What wallet app did you use to create this signed message? Not surprising at all if you ask me, he do not act like professional owner of a gambling site since the beginning especially when there was scam accusation against his project.
You may take a look back at the scam accusation thread and see how he replied to the player and other members on that thread.
Seems that his main focus is just to get players as many as possible but do not really want to communicate with the community in a good way.
The owner of the site is acting like too much unprofessional, and you are right on another point too that the owner of the site is trying to get as many user as possible but they do not care why and how people will come to their site.
