I would like the OP to understand that there is different between a post trending and a relevant post even a spam post can trend and get numerous post you can check the altcoin discussion section.

 If your post is redundant, does not pass any good message or is a spam not even these step can help it to stay relevant.
Just strive to make a good post in the right section and you would get it relevant .

I think you are confused. There is no trending topics in Bitcointalk, like  there is Reddit.

The forum here is a lot simpler: the last topic to receive a response goes to the top.

But "bumping" the topic all the time with  useless comments makes account get banned... So you can't artificially make it go to the top.

I find most of topics in which the people made self-comments on their post but then also i see them their accounts are not banned. why ?

The forum here is a lot simpler: the last topic to receive a response goes to the top.

I think the meant to write a guide on how to turn your post into a mega thread and attract multitudes of replies. Majority of mega threads turn out to be spam threads though.
Instead of trying to make your post 'trend' try to keep it on topic and relevant for as long as it is required. Use the 'self moderated' and 'lock topic' options when needed.

If the user carefully reads the unofficial rules, he understands that creating such topics (using a capslok) does not bring anything new to the forum. I think you need to reconsider your attitude to the publication of such topics.

I guess you deserve a merit for humor and you need to do research why writing in capslock is not a netiquette.

You should not give replies to every response on your thread,you will only end up typing useless "thank you's",or just simply reiterating what's being said
If you're to reply to responses,you must select specific ones that you need to either corroborate with the op or correct something in it.

Also try to make your post title normal,if it's too colorful it could be annoying to read,even if the content is good

Even if you are posting a topic that has been posted before once you make it original with out taking point or hints from where ever it has been posted you would get attention and also help prevent yourself from plagiarism

You can make your post trending when you make your topic a discussion and interacting topic that is fill with new innovations that can make members of the forum to be curious and want to be part of the contribution . Hence it must be educative because everyone wants to be informed

CAPS are meant shouts here which aren't allowed, hope you won't be banned for this. 
Now, for your info, if a topic (discussed or non-discussed) is somewhat hot in its own genre and has a debate pending (a quality debate and not those bunch of blatant bullshit posts) like How to implement Bitcoins as a payment feature in website (Bitcoin Technical), Real-time Bitcoin price analysis by some Legendary* member in trading with a proven track record (Economics - Speculation), etc.
It truly depends on the intention of an OP whether he/she truly wants a debate or just want to increase his/her post count just to earn an extra penny from their campaign.

* - Not saying about forum rank, but meaning that word literally.
