Суть в другом. Не один договор аренды или субаренды не несет материальную ответственность за ваше оборудование.Хотите ставьте под охрану, хотите страхуйте.
С охраной тоже много нюансов, большинство контор не несет материальную ответственность. УВО несут, если опоздают в установленый срок приехать( но все надо читать).
Сигнализация, как правило все экономят, поэтому отключить/заглушить может любой монтажник.
Поэтому забота о сохранности вашего оборудования лежит только на вас, если там на хорошую сумму железа.
Физическая охрана лучше всего, но опять же смотря кем. Если наймете алкаша, который будет спать, то вы с него ничего не взыщите потом. Тут поможет страхование.
Но это все доп расходы и не маленькие.
Ктото делает собственную сигнализацию и договаривается с людьми чтобы в кратчайший срок приехали.
Но нельзя быть беспечным.

Wow that's very disappointing. Just 88 Sol/s for 2080ti with 144_5? I already get now 80 Sol/s with 1080ti at full power. That's just 10% increase for nearly double the money for the new GPU. Bummer. It's risky at best. If you had the ability to hold the coins that you mined then you might hit it big at some point down the road. Right now Bitcoin is around $6500 and at these prices you would have to have a lot of equipment to make it worth your while.
