Another deal that has taken place is Pierre Aubameyang's joining of Olympique Marseille on a three-year contract. While this player is no longer young, Pochettino has chosen not to include him in his team's design scheme. I witnessed Aubameyang's brilliance during his time at Arsenal, but it dimmed when he was brought in by Chelsea from Barcelona.
The Premier League coaches, both Pochettino and Erik Ten Hag, made changes that were not much different. I know that Aubameyang can't be relied on anymore when he's at Chelsea. Therefore Pochettino decision can be said to be right, Pochettino wants to organize his troops according to the criteria he wants to make Chelsea look fresher. Playing with Marseille is perfect for Aubameyang age, which is no longer productive. Because then Chelsea will no longer have the main squad that is inherited except for 1 or 2 players. Even then, it is still at a stage where it is possible to be sold as long as the transfer market opens.
1202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: July 19, 2023, 03:03:24 PM
Joao Felix's statement is true that he wants to join Barcelona and he is very, very happy if he can later be in his childhood dream team. This is quite surprising whether he really doesn't feel comfortable at Atletico or he really wants to be able to win a title if he joins Barcelona, because at least if he joins Barcelona then his chances of winning the La Liga title will be very open. But indeed Barcelona's current financial problems make it impossible for Joao Felix to join.
Initially, Joao Felix played at Chelsea but Pochettino did not want him to be in the main squad, so with the status of a loan player Joao Felix was returned to Atletico Madrid where he himself no longer wanted to play for the club. When there is an offer from the Barcelona club he will automatically take it with pleasure and will not refuse it at all, as well as his dream club as if he will be given a way to get out of Atletico Madrid.

If you look at the Real Madrid transfer market this summer they have recruited a number of players such as Jude Bellingham, Arda Guler, Juselu and Fran Garcia and the costs incurred were 128 million euros. To recruit a Mbappe, Madrid must prepare a bigger budget namely 180 million Euros. I don't think Madrid can't pay that kind of money, a more reasonable reason i think they avoid being subject to FFP sanctions from La Liga.

Something interesting happened in the PSG squad's inaugural training yesterday, Nassr Al Khelaifi as the owner of the club reportedly quipped Mbappe "this club is bigger than anyone including me" in his speech. It will be even more interesting to see how PSG treat Mbappe next season, for sure he will not be released for free.
It's not that Real Madrid can't afford to pay Mbappe, but they are aware that paying with his status for another year makes Madrid prefer not to respond much to his purchases anymore. After all, at this time, with the squad you have, at least some of the gaps have been filled, although not as perfect as when Benzema was there. I'm sure that for next season's competition, Real Madrid can still show a balanced competition.

If Nassr Al Khelaifi said so from the start, then why at that time was Mbappe given something they never acknowledged? Nassr Al Khelaifi just doesn't want to lose at the end so it's not surprising when he says so to the media, it's clear that we all know what kind of bid last season was for Mbappe that made him comfortable both in salary and in his desire to choose players at PSG.

Manchester city have good qualities players, and one of the  prominent coach with lengthy experience in football space, with his presence everything is working smoothly for city. The citzyens performance will reduce without the master planner, Guardiola. He's the brain behind their triumphant prospects over the years, perhaps he got more achievements to accomplished. Manchester City will be too recalcitrant to let Pep Guardiola leave them so soon, after all he achieved the significant trophies that was the primary goals. He's a free man and he can decides to leave any time he feels the time is right.
But keep in mind that Pep Guardiola is an adventurous person, so there is always a possibility he will leave especially according to his statements if the club he loves calls, nothing can stop him from leaving and that club is Barcelona. Pep Guardiola will always be adventurous looking for new experiences, add insight and revive clubs that really need his services. Even though at this time Man City is comfortable with the presence of Pep Guardiola, it is likely that his departure will leave many gaps.
1204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Appropriate percentage of income for gambling on: July 18, 2023, 04:02:56 PM
I use 5% of my weekly income to gamble and I can not go more than that. Sometimes I can be busy and I can spend less. If a week favours me, I will save my profit and the remaining (5% last week income) for next week gambling. According to what I heard, people spend up to 12% of their weekly income on gamble. I think it is not bad but that gives me the thinking to make a post like this on this forum. What percentage of weekly income do you think is right for gambling?
For me 5% is still too much for a weekly budget if it's only allocated for gambling. Too risky even though the benefits can be multiplied though. My intention is to bet quite simply with minimal capital in the end, I will still spend it at the casino, especially if with a large budget I can easily lose quickly. To gamble for me is throwing money away, isn't that the point? there is no stable percentage for gambling. This is based on what I experienced, so it can be different according to each version.

What make many clubs don't want to sign Pogba is he often injured, it's either his physical isn't really good or he did on purpose.
But what good is the player if you will spend 100 million that is going to be sitted on the bench when the player himself can't be vindicated for club spending this match ?? Sorry but this guy today should be selling for less than 50 as we have better talent out there than him and he knows it too!
You are right about Pogba, it feels like his golden age has faded and now the seeds of young players are actually being preferred for long-term options. New talents are constantly emerging, so for a large fee, you can get 2 to 3 players instead of paying for 1 player who mostly sits on the bench.

To be honest, when it comes to signing players Manchester United  are just bad negotiators when it comes to the transfer market,  though  with the coming of Eric Ten Hag things seem to have improved maybe because his target men aren't the big fish of the sport. But I like how he gets to find his players  Roll Eyes
Indeed, Manchester United seems less adept in player transfer negotiations. Despite being recognized worldwide as a prominent club, wise financial management undoubtedly influences the club's financial well-being.
In my opinion, this is just a matter of the limited budget provided by the Glazer Family, so that Erik ten Hag cannot do more or negotiate freely regarding player purchases. It's really a shame that the transfer market season is considered important for any club that wants to strengthen their troops, Man United position is not benefiting. Luckily, Erik Ten Hag was able to get Onana and Mason Mount at least to fill some of the vacant positions.

just imagine you're about to check your past bets and you find your self about to stake another, please don't see it the other way round.
So if you use our saved money to stake a bet, what really comes next to your mind? I will like us to talk about this.

Bets that have passed the culture have passed and there is no need to record it again just to be used as a reference for bigger bets. There is no problem using the funds that are owned even if they are not deposit funds, because gamblers come with uncertain conditions. I wonder if there are people who still check their past bets as if these wins and losses need to be chased again. Keep in mind if you really want to gamble, forget about the bets you have lost, and start over from the beginning, like the first time you bet.
1207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How was your first experience with gambling? on: July 17, 2023, 05:27:17 PM
I myself know gambling sites from my own friends. I idly and try to deposit. Starting from playing with a little money, after a while I didn't know how much money I had spent playing gambling

Everyone must have almost the same beginning as being introduced by a friend or finding it on the internet accidentally and starting to feel curious. So it doesn't matter what it's like at first, but the impact is still the same, that is, it's hard to get out of the shackles of the gambling circle. Like it or not, it is a fact that any gambler can never get out unless he has lost everything. However, in the process many of us learn to try to control situations such as reducing bets slowly, limiting the budget for gambling, or setting the time of the week.
These activities are automatically imprinted in the brain making it a condition that is mandatory to do, if not sometimes mentally stressed, the mind is not calm, looking for information on new gambling sites until it is contaminated with addiction. Isn't that a fact?
1208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: July 17, 2023, 04:57:59 PM
Also, Arsenal did not only sign Kai Havertz in this transfer window because in fact, Arsenal also managed to sign Declan Rice as their highest transfer at this moment. Thus, then of course Arteta is very earnest to make the team's performance even better next season, so you should not underestimate Arsenal. Although indeed, Manchester City still looks strong but that does not mean Manchester City will easily be able to win the Premier League trophy again. Thus, the competition in the top zone will certainly become more interesting, because the clubs in the Premier League have very good abilities in a very competitive competition and it is very different from other leagues.
Win, you are right that so far only Arsenal has been able to provide a tough fight in Man City game. Therefore it makes sense that it is difficult to underestimate Arsenal seriousness in the next season. In terms of his involvement in the transfer market, Arteta is quite ambitious and does not want to waste the opportunity to strengthen his squad. The support of all parties involved seemed to fully entrust the future of Arsenal to Arteta. So that he can freely form the ideal troop up to this point. Kai Havertz and Declan should be watched out for when dealing with the right people, they can be a serious threat to the opponent's defense. In addition, the combination of Martinelli, Odegard, and Gabriel Jesus is certainly quite solid in building attacks.
1209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 17, 2023, 04:19:54 PM
The point is Ten Hag has got the players he wants, in order to smooth out the changes he wants with his squad.
Onana, will be part of the Ten Hag project in the next season. his job, not just to save Manchester United's goal. but like today's modern goalkeepers, participating in the build-up builds an attack starting from him. a system like this, which was what the Ten Hag wanted. that's why, United are determined to bring in this goalkeeper from Inter Milan. Unfortunately, the bandrol is quite expensive. and Ten Hag is well aware, the current spending budget for players has run out. however, there are several players who are still his target in this summer's transfer market window.
If you look at Man United's current budget, it's clear they don't have the opportunity to buy additional players except for selling players. Since Erik Ten Hag plans to sell Hary Maguire, maybe at least there will be additional funds that can be used as support. There are currently rumors that Tottenham are interested in signing Maguire. Especially when the status of Man United's captain's armband was revoked by Erik Ten Hag. I quite appreciate the firmness that he did where usually many English clubs always prioritize England national team players even though their performance is poor. This firmness is only Erik Ten Hag who dares to do that because if you look at the previous Man United coach Hary Maguire it was hard to touch.
1210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Are Not Nerdy Enough on: July 17, 2023, 03:17:07 PM
I understand that my frustration might be due to the fact that I am coming from a very privileged position. What are your thoughts on this?
I will not judge people who invest in Bitcoin. Because there are people who invest but don't know what bitcoin is as a whole and don't have time for the most important thing, profit margins have become the main basis, basically as long as they believe in Bitcoin and have invested it doesn't matter. But if we have extensive knowledge and always want to know more, there's nothing wrong with reading various sources before investing.

So for me personally I agree that ideally before dropping anything on a particular asset the first thing to do is to explore everything both the purpose, the benefits and the reasons why Bitcoin was created. In the process, we will find people who have different ways of dealing with investments. But that doesn't mean you have to dictate what you want.
1211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: July 16, 2023, 03:17:13 PM
after De Gea became a free agent very few rumors spread and only Sevilla have been linked with De Gea. even though Sevilla themselves are not really eyeing De Gea because of his old age so Sevilla thinks investing in young players will be better.
De Gea's future is very sad when he has been in the EPL for decades after his old age seems to have been thrown away.

De Gea's current goal is simply to accept an offer from Saudi Arabia rather than just being paid cheaply in European teams.
I had heard of 2 to 3 clubs but Sevilla were aggressive enough to sign him. Then there is Fenerbahce which is also rumored to need a senior goalkeeper like De Gea, because Fenerbahce is dominated by young players so it will be very important for De Gea to be there. But regarding the Rumors of the Saudi Arabian Club I was most worried about easily making a high offer. As we know, the Arabia club has never played games when it comes to transfers and fees being issued.

I agree with you, Harry Kane is a Tottenham Legend and a Premier league world class striker; will he hit the Legendary status at the Premier league? i am quite unsure.  I hope Harry Kane gets the Bayern Munich transfer; that way he is able to get better wages and also have improved status because of trophies he we will win with the bundesliga champions.
A hero without a trophy, maybe he will be remembered by Tottenham fans but his way of defending is also not too promising continuously. He should have taken Bayern Munich's laugh and didn't need to consider staying. At his old age, I think his ratio is 1 or two seasons and there won't be more than that. So that when faced with Bayern Munich, the potential for him to carve his name can be realized.
1212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ads for online gambling should be banned. on: July 16, 2023, 01:42:42 PM
That's part of solution maybe we can't see a huge effect on it since there are still people gambles but still its good initiative already since they can study how their regulation goes. If it happens the number of addiction has still rising up maybe another solution will be placed and maybe we. n see them issue a total ban if they see that their last regulation didn't seems effective and they need to level up their actions and put total end to each casino platform to lessen up the damage  brought up by wrong perception about the casino.
I don't know how the rules in Australia are regarding gambling in general. Maybe the regulation has leeway with funds that can enter the state treasury. The government earns revenue from casino operations in accordance with the legality that has been approved. Gambling cannot be prohibited even through government regulations, advertisements will still appear everywhere, especially on each cell phone. You've seen it right? then refer to government policy on whether gambling is allowed. In fact, the advertisements are still running around and the only people who can stop them are the individuals themselves.
1213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 16, 2023, 12:50:54 PM
They do try to convince players who wants a change but they don't push much. They always keep the doors open to them and are also respectful towards the decision the player makes in the end. Secondly, I haven't seen City allowing a move and then regretting later on. They have world class coaches, facilities and all so it's a good place where a player can develop and if a player moves out they always try to look for strong alternatives and then develop him to become the next star of the team. It is a cycle and going through it, City doesn't faces much issues.
This does look a little detrimental to Man City if a great player like Bernando Silva leaves. With his contribution to The Cityzen, no one agrees with this kind of decision. On the other hand, next season Man City will be a little shaky when the foundation that plays an important role in winning the treble Winner one by one only makes the opponent happy with this news. I know that Man City always respects the decisions of their players who want to leave, but right now I prefer to make an offer to stay. Because after all, this season's squad is the ideal squad I've ever seen. Besides having stability with each other, they have shown solidity and compatibility when they are on green grass.
1214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 15, 2023, 01:40:07 PM
Good signing, bit expensive for a defensive midfielder but he will improve them.

Yeah it was a stiff competition so can understand the price but we got a great signing for ourselves here. I was actually glad that City didn't went overboard after their first bid and left the race otherwise we would have been paying around 120m Euro at least.
Arsenal are really desperate to agree to Declan for a fantastic price, but with Arteta, I'm pretty sure he can show maximum results. As a midfielder, this price was enough to make other clubs withdraw from their pursuit of Declan, but Arsenal kept going until Westham let him go with a big profit. It looks like Man City's role has succeeded in baiting Arsenal to raise prices. Because Man City actually doesn't really need midfielders at high prices, they can still make the most of the players they already have.
1215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You must do this if you want to QUIT or NOT on: July 15, 2023, 12:01:45 PM

Now, if you still want to gamble but you don't want to become addicted to it, one of the things you should do in my opinion is:

1. Only set aside an amount of money that you will use to gamble in a casino.
2. Don't think that you will gamble to make money, because if you do that, you will surely have a problem later.
3. Just spend a few hours staying in a casino to gamble so you can avoid what you don't realize is wasting time that you should be spending on important things instead of gambling.

There will eventually be you going back to the casino with a bigger amount of money. Gambling is no longer about being able to allocate time to play, everything will take a psychological toll on a person even in an unconscious way. Maybe you are right that don't think about gambling to make money, but when victory is in front of your eyes, doesn't greed come to the gambler? 100% they follow ambition and will chase bigger winnings. As an additional point, if you want to keep gambling and feel that what is at stake is still reasonable, it means that the gambler does not realize that the money spent has exceeded the limit. It would be nice to stop and find alternative activities that keep you busy.

We cannot just dictate someone's mentality, believe it or not, gambling with any amount has the same effect as a gambler with big bets.
1216  Economy / Economics / Re: New currency from BRICS countries on: July 15, 2023, 11:37:02 AM
World trade has depended on the US dollar for centuries. Currently, the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine has a major impact on the US dollar. BRICS was created mainly around this effect. So that the dominance of the US dollar in world trade can be broken. Many countries believe that if it becomes effective, the BRICS countries will be able to trade in their own currencies. And this will reduce dependence on the dollar. But I don't think BRICS will be able to break the dominance of the US dollar in the world market.

Any threat to any sector of the world economy must be taken seriously. Because this concerns the position of the dollar which is getting weakened. The US can't stay silent and it's as if the BRICS doesn't have a big impact. If you look at the ways of the BRICS countries, of course you also realize that the US Dollar reached its worst point of all time. If the policy of printing money for the US was easy in a matter of seconds then why does its value remain unquestioned?

BRICS conducts purchasing transactions on a large scale, and what they buy is the basic needs of the world. De dollarization will slowly work its way up, it just takes the right time to see the US Dollar no longer has value.
1217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 14, 2023, 07:37:41 PM
If we talk about positions then all of these players have at least one substitute, if not several ones apart from Mahrez. We know also that Mahrez didn't participate a lot in the previous season and was less effective comparing to two or three years ago.
Obviously having many players leaving the club will destabilise it but Manchester City know already that a transition phase will occur especially after they won everything especially Champions League title Wink
Even so, Manchester City will not immediately become weak next season. Because Manchester City are very prepared for the transition phase they are currently experiencing, so there is still a possibility that Manchester City will continue to be strong next season, even though there might be a difference from last season when they won the championship. And in terms of substitute players, indeed it must still be there in order to anticipate unexpected things like you said that.
I think Manchester city will be aggressive after achieving the champions league title last season and ambitious with great passion to be able to get a second win in the champions league.
Maybe there won't be too many new players to be recruited, but Manchester City's line-up is already very good and the strategy pattern doesn't need to be changed.
Yes, that's very clear, but on the other hand, I'm a little worried because with Gundogan leaving I think it will slightly reduce Manchester City's performance. I don't really know what steps Guardiola will take to balance his squad's game after Gundogan's departure. But so far I've heard that Guardiola has found a new alternative to replace Gundogan and is deemed suitable to fill the void, namely Kovacic. Now all clubs are carrying out various massive maneuvers for a surprising appearance next season, and most likely all Premier League clubs will not provide any opportunities or opportunities for Manchester City. I really believe Arsenal's appearance will be quite surprising in the title race in the Premier League next season.
1218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: July 14, 2023, 03:46:04 PM
I have no doubt that liverpool are going play exceedingly well as per next season concern, jorgen kloop and his boys were just adjusting to his style of play and they started blending at the end part of the season and the boys started yielding results. Liverpool is a very good team and with now that jorgen klopp has corrected the flaws in the team I feel the mane effect won't be much of a problem for them.
For a club like Liverpool, I am quite optimistic and hope that next season they will make a lot of changes. Not only in terms of the core squad, but at least I want to see Jurgen Klopp take advantage of several reserve players to exist more. At the moment Firmino's absence leaves a quite important position, I'm sure Mac Allister can adapt easily too. Moh Salah, Darwin Nunez, and Gakpo must have been perfect for each other. So that the attack line is expected to be as solid as we expected. Even if they don't play in the UCL next season, at least in the English Premier League, Liverpool can secure the results later.
1219  Economy / Economics / Re: Fix the money, Fix the world. on: July 14, 2023, 03:06:00 PM
I think the world will be a better place without notice or segregation between the rich and the poor if Bitcoin is embraced fully since Bitcoin is not a currency of a particular country everyone has the equal right and power to either store it or use it.
How can we equate the rich and the poor? Simply by looking at their account balances, they are already different, and it is quite natural for most people to show more respect towards the wealthy. Someone who possesses a substantial amount of Bitcoin is considered rich, whereas someone with only a small amount of Bitcoin is considered poor. (This context applies when Bitcoin is the sole measure of wealth).

I agree more with the notion of character education for each individual, so that the wealthy can be wiser in considering the feelings of the less fortunate. And the less fortunate should also be self-aware and show respect towards others. When the sense of arrogance within each human being has vanished, there would be no need to fix the money to fix the world.
People who are busy talking about social status and even themselves feel that their social status is not clear in the eyes of society. The fact that we have nothing to be proud of, except what we have today, has taught us how to live even though we feel deprived. I don't know. Can social status show that the world is your own? of course not, anyone is free to be himself and determine respect, and not when two parties are mutually selfish with their respective economic conditions.

For example, Indian society generally adheres to the Khasta system. then what do you think is the use of self-respect, respect it seems that only rich people have? Have you ever positioned yourself at the lowest caste and thought for a moment? That is just a small simulation of how painful the standard of living is when viewed from social status alone.

Tottenham have been holding Kane for a long time. Even today Kane has become the all-time top scorer at the Tottenham Club. Kane from young until now has not really had experience outside the English club. Even though he has extraordinary talent that can bring his career to a greater height when he joins Europe's strongest clubs such as Real Madrid, Bayern and many other clubs that are trying to get Kane. But Tottenham seem to really rely on Kane too much. so Tottenham doesn't seem to want to lose Kane no matter what. The issue of Kane's desire to leave Tottenham has started to appear since 2021/2022. But so far no club has succeeded in bringing Kane out of Tottenham.
Maybe in the end Kane will stick around and not want any trophies other than just serving at Spurs until his career is over. It's getting more and more difficult every day for Spurs to give the agreement that has been offered by Bayern Munich, even after the proposal was accepted. Spurs was silent in a thousand languages. All goes back to Hary Kane's decision whether he at the end of his career wants to feel what a trophy is or not at all and is only remembered by Spurs fans.

The Manchester United debut of Mount was nothing short of amazing. His easy showing of his remarkable recovery abilities and presence on the pitch demonstrated his seamless inclusion into the team. His football savvy was evident in his ability to locate open areas and position himself wisely to receive passes. His flexibility as a player was demonstrated by the fact that he not only supported the defence but also helped the team attack. Emerging stars like Emeran and Fish also performed well and offered depth to the team performance in addition to Mount who sparkled in particular. Manchester united is experiencing a resurgence of hope as a result of these talented young player making their mark and the expectation of an excellent season is tangible.
I won't praise you too much because this is just an early debut, which seems to be less than optimal if you pay attention. I mean, if you watch Mount on the pitch he still looks clumsy and hasn't adapted very well. After all, Man United did not use their main squad, so it is not certain that Mount will play with his already-formed main squad. It's not easy to match at the beginning and it takes a long process. Even though Mount's skills are beyond doubt, he still hasn't fully shown maximum results at Man United. So pre-season games don't do anything, nothing more than training.
