Completely agree with you, right now is not very wise to diversifying our portfolio into altcoin because the altcoin is in terrible shape.
no matter how good we are managing the strategy if the price keeps moving down. it is completely waste, it is better to find the safest choice than risking it all.

all of those are good coins in term of transaction speed. It is more scalable compared to Bitcoin,
I never use IOTA before. But based on my research, IOTA can do 1.500 TPS while those coins can do more than 3.000+ TPS. As I recalled, they took me seconds to make a payment.

Yes everything is going down, but the main point in here is ETH experiences its deepest downfall this year. In other words, this dump is the biggest and the deepest ETH has ever seen in 2019. We have seen it going down before, but not this deep and also we hear nothing about this downfall which caused a lot of panics.
