501  Economy / Economics / Re: lest we forget, Bitcoin is a blessing. on: December 09, 2017, 11:04:04 AM
Bitcoin has pass through many stage, limitations, attack and forks issue but its price keep on increasing from inception till now. At this time Last year bitcoin price was $450 but today it is $1245 that was over 180% increment in just a year. This is what we call blessing, that is making progress in the face of strong opposition!!

This is so true. People often think of bitcoin as bad and say bad things about it as well. But, we all need to remember that bitcoin may or may not last forever. So, we need to be really thankful for it because it helps us earn a lot. We might regret losing bitcoin someday, when we don't value it more.
People always have a thinking that bitcoin is bad. This is just because of the increased negative information that get spread around the globe. This is truly a blessing, and if Op look the current price increase he could he mentioned it to be a divine blessing to the growing world needs.

If those people could open their mind about the use of bitcoins maybe they'll also receive and experience the blessing that you guys are currently enjoying. But how long will this blessings last? we are not sure what will happen in the future.
502  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When to leave the game? on: December 08, 2017, 11:52:46 PM
It is good to set aside a certain amount to gamble and best to also have an exit plan before you start. Like how long you plan to play, what is the profit you will stop and leave, or when you lost all, upon one of this conditions was met, you will exit the game. in this way, you will be more clear minded and wont be affected by emotions.

Nice idea, setting limits and making a plan before you start to play will be more profitable or it can control your loses if you lose. As a gamblers, we should be doing this thing instead of just playing because you wanted to enjoy yourself or satisfying your greed.
503  Economy / Economics / Re: Would bitcoin help teach kids about saving? on: December 08, 2017, 11:24:34 PM
"Would bitcoin help teach kids about saving?"

No, kids are stupid.

And bitcoin is apparently not even teaching most adults about saving, much less kids.
yeah thats true, i think how often do you explain bitcoin to small children, they will not understand about bitcoin, because they are not yet time to know and learn something complicated, you are true kids still stupid so they will not be able to teach you about bitcoin,,

Haha,, but sometimes if they tried to save their money using bitcoins and when the price dumped, they will get angry because the value that they invested decreased. So somehow it could not help kids or even adults to save their money, but still it depends on a person you are teaching.
504  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience and Holding on: December 08, 2017, 01:15:37 PM
Ive been wrong that i withdraw all my earnings on trading ..
i learned that ..must have patience in holding then exchanging it times 10 from the day I bought my alts..
hmm .. too bad for me now bitcoins is still aiming high ..
Miss those days lol  Cheesy
these kind of mistakes are common from newbies especially at this point most alts are high, just a little bit of upward movement in prices newbies go like crazy and sell it immediately.

I used to be like that before,,, the urge to withdraw the earnings as a newbie always satisfied my greed. Well, we can't blame them, they are just starting with these kind of things and surely experience and time will make them mature in trading.
505  Economy / Economics / Re: Why did you choose bitcoin? on: December 08, 2017, 11:22:32 AM
I didn't actually choose it but rather I discovered it. It was the first cryptocurrency I used and has the highest price among cryptos. Additionally, we can do a lot of thing with it like gambling, investing, buying some stuffs and paying bills that some altcoins can't do.
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get fast rich in crypto world? on: December 08, 2017, 08:45:06 AM
If you collect all the tips in a bunch, we will receive an excellent manual or instruction "how to quickly become a millionaire in the field of crypto-currency"; D
In fact, it's not bad that people share their experiences, both negative and positive!

Yes, it would definitely help to have a collective thoughts about the proper ways to trade, we can used the different experiences from different people to make a wiser decisions, it will be great if all of us shared our own experiences on trading to help those people who wanted to start at trading.
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you ❤️ crypto??? on: December 08, 2017, 08:30:00 AM
It opens an opportunity to trade and to invest even though you don't have any proper knowledge about these kind of things you could start by just exploring online. Because of this, I considered to make an investment on stocks market because crypto market is like a training ground for me.
508  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - time to buy or sell? on: December 08, 2017, 06:23:31 AM
Most of the traders/investors here will take the advantage of bitcoins' decreasing price to buy more coins,,, just like what we have right now, there are people who bought bitcoins on the time when you posted this topic (where the price decreases) and now they are currently enjoying the ath
509  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: December 07, 2017, 11:33:29 PM
I am looking to help move BTC forward into our economy more and would like to get some suggestions on how we can get more retailers to accept BTC as a payment.  The best part about accepting BTC is that they do not have any threat of charge-back from the customer.  I am just looking for some more input before I start approaching some of these local retailers.
They are going to do this when they are ready, bitcoin is not ready yet, the fees are very high and the network is slow so there is not a reason for merchants to adopt bitcoin but that is going to change.

Acceptance of bitcoin from the local businesses will not be easily. First of all, those businesses should be willing to accept btc instead of fiat because we all know about its volatility, I think somehow it might not be feasible for them in most of the cases plus they should also have the knowledge about this kind of technology.
510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as payment system on: December 07, 2017, 11:13:47 PM
Not feasible as of now, you should know the things about the previous replies posted here like transaction fee, transaction speed, and volatility. So, most of us usually used this crypto for investment purposes and occasionally used for payment. You'll definitely find it hard to buy something with bitcoins
511  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Introvert Vs. Extrovert on: December 07, 2017, 12:49:23 PM
Are You an extrovert or introvert? How can this affect your image as a person.

I am describing myself as a complete introvert. I don want be in crowded places and I do not share time with other people . Because being with other people makes me nervous and I cannot be as I am in front of others.
It's generally thought that shyness goes hand in hand with introversion, but many introverts simply prefer solitary to social activities.
Shyness is a common feature. So there is nothing wrong with you if you are inclined to be more silent, serious or abstinent. But extreme shyness can be a real problem.  least it may not allow you to have friends

Aw, thanks bro, me too I am introvert, I find it hard when I was studying at school , everyone of them ask me the same question "what's wrong with you?" (Lol). It hurts you know? Haha but I am used to these kind of things.
512  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the risk of holding Bitcoin? on: December 07, 2017, 12:04:49 PM
In my view, there is no risk when hodling Bitcoin. It has developed since 2009 and the price always goes up whereas many countries in the world ban it. No problem. The future belongs Bitcoin.

You forget of something called by hacker  Grin there is always a risk on holding anything including holding bitcoin. If you hold it on hardware wallet, you may lose it if you lose the hardware or the wallet is broken and you lose the private key because you did not save it in secure place.
If your country ban bitcoin, it will be a risk as well. You may need to sell it as soon as possible and you may get lower price than when you bought it.
So I disagree if there is no risk at all.

Nice, you're definitely right. We can't be sure if we can hold it securely within a long period of time. Anything can happen and expect those unexpected things like what you have said   Grin you could also reach the moment when your country will ban the use of bitcoins in the future.
513  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can a lesbian fall inlove with a guy? on: December 07, 2017, 11:12:20 AM
There are some cases that it happens so yes, I think it could be possible because we have what we called now bisexual in which a person can fall in love with the two gender, male and female. But still, lesbians are also womens so we can't leave the possibilities that they can fall for a guy.
514  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin now the strongest currency in the world? on: December 07, 2017, 09:57:18 AM
Uhm, do we really used bitcoin as a currency? (Lol). It is not the strongest currency because bitcoin's still needed to be introduce in some countries and just a few merchants only accept this crypto for payments so we could obviously say that it is not the strongest.
515  Economy / Economics / Re: I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this?? on: December 07, 2017, 09:36:43 AM
IF you have 12 Bitcoins I would highly suggest you to just keep them and do not even think about selling them just hold, although actually now that I thought about it again selling them might be a good idea because the price is so high now and probably going to crash hard at some point in the next few months I don't see this growth as being sustainable much longer.

Yes you are completely right but I also suggest that he could also take the risk to trade, I mean he could invest atleast 1btc for trading and by that 1btc he could make it grow and turn it into a proper source of altcoin income but still, it depends on you op if you have some guts to take the risk.
516  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to become a TRADER on: December 06, 2017, 12:33:43 PM
Just continue with your current trading status, you said that you have earned 100k satoshis so you should just have to keep up the safe trades and make sure to reflect with those moments when you gain or lose and analyze the reason why it happened

Every time you make a profitable trade, someone else needs to make an unprofitable trade. It cannot be easy by definition.

Unfortunately, yes but you should see it positively, you're right that someone must lose in order to gain but those people who lose could also recover within a short period of time depending on their trading skills, so I think it's a win-win situation (maybe?)
517  Economy / Economics / Re: If the powerful governments wanted to, do you think they could stop Bitcoin? on: December 05, 2017, 07:10:54 AM
Did they stopped all the illegal usage of drugs or even the criminals lurking in the darkest market place? if not, then do you think they could completely stop this cryptocurrency? now that most of the people around the globe are investing, staking a lot of money with this thing?
518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More and more airdrop is a lie, on: December 04, 2017, 05:43:21 PM
Now you've learned the truth about airdrops not all of  them are lie but you're lucky if you found a genuine one like ethd before, though I didn't get the coin due to some happenings but at the first we should really look at the project whether it is worthy to invest your time
519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep buying? on: December 04, 2017, 01:55:57 PM
No, I'm not that rich to buy bitcoins with my own money, I just got my profit with those free coins from before. I don't want to use a lot of my fiat just to buy bitcoins because I used my excess cash for emergency purposes, I thought that it would be hassle to use/convert my stored bitcoins for those things.
520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to participate in ICO's? on: December 04, 2017, 01:38:47 PM
It's a form of investment if you invest or participate in the ICO. Now its up to you if you believe to their project, I know there are lot of community here in this field of industry got their profit from the different ico they've join before or even til now they're still doing investing it including myself I just did it as an investment food.

Uhm, I think we should not let the op invest to uncompetent ICO, so instead of letting him do what he believes to invest lets just help him choose the legit and potential ICOs. I'm not into these kind of investments (ICO investment to be exact) I advised that the op should reconsider his decision on investing at ICOs because it can't guarantee your returns or profit.
