers can work/hire people/marketing/etc. lol you first need to do some basic study on how Escrow work. You are the noob here did i talk about their features? Like i said, Escrow cannot release the funds if they dont have something working out of the box. it is easy to make promises and just release a Standard bitcoin wallet. Escrow is not dumb like you. Go ask SebastianJ how his service work before talking shit. Also i see you might be part of this scam yourself you are supporting them in their wrong doing. |

The dev also didn't use escrow for the funds, this will be a very no-no sign for investors really. The fact that there are already scam coins existing before Opair so this is a warning to all.
Yeah, cause escrow has protected us so much in the past... But at least it give investors a peace of mind in the dev is acting fishy like this one from Opair scam. They refuse to make refunds so how can you trust them? |

What you said has no sense. We still need an Escrow - Please cite which large projects that did not use an Escrow and did not turn out to be a SCAM.
You can make everything up right here and stop calling Investors Post as a FUD. I Invested in your Project and if you are going to call me a FUD and not
bring verified clarification and honesty, I need a refund now. You give me a refund as you do want to use a Escrow or i call this a Scam.
You can see my Username (Rkana) in your list of investors and just refund me from the address i sent the btc.

So this Coin has been abandoned like that? what a shame.  This is the main problem around any new altcoin the developer interest, this may also be an attemptive to get the coins cheaper and then can return and sell the coins more expensive, but its sad to see a such potencial coin dead. I still hope the dev will comeback because i have a bought a load of it. Will continue to hold and see what happens next. |

everyone who already Invested will have the 20M Coins Distributed Proportionally to the Amount of BTC they Sent.
Instead of: [19580940] * (MY AMOUNT OF BTC SENT / TOTAL BTC INVESTED), it will now be [20000000] * (MY AMOUNT OF BTC SENT / TOTAL BTC INVESTED)

phase 2 will actually reward investors with a lot more tokens than those who invested in the first phase, typically not the way ico works.
maybe someone better with numbers can figure out the differential , but it seems substantial

Phase 1 ico investors will not be happy. for sure for sure phase 1 investors got short end... phase 1 investor .15 btc = 1,000 tokens phase 2 investor (as of today) .15 btc = 838,000 tokens but all phase1 investors are also investing in phase2 so what do you say about? huh! and between is there any phase1 investor complaining here? stop trying to make us feel bad. Im totally happy and let see how phase2 will end before mocking us. |
