I a gree with you. Whatever results the team achieves with the new coach, what is most needed is how they can improve their performance and quality. Coaches like De Rossi do not have much experience coaching top European teams. But I think De Rossi could have chemistry with Roma players. I saw that in the previous match they were able to perform quite well even though they lost 2-4 to Inter Milan. The draw result in the first leg can be used as a lesson for the next match in the second leg. Roma are playing as hosts and that will be in their favor. They can learn from draws and develop new and more effective game tactics.
I don't think I would personally consider Roma as a top European team because they have not been such a team thst can be seen in such light yet, they are yet to have the performance a d potential to see them as top but then they will be rather see as an average team across Europe and I will see that as to be fair enough. I was not able watch the champions league meeting between Bayern Munich and Lazio. But I was somewhat disappointed by the result. Seeing Bayern Munich loss was not comfortable with me. I don't understand how Manchester city ended the first half of the game without a goal and Chelsea was able to win the first half of the game and it was now looking to me like Manchester city is not playing their best enough and may want the event of the first lewg repeating itself again and if does happen it's not going to bwa good record for them.
In the second half of the game I'm hoping to see a better performance from Manchester city alongside goals to get ahead of Chelsea because I see Manchester city to have a better team than Chelsea and even in a better form in this game than Chelsea is , I'm very optimistic that Manchester city will get an equalizer andget ahead of Chelsea in this game I'm not expecting anything less than a victory from Manchester city in this game so they will further keep the chase behind Liverpool if they are hoping to win t eh trophy this season.
