All of us like we newbie and junior members think that the Legendary are awesome. They earn so much bitcoin and other coins but it's wrong. If you are not able to recover your mail address then you should send a support to bitfinex team saying that "I have lost my mail address but the kyc information are with me. Please verify me again and grant me procession to my account." This may help you but would take you to long process. I think if you haven't done kyc then it might be a problem for you. But try to recover your e-mail address with different method first then try my method.

I think it is not the time for investment but to take profits from leverage trading or altcoin trading. I would prefer to go for leverage trading as now is the time when you can make a lot of profit from it as it is very easy to guess the trend in this market for now.

Government may declare bitcoin as illegal but circulation of cryptocurrency will still be going all over the country and also they can cash out their by selling small parts of their cryptocurrency by converting usd into inr through PayPal or any other providers. Also there are chances of being crypto legal in India as the digital India pattern is being followed. Also their were news that RBI and Reliance both will be introducing crypto coins. Only problem is the taxation system or else all other things are perfect in cryptocurrency to adopt it. Also the court has still not decided whether bitcoin will be legal or illegal. The CEO has clearly stated that they have offices in different location and has also tried to solve the allegation which the article stated but in the end the admin of shitcoinoffering were not replying. Also the people of shitcoinoffering are hiding their faces and not even replying to CEO's answer. They just want to take money from them i think. In the shitcoinoffering telegram channel the admins of bolton coin were dealing with them but no reply came through their side. Also in their allegation thread they replied but no reply came. I live in India and personally believe that India wouldn't face such situation but the points you gave are being followed in India no doubt. But India is growing slowly and steadily. If you compare the corruption chart of previous years from this year you would a great improvement in them. Here are the latest things you should know about India -

2) India is exporting but importing too
3) Educated engineer are being posted in most of the areas
