1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] IPO of MaidSafe:  Entering the Future of the Decentralized Internet on: November 25, 2018, 03:32:08 AM
why low activity here? Everyone using discord?

There is low activity here because only hardcore Maidsafe fun remain and they prefer to use controlled chat rooms where all critics are banned and only cheerleaders keep praising at every weekly updates.

Correct there are low activity here.

The discussion is happening on https://safenetforum.org/ not here on bitcointalk

Sam, do you know where I can store my $PDC coins? They're currently on Bittrex, but the wallet will be removed on December 20. I used to store $PDC in Omni wallet, but it looks like I can't do that anymore

Very strange. I'm wondering why you cannot save them on omni?

try asking Seneca (Dev)

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v11.9 (Windows/Linux) on: November 19, 2018, 10:04:39 PM
Anyone still gpu mining?  Grin

Have a look at Claymores ETH devfee addresses, Oh yes people are still mining with GPU's but no where near as many as this time last year!

I stopped mining
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XDAG] New Community-based Cryptocurrency - First Mineable DAG ! on: November 19, 2018, 07:34:24 PM
Is it very hard to get listed on small exchange like mercatox or Cryptopia?

Listing on Mercatox cost 0.5-5 BTC , the project has to be reviewed by their team and then they give a price.

Listing on Cryptopia cost actually 4000000 DOT (0.008$).

But in fact, if we still do not reach any exchange by ourselves, it's because of our software, we weren't able to provide an RPC to the exchange.
This feature is still reviewed and will be available in the next release 0.3.1.

Thanks Devs!! huge work on this one !

Understood. Thanks

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PHR] PHORE BLOCKCHAIN - Private Decentralized Marketplace & Ecosystem. POS/MN. on: November 17, 2018, 04:44:00 AM
Is it wallet mandatory update? how about masternode please?

Thanks

If you update the masternode you also have to update the control wallet, otherwise it is recommended.

The new wallet is more stable and better looking so I would recommend updating.  Cool

Thanks for the reply. Is there a tutorial of how to update masternode please?
Thanks again

All I did was stop the masternode, download the new wallet from github, replace it and run the new wallet.

The Phore github has instructions on how to do it.

https://github.com/phoreproject/Phore/releases

Thanks again.

ARO is about to be listed on Cryptopia according to updates in community.

I'd get in and HODL on. There's quite a bit of unnecessary friction here for some reason.

Thank me later, or just make your own decisions.

Buy the rumor, sell the news.
Is ARO going to get listed on Cryptopia?
Thanks

How many coin are you expecting to get per day please

What ever happened to $PDC, any development in progress? Very frustrating when the dev disappears.  Undecided

Harmen did not disappear.
He is working in the background. Harmen does not post in bitcointalk

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HUSH Secure Private Messaging and Transactions [Equihash] on: October 30, 2018, 06:31:59 PM
Is there any collaboration between Hush Team and Komodo Team?

Hush 2.0 is protected with Komodo's delayed proof-of-work (dPoW), which keeps it protected against 51% attacks and double spends.

@jl777c does follow the progress of Hush all the time at Hush's official discord.

Other than this, I'm not aware of any collaboration between Hush and Komodo.

I still own Hush since last year

#MeToo

Great
Thanks

October Recap from the Wanchain Team!

How does Wanchain compare to Parity project please?

Otherwise, they demonstrated they can created a blockchain within an hour using a new Laptop.

Thanks

Three questions:
(I asked this question previously)  Is there any collaboration between Hush Team and Komodo Team?

How many active developers currently in the team? is the web site is up to date : https://myhush.org/#team-section

Also what is the road map for hush?

Disclosure: I still own Hush since last year

Thanks
Sam

how about novaexchange or something small but does work okay for those that want to trade

Or maybe cryptopia
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] IPO of MaidSafe:  Entering the Future of the Decentralized Internet on: October 22, 2018, 02:49:34 PM
funny how on one side some people are really negative and bashing the project
and on the other way the team is giving some updates, without commenting
what is said by bashers.

Hard to get an idea on the health of the project and commitment from the team
to deliver in a reasonable time frame

Good discussion and update is happening on https://safenetforum.org

I'm not a member of MaidSafe team.

Thanks

Here is the latest update
https://safenetforum.org/t/safe-network-dev-update-october-18-2018/25919

Here are some of the main things to highlight this week:

The first version of the Crust Test 14 will be going offline tomorrow morning. Before releasing the next test, we’d like to work on a couple of improvements in order to increase the information returned from the test.
SAFE-Fleming 22 is our new name for Alpha 3.
Next week, @dugcampbell will be heading across to Berlin for the Web3 Summit 2 - so if you’re going, say hi!
@m3data is running a survey to gauge interest in a SAFE Network: Sydney meetup 3.
The Routing team estimates that they have tackled around a third of the kinds of malice they detected during their brainstorming.
