1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Chip-Chap are Scammers!!! on: August 17, 2016, 02:14:37 PM
Dear Reinhard,

This is the way, because we work with a third part service and we can't control all the way. And yes, we need time to identify wich transaction are fraud and wich no. Anyway we will send your Bitcoins and close the SafetyPay service.

Regards.

Hello Reinhard,

Yesterday we get a lot of SafetyPay transactions in a few time. First of all we spend our bitcoins destined to cover the Safetypay service and we were working to solve that situation and pay all the transaction.

But then Safetypay people talk to us and say that some transactions were fraud. Someone has entered in the bank of other people and pay with Safetypay to get Bitcoin.

Well.. we know the majority of Bitcoin users works with that currency because is better than traditional currencies, but there are others they want to make fraud, and making fraud at the expense of other people.. we think is not right.

From now we can't pay your money because we don't know if it is yours, just need to check it with Safety to know what transactions are good and what transactions aren't.

From Chip-Chap team we apologize because we know, if you make everything right it isn't your problem and you are suffering it, if is that case we're really sorry. But you don't have to be worried, because if you pay from your account you will receive your money.

We are a small company and sometimes we have some problems but we always work to solve all problems our users had. We're not scammers and the people wich works from a long time with us know it well.

I've send an email to the support, including an alternative email address of mine. No answer. No bitcoins in my account.

I now opened a new ticket with the support system and the alternate address.

We've saw the new tickets, and answer them. And we've sent an email directly to your two emails.

I wish, you can see them and solve your problem.

Hi,

I was using Chip-Chap to get papermoney from a cash machine, by exchanging Bitcoin. It's a great idea and generally it's working.

To get the money one needs:
- a mobile telephone number
- a textmessage PIN sent to that number
- and a code given by the website or app after the payment has been verified

But a while ago I had a cookie blocker active and my browser crashed. To get my money I would have needed a code from their website. I couldn't get it, since the session was gone. I contacted them by using their ticket system here, and never got any answer, not even a verification that I sent them a message. Then I wrote several emails, and also never got an answer, but they were sending me new text messages with a PIN to my mobile phone. But I need the code from the webpage, not the PIN, and told them in the next message. Again no anwser. After the PIN expired again I wrote them an email with the demand to send me my money back via bitcoin.

There was again no answer. And no money. Now I want to make this public, cause this maybe something they care about. I will send them the link to this discussion here.

Hi,

It's Chip-Chap Support. We answered you all your messages as you can see in the attached screenshots. Maybe you have a problem with your mail account or you have written it not correctly in our support system. You could also check your spam folder.

Regards.
