I have a 370 BTC withdraw that has been nearly 30 hours with nothing visible on the blockchain. I paid a .001 miner fee.

Spoken with support, and they're saying to wait.... This is pretty ridiculous.

He just said in #bitcoin-otc that he doesn't sell BTC to individuals now, only buys from them.

Right.  Dude saw my post before I updated it.

170  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammer - sublime5447 and Bitcoin Friends Facebook group on: September 13, 2013, 04:20:01 PM
MY   Trust: 19: -0 / +23(23)

Your trust actually shows up a 0: -0 / +0 for me which is likely related to how I don't trust the default trust list because I don't trust theymos and instead picked people one can trust their trust ratings to be trustworthy.

I actually see:

Trust: -5: -1 / +0(0) Warning: Trade with extreme caution!

So three different people see 3 different ratings. That's some what inefficient as a feedback and trust system.

Like I said you dont understand how the trust system here works retard
Playing devil's advocate here, but....

In OTC you frequently argued about pp and how it couldnt be charged back, you even called me a 'fucking idiot liar' when i told you ive personally seen chargebacks happen 9 months from date of purchase. Now while that's all in the past, and you have been 'punished' for your actions, there is still an area of concern here.

1. Forum trust, is in no way, shape, or form even close to OTC rep. It's not in the same ballpark, hell it's not even the same sport. There are thousands of accounts here that are sold and traded and leveraged to make scammers look legit.
2. You have multiple people already claiming on your trust here that you've charged back paypal on them. What's up with that?
3. You act very immature, calling people retards, names in OTC, insults on their feedback, etc.

Now, hopefully you can see why some people might not trust you, sublime, and perhaps you can see the err in your ways and fix it up before it gets too bad.

Another dumb ass opens his mouth with out knowing what he is talking about. You are looking at sent feedback you retard. That is people who have charged back on me..
Here, let me take a page out of your book.

Listen up fucko. You have multiple neg marks for scamming in your RECEIVED feedback, you dumb, illiterate dunce. Learn to fucking read before wasting any of our time with your useless drivel, you fucking waste of organic space.

Hopefully, now that i've dumbed it down, it will be an easier concept for you to grasp.

Sublime:  you'd probably be best off responding to KelticFox's 3 questions... This way you're moving forward rather than avoiding.

Yeah, I thought it was pretty odd that someone would REQUIRE me to escrow the coins on LocalBitcoins.  I've never used LB as an escrow service... I mean, my reputation should assuage any issues like that anyway.

The loser even left me a rating on LB saying "Tried multiple times to trade with him, he never had the money his listing stated he had."

What a douche.

Licenses depend on the state.  Some states don't require a license.

What is man without his word Wink thanks for the screenshots, still some mystery to how they sent it without a money transmitter license!

Thank you!

Sorry for bitching.   Tongue

I believe they are registered as an MSB with FinCEN.  Also, I really feel safer with my money in Gox than I do in my US bank at this time... Citibank is denying all bitcoin related activity...
