The credit card issuer did a chargeback for those money today, so the case is closed and the scammer is f@cked up.

the only issue i think is that paypal will close you account for chargwback but not 100% sure
I don't care. Anyway PayPal will not help me to get the money back. I was stupid to think that HDBits.org invite can be bought with less than 150 EUR and to pay as gift without even ask for a proof from the user profile account.

I just talked with the online support from the credit card issuer and they will charge back the money in the next 55 days. No need for PayPal dispute shit.

post proofs, use the proper format, and move this to the scam accusation. and make a dispute, dude. by the way... Selling invites is allowed, but there are some restrictions in order to prevent people from selling accounts and invites obtained through hacking. In order to sell invites or accounts to invite-only sites, you must: - Have some history here, with more history being required for trades of invites/accounts in bulk. Or, - Have substantial history on reputable invite trading forums such as torrentinvites.org which prohibit selling hacked accounts. Or, - Be vouched for by someone from one of the above two categories.
by these rules that thread should not be allowed... or am I wrong? you are correct, newbie, no vouches and no history here Read here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1359015.0

call paypal and request a chargeback even if its sent as a gift you can still recover it. I think you used your credit card to fund your paypal right? Then, yes you can call your credit card company and request a chargeback
Yes, I paid using Paypal, but I didn't have funds on the PayPal account itself, so PayPal used the money from the credit card. Are you sure it's possible to solve the problem by calling the credit card issuer? It's too easy. If you lay out the situation clearly, then yes, it's very possible. Some credit card companies do chargebacks without any apparent reason as well, which is why credit cards are avoided over here on the forum. You should have a good chance at getting your money back. I already asked PayPal for refund, but I will call the Bank. They should be faster. Plus, I don't think that PayPal want to solve the problem, since I send the money as gift, not paid for goods.

Hello, I sent 66 EUR using PayPal, to the user who started this topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1343363.0for a HDBits.org invite, but he didn't send yet the invite. Yesterday I talked to him about this invite and he wanted to send money with the gift option from PayPal. Accidentally, I sent the money using pay for goods, but he refunded immediately. Today I put more money on the credit card, because it take 1-5 days until I will got the money back from PayPal and after I talked with him using emails, I sent him 66 EUR with the option gift from PayPal. He said it will send the invite after several hours, but no sign until now. I sent an email to him but without response. What advice can you do in this case. His name is Sandro Oliveira Matos and have these email addresses: For PayPal: sys77vll@gmail.comb2t4ll@gmail.comThe other one used to email with me: vlc66rk0@gmail.comHe blocked me to reply on his topic from here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1343363.0
