No it isn't. There's no instant result for whatever normal bitcoin event. It will just become instant if we can see whales movement. Bitcoin halving effect if goes in a normal way, will takes time to see the effect. many people says that the effect of the halving will be after a few months more. as of now, the value of bitcoin is decreasing but i know that it will recover soon and will increase its value again  People first told that halving effect will be on the halving and we didn't find any great movements on halving in term of price. now people are expecting the price of bitcoins to rise at the end of this year. Lets see if this time bitcoins lives upto the expectations. |

I still hold 3BTC that I bought at $25 in 2013, and they are still untouched. Do the math, at current price it means a profit of around 2400%.  Good to know that. I have invested in a New Coin CJ and i am sure to get 3000% return on it. This is the biggest Altcoin i have seen in the last 6 months and it has a lot of potential in it. |

I've started trading with a small amount, and it does not work well, because it is difficult to make a profit.
but when I tried it with the amount 0.01, at least it's getting better, and I can get a profit 0.01 in one times trading.
Lol, trading ith low amount will never giving a profit because it's just will exhaust because the fees. more capital and better profit you can get. Its a universal principle that if you invest more you will earn more. For example if a person buy million of coins and even if he sales on only 1 Sat profit, he will get millions profits. So invest more to gain more. |

but I bought to a trusted person, sometimes also lower fee than exchanger.
Yeah if you have a trusted person, it is much easier and cheaper to buy from exchanger. The individual will not charge you extra fee and you will get better rates as compared to exchanger. |

I experimented a bit with monero in poloniex, it is just luck. You can analyze a bit but there are too much dump and pump that trades are trying.
The price increase fast and decrease faster than you think, but in low volumes i always had little profit.
I think when a new coins comes in , we should invest in it , as the price is low at the start. After some time when you see the pump in the coin, you can sell it and gain profit. Thats my trading strategy these days and 90% of the time i got profit from this. |

Please don't invest in ponzi schemes otherwise there is many ways to invest Bitcoins. Maybe the best method is buying alt coins low and selling it high of course, but you should having good experience. Another option is lending coins for profits. But lend coins only with proper collateral and no collateral .
I think Altcoin trading is the best investment. You can earn more from altcoin trading as compare to lending. Lending is risky also if the borrower runs away with your bitcoins and if Collateral is not worth the amount lend. |

I'm afraid that it doesn't look like good future of this project .. I think that will be better just move on..
if you are still have some hopes for this then it is your own stupidity. you should already move from there.. it is already dead and there is not chance for this to come back of owner and work on the project. everyone who hold their coins till yet. they consider as lost. Their's no chance for this coin to coming back alive since the dev already announce that he cannot continue his project due to some personal issue and totally i though this coin will be a big potential coin to be traded in some exchanger since it gathers more fame at the very first of its existence, what a great loss for both parties who have buy some mrai and for the dev. Thats why we'd better move on this coin is dead without reaching on some exchangers. I think people must realize that this project is dead and they should move on. for me and i don't think in my country men are where the same techniques i only use cryptocurrency to gamble or to make trade into another coin where i can grow my bitcoins by exchange them or to sell them i also use bitcoin/cyrpto to invest in some website where i can trust my bitcoin with and then if my bitcoin grow i hold it until i need it to buy fiat where it can help me on my daily living or i buy items that more useful to me example foods new clothes etc.
That is the usual thing to do in bitcoin or crypto currency investing, trading and gamble but in the end it will be exchange it to fiat and that OP's title i think that is wrong to have versus i think it would be advantages of crypto currency to fiat or vise versa. Cryto currency has lot of advantage over Fiat. Even if you see one aspect of trading, you have a lots of option of trading Alts. There are not much option of trading Fiat and also their prices don't change quickly to give quick profit. |

Crypto currencies have small market if we compare to FIAT market. Shops and Banks use only FIAT. Crypto is like very small dedicated market to computer users. With time, may be banks will start to implement crypto currencies too  Fiat Currencies are more stable and there are few of them. whereas these days you will find every other person developing his Altcoin to get short term profit and scamming people. I guess only bitcoins and few other stable Altcoins are still better than Fiat. |

That someone you are talking about must be crazy. Gambling is prohibited by kids well you will know that from the start if you try to look at the government law. Why is that you should have to be on the right age to gamble yes that is right gambling is prohibited strongly by kids in every stage and almost in every religion, so how can we think that gambling is make for kids? i kids should be strongly be disappoint from gambling and they should not be provided such kind of opportunities Of course it is really prohibited and in almost region? Gambling is not prohibited for people, everyone can play gambling the requirements are just investment. Gambling is not allowed in few religions but people still gamble regardless it is allowed in their religion or not. I am also quite scared about potential future. Outsourcing China was fine in the past, when China was famous for their plastic flowers, tea and towels.
Right now it seems that everything is 'Made in China' and soon we won't have any single factory outside China capable of producing electronics, cars, machines etc.
And it is all because companies were so greedy and intoxicated by the idea of ultra cheap labor. It will kick us in the ass very, very soon.
China is involved in each and every thing and currently China is the biggest market for bitcoin miners. Although by theory no one can control bitcoin but in reality bitcoin prices are manipulated by Chinese miners as they hold major portion of this currency. |

If you were in desperate need for money / Bitcoins, what would you do? How to get it, earn it, whatw are your solutions and experiences? I wonder what people are ready to do when money is the problem.
What is clear is the first real job. If our work can not be sufficient for our needs, we would not want to borrow relatives / family / friend of ours. And lastly there is no choice but to borrow from the bank. The problem with borrowing from banks is it takes a lot of time and paper works just to get loan approval. They'd ask for a lot of requirements even if you are only going to borrow a small amount. Better to just ask favors from relatives or friends if the need for the money is really urgent. Just make sure you have the capacity to pay or at least arrange an agreement which would be amenable to you and the person/s you borrowed money from. This way, you could still borrow money in the future if another need for it arises. Banks really takes a lot of time giving loans and take a lot of confirmation of the lender. A good option is to lend bitcoins from the lending section of this forum by giving a valid Collateral. |

Well, i always sell my bitcoins, because i need turn my bitcoins into money/fiat for my daily things. If i never sell my bitcoins, so what must i do with my bitcoins ?
Lol I think people wait and do not sell their bitcoin as they wait for high prices? they also have needs just like you. they use bitcoin and convert it to a fiat to buy daily necessities. but they certainly want to sell at high prices so they hold back and wait for higher prices That is the problem with some of the investors here because we failed to follow the basic principle in investing, if we put our money in bitcoin we must ensure that the amount we put is the amount we can afford to lose and no matter what happen we should not cash out easily. I do not agree with this completely. If you are an investor in Bitcoin, then you should buy and sell coins as and when needed to gain profits. Keeping them safe in wallet and not spending/selling can give u one time good profits once you sell them after few years. |

Of course it is safe because it is decentralized, it is not controlled by anyone so because it is a system operated that the interest of everyone is protected.
Yes, I guess Bitcoin is very safe if you follow the basis rules of keeping your wallet safe. It is an investment also and it is not owned by any country. All these things make it the best Digital Currency. |
