when i try to open my wallet, it says " error loading blkindex.bat " .
I just have the "wallet.bat" file ( wallet backup ) and nothing else..how can i recover my coins?

Sup, guys i bought using BTC, website says "Welcome aboard" and shows my ETH address i gave them with signature. But when i log in to MEW i still cant see my PAY tokens. Is this a bug or its for everyone?  I'm in exactly the same situation. I'll try to get a response from someone in the tenx team. Maybe we need to add it as a custom token, though I can't see that anything has been sent to me on explorer. we are all in the same situation, they will clear and help us next days, don't worry  |

Re open your myetherwallet. click on show all tokens. Did not help, because the transfer is not shown on https://ethplorer.ioI would need to see the transaction id if i could help, DM me, otherwise contact support in Slack. I have no Txid. I wait until tomorrow and contact the support. i think it is normal for the ones who invested in btc. i have the same problem. i invested in eth and btc, and i can see only PAY token that i paid via eth, on mew. |

Same. But I cannot for the life of me make it take a SIG from MEW?!?!?!? Any help? In MEW, I am: 1. Go into Wallet Info. 2. Paste ETH address in message (at the bottom of the page) 3. Click "Sign Message". 4. Get a signature. Copy the whole thing. Paste it into TenX form. Get errors. What am I doing wrong? Never done this signature stuff before. Seemed simple enough so I thought I'd roll with it. Now I seem to have no way of joining the two together ....  They need your btc wallet signature, not mew  |

Just out of curiosity...... How often do you, the user posting here daily, get credited fo this promotion. I've been doing this almost daily for several months because it only takes a second, but I have only been actually credited 8 times since last year.
I'm thankful for those 8 times, don't get me wrong, I even withdrew once from winning with the promotional money. But why call it a daily promotion, direct users to come here daily and post, then only give credit for 8% or less of the posts? Furthermore, why does nobody else acknowledge this? All that I see is the same names posting here daily. Am I the only one not being credited?
Please let me know, yes or no. Do you get credited for this promo.
i've never received nothing, but i started some days ago. someone said me to wait till the end of the month, so i will wait and if i will not see anything, obviously it is not true. |

i would like to join using btc ( trezor).
TenX will ask me the "from" address but i don't know where i can find it on trezor. Someone can help me? i just can go on "receive" and they show me an address, but i don't think is the same as i send my btc.

Be careful mining this coin. There is not working wallet for the coins.
I had to reinstall the SIA UI wallet and now the Seed and password phrase does not work anymore.
How the hell this coin can have this huge market cap if the wallet is a piece of shit.
Now I have stoppepd mining this coin because of the wallet problems.
maybe you just have the problem and you don't know how to move your coins. Elementar things if you don't want to lose money. |

You can use any wallet where you hold your private key. However, your wallet might not be able to show the token, which also means you cannot trade the tokens from there. So what you would then need to do is insert your private key in a wallet that can (f.ex. MyEtherWallet). But the tokens would definitely be there. Best if a wallet allows you additionally to holding your private key to add ERC20 tokens manually, then you can add it yourself to show. We are working with a couple of wallets to have it integrated right away (sooner or later we’ll have most of them showing the token, but not from the start). But showing the token is a “nice to have” as you can work around it, holding your private key yourself is a MUST. Please do NOT send from an exchange. what's the problem to send btc from coinbase and set a myetherwallet address like civic ico did? |
