Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Josh only an employee of BFL? Don't let one employee ruin a great business opportunity. You should have a talk with the real owners of BFL, whoever they are. They should also fire Josh, what kind of company tolerates their employees making public statements like that? |

BFL has the capacity sitting idle to manufacture ASICs. Avalon has working chips and design. Why not?

If I in theory had a way to get hands on an Avalon or place leverage on someone that had one in their possession, due to personal debt that may or may not be owed directly or indirectly to me, this in no way implies ownership of a Device at this time.
