This is a sad news for me, its because i hold a lot of bytecoin, and hold it for long time, if binance would delist this coin this probably it would decrease its price, i know this is speculative idea, but you know being in binance will drive more traders to bytecoin, later on, i hope i can move on in this news. Im so worried. |

I know that bitcointalk is trying to remove spammers and so on, but I am finding difficult to get the needed Merit to get back to Jr. Member. I am an active member, do a lot of bounties, translations and so on, and suddently I am a newbie again. How do you guy's got your Merit ? Asking ?

Many ICOs have their token sold at a fixed price vs. the ETH. For example: 1 ETH = 1000 Tokens.
So does it really matter if the prices of ETH/BTC is dropping?
If anything, then buying now you get more Tokens for the $, right?
When we talk about market conditions this time, i could say its 50/50 now, with the continuance of price dropping, i think and i believe its your own prerogative to invest, invest at your own risk as this time, we are facing a market crash or something like that. And if you think that the project has a future, then go for it. |

This is always a YES, why? because a lot of the bounty hunters, use alternative accounts to promote projects, so KYC is intended to eliminate spam and real accounts, there is nothing to worry in it, its for the protection of bounty campaign, so eliminate spammers and alternate accounts. Just like an account where one's fiat currencies are kept so also is wallet where digital assets or cryptocurrencies of crypto lovers are kept. Can the wallet be vulnerable to hacking and if possible how can that happen? If you have experienced it before, I want to learn from your experience.
The answer is a yes na yes, i have encountered this one, and somebody was able to login my MEW account, good thing is i dont have any store tokens in it or an ETH balance, the only thing we can do about this situation is to be careful when opening a website or a wallet website, because there are lots of phishing websites out there, trying to steal your account balance, so be careful in it. |

Whatever has no cost has no value people say. Yes I believe that. There is no good thing that comes cheaply. I desire to make huge profit in crypto particularly in bounty campaigns but I found out I am not disciplined enough to allocate quality time for it. That is the situation of many people as well. To really make it in crypto is not a matter of wish but rather through discipline and diligence. How well we manage our time will go a long way in determining our returns from crypto especially we bounty hunters.
Some people said that being a bounty hunting is an easy job, and can make huge amount of money, id like to correct that they are wrong, sometimes the project team would not pay the bounty hunters without giving reasons, its a matter of luck and working hard to get a single dime. Work hard and promotes everything, in this way you can have lots of tokens to sell. |

Recently we have notice that there was a slight update on bitcointalk forum regarding our ranks from Jr. Member back to newbie rank if you don't even have a single merit. Sad to say, I have only activity point, so mine got reverted. And on that time, I still joined in a signature campaign, a good one, and I have a good track of stake that has no blank on the spreadsheet, and sad to say, when the update has done after a day, all of my stakes got void due to the fact that I am newbie again.
The bounty manager give me time just to recover my rank. He give me days. On that, I tried making good posts count just to make sure that I can get merit point. I really don't care how much merit point I can gather, even a single merit would do just to retain the rank. But unfortunately I didn't earned even a single merit.
Well, from now, I keep making good post, hoping that there would be a good heart that would give me a single merit just to continue and reclaim my bounty stake.
How about you folks, did you also have the wrong timing?
P.S I don't feel embarrassed by the forum because of what they have done. In fact, I love it because they can stop the other accounts that has a multiple account farming, and to retain a good post thread. Bitcointalk forum only makes update not just for their own good, but the good of others also.
I am finally understand this point on the side of BTT management, this is just to ensure that the quality of post would not be spammed by new members and lower ranks, meanwhile, on the part of the lower ranks this is embarassing honestly but we need to understand because the BTT management are just trying to be fair to everyone. |

Being a bounty participant, i just learned lately that i need to disposed my tokens for at least 50%, this is to ensure and compensate my effort, the rest of the tokens would be hold, in this way my effort will be paid off, but before i always apply the 20% savings, and the rest of the 80% are used in buy and sell to earn profits. |

I agree, i was once before, and i admit that i am into negative thinking on a certain opportunity, and it turns out that i was able to change my mind from negative into positive, I liked the results that ive done, because im focused on it, if we keep on doing what we love, we will get the results whatever it is. Just keep the faith of course, thats the most important thing.

Can you manage participating in all of them? I think you should focus on 1 or 2 if its not conflicted, I don't know about the rules of joining many bounties but i believe that focusing in one with a trusted bounty manager will be more profitable.
He can do that, honestly because i am a bounty hunter that focuses on more than 60 bounties last month, yes it was hard but the focus is earning a hard cash to support the needs. It needs more adjustment of course, but time by time, you can used to it. It is not a one day work for me, its just 4hrs of work i think for 60 campaigns. |

Making money in bounties is a matter of how many bounty project do you handle.,so i got you on that work, i also handle 60 projects last previous months, and some coins really not working well, goodluck to your work. Patience is the key in making enough money. |

I wouldn't be here if I didn't believe it. projects on this market are now in the interest of the whole world. it supports curious projects. the future is inevitable.   I agree, we wont be here if we dont believe the power of cryptocurrency, its just that, its not all the time that we experience a gain, we also encounter a losses of money, those who pursue their dreams shall win in this battle. I think that another bull run is coming, bitcoin will moon then altcoins will moon after, even if SEC rejects or delays ETF this September 30th. But I expect a big sell-off before that, which will conduct the total market cap to reach its ATL this year Under 200 billion USD.

I think the next bull run, will not happen this year, as the sec refused to give final verdict this september, it was postponed as i heard on some other news and sources, maybe it will occur next year, but i hopes it would happen this year, as the crypto space world was experiencing a major loss on all their coins and the others. |

Read a news online via cointelegrah stating; "Austria’s government is set to use the Ethereum (ETH) public blockchain to issue €1.15 billion ($1.35 billion) of government bonds in an auction next week". This topic caption is as a respond to the numerous topic caption I saw on this board saying ethereum blockchain is dead and will be replaced by EOS and the rest  . And also I hope on restoring some hope to the long term hodlers. Examples of those posts, just to quote a few. biggest regret is having entered crypto mining. I will never ROI since the market is dead and ETH is dead aswell

they are not dead yet but they will both die one day because it is a flawed project from the base up.
I believe that ETH will die slowly and later because it is manipulated by the devs and the foundation and they have limitless money to throw at it.

Honestly there are more reasons to quit? When I see my rank become a newbie again I feel empty and nothing to do. And in the other side I see the market price falling without changes. But it keeps on falling down. Literally like I am far on achieving my goals. Can someone help me on what strategy I will do to get some merit points and how to do when the market price is low?
