Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Someone called me who has 300 Casascius series 1 bitcoins to sell

I had a phone call yesterday which I felt I must simply share. I had a call from the UK from a man that sounded like he was probably 30-40 and had a strong local accent. He said 'are you the bitcoin buyer' I said ' I sometimes buy them but I like bitcoins so thats me' He said ' I have 300 casascius bitcoins the first ones do you want to buy them?' I said 'I already have 2 but would love to add more to the series 1 one bitcoins. What denomination are you talking and what coin material?'
This went on for a while and I actually had to explain what the concept of denomination is (I was giving him time to explain).
Anyway I asked in a nice way if he had proof he had them and I would turn up within a day with 40k cash to buy 100 of them. He said he can't work out how to upload a photo on his computer but his last remark was this ' I bought them ages ago. I actually have a few thousand bitcoins on a memory stick but I didn't really understand them I bought them because of Max Keiser'
After a few seconds we hung up.
He didn't try to scam me so why did he call me up and talk such rubbish?
He was probably looking to either rob you on gunpoint or sell fake casascius coins.

Reset Winsock
To reset Winsock in Windows 10 / 8 / 7, open CMD as admin, type the following and hit Enter.
netsh winsock reset
If you are using IPv4, type netsh int ipv4 reset and hit Enter. If you use ipv6, type netsh int ipv6 reset and hit Enter.
If you'd like to generate a log file of the changes, append a logfile path to the above command, eg. netsh winsock reset c:\winsocklog.txt.
You will have to restart your computer. or https://youtu.be/Zj3cJWWT-2A

Scam all along as expected.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Is there anything wrong with tranascation?

They have sent enough fees as per transaction size but priority has nothing to do with fees. A high priority transaction without fees will be included first than a low/medium priority transaction with fees. Ps: Your transaction will be confirmed in 5-10 hours. Including in Blocks
This section describes how the reference implementation selects which transactions to put into new blocks, with default settings. All of the settings may be changed if a miner wants to create larger or smaller blocks containing more or fewer free transactions.
50,000 bytes in the block are set aside for the highest-priority transactions, regardless of transaction fee. Transactions are added highest-priority-first to this section of the block.
Then transactions that pay a fee of at least 0.00001 BTC/kb are added to the block, highest-fee-per-kilobyte transactions first, until the block is not more than 750,000 bytes big.
The remaining transactions remain in the miner's "memory pool", and may be included in later blocks if their priority or fee is large enough. For transaction priority formula you can check this link. https://en.bitcoin.it/w/index.php?title=Transaction_fees#Technical_info

LOL
So wait escrow.ms. You read the adjustment of my thread and removed your negative review. But then...
Then you read it again and thought OMG he called me a coward (yes without any form of communication calling someone a scammer is an act of cowardice) and you put it back.
The reward of the signature is 10 usd. The reward of your stupidity is priceless (I got 3 buyers, but I still will post the pictures, so that's good).
Fact is in real life,.. I can walk into an Apple store and buy a iphone then a day later buy another one. You on the other hand live on your internet reputation. We all know what's that like.. u.g.l.y. f.r.e.a.k.
I haven't removed my feedback yet, and I have 3 reasons to suspect that your are not the real owner of this account. 1. You came back after 1 year https://i.imgur.com/AAfTbwM.png2. You ignored users suggestion about "escrow" and "ownership verification" 3. Your password was changed recently. Now I don't care what you have said about me, Once your deal is successful and buyer confirms it, you can send me your bitcoin address and I'll send you 10$ that you have lost in that signature campaign and I will remove my feedback once you will post photographs with your name and timestamp or you can take a picture of holding your phone in front of your laptop/desktop that shows your user ID.
