What happened::
I sent 66 EUR using PayPal, to the user who started this topic:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1343363.0
for a HDBits.org invite, but he didn't send yet the invite.
Yesterday I talked to him about this invite and he wanted to send money with the
gift option from PayPal. Accidentally, I sent the money using pay for goods, but
he refunded immediately. Today I put more money on the credit card, because it
take 1-5 days until I will got the money back from PayPal and after I talked with
him using emails, I sent him 66 EUR with the option gift from PayPal. He said it
will send the invite after several hours, but no sign until now. I sent an email
to him but without response.
His name is Sandro Oliveira Matos and have these email addresses:
For PayPal:
sys77vll@gmail.com
b2t4ll@gmail.com

The other one used to send and receive emails to/from me:
vlc66rk0@gmail.com

He blocked me to reply on his topic from here:

request a chargeback even if its sent as a gift you can still recover it. I think you used your credit card to fund your paypal right? Then, yes you can call your credit card company and request a chargeback

You don't pay enough.

Yes, I paid using Paypal, but I didn't have funds on the PayPal account itself, so PayPal used the money from the credit card. Are you sure it's possible to solve the problem by calling the credit card issuer? It's too easy.

If you lay out the situation clearly, then yes, it's very possible. Some credit card companies do chargebacks without any apparent reason as well, which is why credit cards are avoided over here on the forum. You should have a good chance at getting your money back.

I already asked PayPal for refund, but I will call the Bank. They should be faster. Plus, I don't think that PayPal want to solve the problem, since I send the money as gift, not paid for goods.

I don't care. Anyway PayPal will not help me to get the money back. I was stupid to think that HDBits.org invite can be bought with less than 150 EUR and to pay as gift without even ask for a proof from the user profile account.
