Japan is a good country that accepts bitcoin. and now a company invests to bitcoin. it sounds that this country will make an increasing amount of Asian who will use bitcoin and follow their stepfoot.
It is possible that the Japanese will lead int he development of cryptocurrency and improve its economy. Yes i fully agree with you, japan began to invest litle money in their local business and when japan find it's suitable for their economy they will research and develop cryptocurrency very serious I think that is the reason for recent big rise. |

ETH inflation will catch up to it eventually unless they get POS going giving a people to hold onto there Ether.
By the looks of it won't really affect the price instead it will continuously go up. Maybe after the PoS, the price will go down. As the cost of PoS is very low. I think it will use PoW+PoS to get some interest from miners. |

Huobi is almost @ $1000. This is a psychological barrier for a lot of people and I wonder if it will crash down to 900s back fast or if it will still go up.
Price is up over $950 at most exchanges. Looks like the breakout over $930 is finally happening. It is only a matter of time before $1000 is crossed across exchanges. We're already at a new ATH in price in all currencies but USD. It will come. Huh ya I guess that's true. What with all the Americans around you sometimes forget that not everything revolves around the USD ATH even if they think it does. There is no new ATH in Chinese currency. I think the next rise will be led by the west. |

All things considered, ETH held pretty strong over the last couple days.
Probably a good sign if you are invested in a long position.
Seems like it was an absolute bottom. I'm glad I bought a lot during those dumps. The rise isnt even a pump, just accumulation and buying in low prices. It will go over 1700 this week for sure.  When the ZCash mania finish in a few months time, then people's attention will be diverted back. I think the ZCash mania is finishing now. The coin is less profitable to mine than the Ethereum and the price drops day after day. The ZCash price dropped to $55 a few hours ago. It might drop further until the full block reward is achieved. |

Ethereum is due for meteoric rise. Just wait until technical problems are solved, and I think they're solving it pretty fast. ETH has powerful enemies and it won't be easy, but the amount invested in projects around is making sure Ethereum won't fail. Right now it's going sideways for pretty long and is pretty stable in given circumstances which shows its strength. Perfect time to buy - when everyone is fearful, be greedy.

ETH has done second hard fork, well the network of ETH is look good for today and ETC will do first hard fork too on 25/10/2016. Let us wait and see what will happen with ETH and ETC, i will try making updating for them and we can make discussion about all of them.
i seen great movement last night i bought little by little and make some chase while fluctuation really keeps on showing i think its still moves favor for investors if we just be careful not to fomo, allow the trade to be healthy i know buying low and selling high will make some good profits and it will be good earnings. Yes i agree with your strategy but i will stop trading ETC and ETH, i will wait and see couple days before i am entry market and making position again, and i just bought 5 ETC before it will do first hard fork. In the next few days, people's attention will be diverted to ZCash, the price of Ethereum could drop briefly. |

i'm looking on Ether currency, its look nice but are you guys think this over 12-24 mounth wil riase a huge price like Bitcoin hase done, or you think its more stable?

On the mainnet a total sum of 30.8 ETH was paid out to 6 policies. This is pretty close to the zero-sum game we hoped to create, which is surprising, given the relatively small number of policies. ETH has some serious problems in terms of constant treat of the network itself getting exploited (you never know when turing completeness) then there are all of the smart contracts like DAO that might force a hard fork again...
and at the same time you have the banking industry pumping it with news too.. hard decision.
The Ethereum is still in the early development stage. So problem is expected. But these problems will be solved. |

Im going to predict again based on the website i read earlier bitcoin for me will be increase it price it self and there gonna be more investors you gonna use bitcoin and everyday or every week has a new investor thats why bitcoin price will be increase soon
It's something quite right. because I see that in the next few years are a time when many people start using bitcoin or already know the bitcoin. so definitely there is a wave of later growth of the bitcoin or waves use bitcoin massively I do not think that will happen all of a sudden in 2017. It will happen slowly and gradually like it did in the past few years. |

It took me hours to syncronize but i finally made it, but i only have i7 Skyl CPU so i feel the mining is slow af. I have nVidia 1070 ROG and if it is a possibility for me to mine from my GPU that would be great. Or if anyone have some tips about how i can achieve a higher hashrate.
The monero mining requires fast memory. If you have the 1070, that should be good. But by the time you set up, the price could drop. |

I do not know why many Ethereum fork holders are happy with the price right now. The movement is still weak and it is very possible that it will go down again. It would be safer to save your money now and buy at a lower price later. If you buy now you are taking more extra risk than by buying lower.
The ETC price is dropping at the moment, if the trend continues, by the end of August, the DAO hacker will not earn much. Some ETC holders are very rich, they own a lot of bitcoins. So they might be able to support the price after the dump. So let them do that. I think the Ethereum Foundation should sell its ETC at the current price to support the development of ETH. The ETC has already declared independence. So it has its own community and its community will support its development. |

ETH current price is high, I guess eth is a coin that is promising for the future. see eth today reminded when bitcoin still have a little price, then people also think that it's just for a moment, but the current price of bitcoin is already very high, I think soon eth will have a high price too
People are confident in the Ethereum technology. They are buying both the Ethereum and the Classic version. That could be right. Even the Ethereum Classic is worth $40 million at the moment. What will be price be in a week? The ETC is worth about $80 million now. It seems there are many supporters to the ETC and they are buying it. Unless those ETC buyers collaborate with the Ethereum Foundation and the DAO hacker, the price will be 0. That is right. I saw some posts in the forum that some ETC supporters will offer legal aid to the hacker. The DAO hacker can only get his ETC in August. So by the time he gets it, the price might be zero then. |

In 2017, the bitcoin price could be between $1500 to $5000. Partly is due to the mass adoption, partly due to block size increase.

That should be nice for Bitcoin because the value of Bitcoin started already rise this year and if it keeps rising maybe we can sell it soon with a lot of profit.
But it is still hard to know what will actually happen with the currency and that is the risky thing.
If it rise too high. I will spend some bitcoin to buy some thing really good. But the bitcoin is not overvalued yet. |

i met bitcoin this year and i started to save bitcoins because of i wish 2017 will be year of the Bitcoin
2016 is the year for bitcoin. The price was very stable in the first half. In the second half, we have halving and block size increase. |
