Sim, carteiras como a Electrum vocë tem controle das chaves privadas e consegue restaurar em outro PC anotando a seed (um conjunto de palavras que servem exatemente pra ter acesso à chave privada de outro local).

Um computador que fica praticamente apenas offline, anotando as Seeds e com Electrum é quase tao seguro quanto uma Ledger ou Trezos.

Brazil has huge bureocracies, higher and confusing tax system and an oligopoly in banking (5 banks hold 90% of the market). It is definitely not friendly for crypto and I would say any innovatoin at all.

For a beginner, I would choose one altcoin with great liquidity and as far as possible an estabilized price, I mean, in cryptocurrencies terms (even Bitcoin is volatile). Do not go at once in small caps, too many manipulation there and I would say this is for advanced users.

Exchange just to liquidate positions, I would never keep any balance in one exchange. All exchanges one day or another will present troubles, I prefer to not be there when it happens.

Parei com a Poloniex quando precisei de suporte e nao obtive resposta (ate hoje deve estar aberto). Isso é assustador quando vc tem uma quantia importante em jogo. Porém, o sistema deles era bom, gosto mais da plataforma do que da Bittrex por exemplo. Espero que retornem melhores.

Here in Brazil it is not big, but sure it is already relevant (approx 1.4MM people used bitcoin someday in life through an exchange). I think bitcoin and crypto are really getting space in entire Latin America.

If I would sell my property, I would prefer to sell through crypto. Everyone who already purchased or buy fixed assets with banks knows how painful it is and how many charges you got in the entire road.

In my country, Brazil, population of ~210MM, 1.4 knows and used Bitcoin through exchange someday in itslife. Its not 1% yet, but is a huge number here.

Yes it is, in comparison with bitcoin it is very dangerous. And as everything in investment world, more risk x more potential profit, so just study the project you are in and see if it worths the hodling or not.

Sell the car, today there are no sense to hodl any and it's a stupid liability.

Trading is more like gambling in cryptosphere. I do prefer to choose some great projects and hodl for a long time. Less stressful e huge fortunes were made this way in the past.
