der "Absturz" des BTC Preises am Wochenende, ich tippe ja darauf das das mit dem Prime Day von Amazon zusammenhängt. Da Amazon noch keine BTC annimmt müssen halt alle ihre btc vor dem shoppen gehen umtauschen  War ganz genau mein Gedanke. Nachdem es im letzten Jahr so grau und mau überall aussah, wollten sich die Konsum-Junkies endlich mal wieder etwas gönnen. Also schnell einige BTC locker machen und das High-End Smartdingens aus Shenzhen abgreifen und dabei sagenhafte und grandios und wahnsinnige 40% sparen.  Oder so ähnlich... Seit Bitcoin hab ich so 40% Rabbattkram allerdings immer mit anderen Augen gesehen |

Ich z.b. hab Bitcoin im Bullenmarkt verwendet, um ein paar teurere Anschaffungen zu machen...im Bärenmarkt tu ich das nicht. Finde, damit bin ich sowohl contrarian, als auch P2P cash user - den Weg über ein Bankkonto musste ich allerdings trotzdem gehen

so absturz um 300 dollar. das wars wieder, wie gestern erwähnt gibt es wieder einen abwärtstrend, der pump zuvor, war zu offensichtlich.
klassisch,,,,pump erzeugt unten etwas mehr kauf order,,dann werden großen mengen an die menge verkauft,,,und dann kommt eine 2. welle,,, danach startet es wieder von vorne,,bei 3400-3600 level...langsam wird es zeit um sich für was anderes umzusehen,,,das ganze wird ja viel stärker manipuliert als wie die jahre zuvor...vielleicht monero? Könntest auch Du dich zumindest in einigen Punkten an die deutsche Grammatik halten? Auch ich bin da nicht der beste drinn,aber fällt es einem doch echt schwerr Deine Gedanken nachzuverfolgen. Das Problem ist, dass alle die sich bislang dafür interessiert und investiert haben damit vergrault werden. Neue Anhänger zu finden wird schwer.

I do get angry.
And of course it is impossible to say what a court will say to this (Finnish jurisdiction, not American one..I doubt they judge as liberally as Americans) but as I said, I regard this as either comitting fraud, or the community actually owning a lot of money in a (yes, failed) company and therefore being elligible to retrieve it.
I don't want to silently sit by and let them retrieve money that they got by deception.
Okay, let me concretize...are there 5 people willing to join me in bringing this to court?

Okay its not in the whitepaper, maybe I remembered that wrong, but its in the opening post:
IPO STOCK OPTIONS FOR HEAT TOKENS
Heat Ledger Ltd will arrange share release of private stock equity in Q2 - Q3 2017. Approximately 50,000 to 62,500 company shares are planned to be available for the public to constitute 20% - 25% of total company equity. HEAT token holders who participate in round 1 ICO and hold their tokens will receive options that entitle for 50% minimum rebate from IPO share price.
Although I know that the rules around that have changed every now and then and I don't know the current stance - anyway it should be enough

The whitepaper. Which is, why I assume that if the promises there aren't kept (in the regard as to who owns what) it would be committing fraud.
But as said, I alone can't do anything. I just offer to lead the move if the community supports it
