1341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: April 15, 2023, 08:40:19 PM
It was the tactical decision by ETH that cost Man United the game. Like you said Martial was having the best of game and he was replaced with the ineffective Weghorst.
~snip~
It looks like the draw at Old Traford benefited Sevilla a lot. Their second leg will be played in Spain. Many players are injured and accumulated cards, hoping that Man United can qualify seems very difficult.
As the host of the second leg, of course Sevilla is very lucky. In fact, I also read that Rashford is also unavailable in the second leg.  It is possible that Sevilla will continue the record of never losing and qualifying for the semi-finals.
1342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 14, 2023, 08:24:03 PM
~snip~
The most interesting fight is going to be between Bayern Munich and Dortmund. Because I don’t remember when was the last time Bayern Munich was actually challenged for the Bundesliga title. I still don’t think Bayern Munich is going to lose. But there is still some competition till now.
Against Dortmund they have won and have a two-point margin. There are still seven points left, and those two points are not very comfortable. Tuchel must not make a mistake so they do not have the title this season. In UCL they lost 3-0. The hope seems difficult to advance to the next round even though they will play in Germany. Tuchel should be able to do that, because the Munich management seems confident in his choice.
1343  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What advice do you give a newbie? on: April 14, 2023, 05:36:01 PM
expecting someone to tell you so you understand better is not good enough. You can definitely learn and can read so many topics explained in this thread. You certainly have to try to find out what you don't understand independently. This forum has many topics you need, search those topics and understand.
if indeed you don't understand anymore, and you are too newbie, asking a few questions like in this thread is the last resort. But try your more trying, you will definitely find it.
1344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 14, 2023, 07:54:53 AM
A 0 - 2 defeat is still a lucky result for Chelsea as it was not a best day of Real Madrid attacking players. In their better days, they can score more goals to Chelsea and nail their position in Champions League semi final before their second meeting at Stamford Bridge.
Quite happy with this result, but actually I want Real Madrid to win by three goals. Two goals is not too much difference. Their second leg will be played at Stamford Bridge. We must remember how Dortmund had to fail to enter the quarterfinals. They failed to win at Stamford bridge. Anceloti should understand that. I hope they are in good shape and ready without injury in the second leg. This is because of my hope that they can win the UCL and of course the Copa Del Rey. So they will have three trophies this season.
1345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you love and enjoy taking risk? on: April 13, 2023, 10:12:08 PM
I think those beginners who still have a little experience need to learn from previous events and that is very important,
a very reckless decision of course to invest all capital in meme coins which it's not clear what the future will be,
it's better to invest in something as obvious as Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is definitely a coin for long term investment, no more research required, just buy and hold until you reach a new ATH. Beginners may just want to experiment with their money and want to get instant profits, but it will be more dangerous because they can lose it all. It would be a ridiculous decision to invest all of your funds in meme coins, it would just turn to ashes and some memecoins would just be left behind. memecoin is only used as a tool for manipulation, don't make it a long-term investment.
1346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it risky to invest in new crypto coins/tokens on: April 13, 2023, 09:24:30 PM
As a beginner it is not recommended to invest in new tokens or coins, it is very risky to lose. Instead of investing in new coins, it's better to invest in bitcoin or ethereum, it will be safer, no need to do more research. in the long term it is also very safe, but note that you really have to consider where you enter and where you exit.
I've found a lot of new coins that end up being scammed and abandoned, leaving their investors with nothing to gain, only losses left.
1347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you consider yourself as a risk taker if you buy bitcoin? on: April 13, 2023, 11:26:53 AM
You are correct that Bitcoin carries its own set of risk, including volatility of price and lack of regulation in crypto market but at the same time keeping money in fiat currencies is also subject to risk of inflation which reduces its purchase power. Similarly the value of stock can also fluctuate based on market conditions and performance of the company.

Ultimately, all kind of investments are associated with specific risks, however you should take an informed decision based on your financial situation and risk tolerance.
All do have different risks and are in accordance with their respective portions. Cryptocurrency has a high risk, but let's see, the return is also faster and can be very high depending on market conditions, because the crypto market fluctuates with high volatility. it will not be owned by the stock market, Fiat, bonds or other investments. The most important thing is decentralized, we have full control over the assets we have. there will be no third parties who touch our assets when storing them in personal wallets or non-custodial wallets.
1348  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: we don't have proper education on bitcoin. on: April 13, 2023, 11:05:54 AM
The number 80% -90% is a big number, if many don't know bitcoin then this is your chance to understand it and be able to invest in bitcoin. You will be the 10% of people who know bitcoin. Wouldn't that be great, you can spread bitcoin knowledge more widely in your area of residence, you will become a starter for bitcoin knowledge. This is your chance and it's not a big deal, you have to take advantage of it.
1349  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: April 13, 2023, 07:00:50 AM
~snip~

It is almost impossible for Madrid to win the La Liga title. Unless a miracle happens. Even if Real Madrid wins all of their upcoming matches, the title is out of the question unless Barcelona drops points. Barcelona losing 14 points in 10 games is highly unlikely.
Even as a Real Madrid fan I have given up. I don't feel very confident and I'm realistic about the current state of affairs. The points difference is big and as you write it is impossible that Barcelona will lose and lose fourteen points in the remaining games of the season.
I think at the moment it's best to keep trying to win and get the three points. They should focus on the Copa Del Rey and UCL. Because the Copa Del Rey and UCL are the most real expectations at the moment.
1350  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 13, 2023, 06:40:04 AM
Haaland one pass and one goal.  My guess is correct, he will remain a dangerous striker. Haaland's goal proved the Bayern Munich defender failed to keep him moving. But behind that I was amazed by De Brunye's performance. Bayern Munich also failed to shut him down.
Bayern Munich also looked unconfident. Their defenders made a lot of mistakes. It seems that they are mentally depressed. Tuchel was also late in changing players. He should be able to bring in new players after the break. But I'm in awe of Sommer, he's actually good but he's not got good defensive support. Bayern Munich seems to have to work hard in the second leg
1351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sushiswap hacked on: April 11, 2023, 10:12:17 PM
It is true there is not platform that is completely safe, but decentralized exchanges have been hacked so many times over their short lives that it seems as if in that aspect either the technology is lacking and they cannot do nothing to stop those hacks, which could mean the technology is nowhere near ready to be used, or there is a significant lack of talented individuals managing those decentralized exchanges and hackers are simply more capable than them.
Scammers' minds are constantly evolving to create new methods or break some security by exploiting existing bugs. Many CEXs in the past were hacked quite easily and lost millions of dollars, even FTX became the last victim filled with drama by its own CEO. Moreover, DEX which is a decentralized market, but still has many security holes so that many exploit methods can easily break into DEX, as happened with sushiswap. This really should be an important lesson, being more advanced than scammers is very necessary.
1352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask - new feature that detects scams on: April 11, 2023, 09:14:15 PM
now there are a lot of scammers who can hack a wallet from which you can steal a lot of your savings, so you need to monitor your data a lot and nowhere to give your keys, scammers are now very active in this regard and, as for me, there is not enough protection from wallet developers
The main protection is from knowing yourself that this system will remain vulnerable. Every scammer has their own methods and new ones are always coming up. Scammers are indeed very active and are constantly looking for their victims to get lots of benefits. I even use a hardware wallet that is never connected to any dapp and that's only for long term assets.
1353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still hunt for airdrops? on: April 11, 2023, 08:48:42 PM
Airdrops right now are not the same as before, where you could get it in a week without any requirements or just sign up on their whitelist or just follow simple steps to join their airdrop and after a week you'd receive the token and be listed on exchange. That arbitrum A lot of my friends got that airdrop because they transacted on it, which I haven't done. The airdrop hype again because of arbitrum, but again, that is just a lucky one because most of the airdrop just died or a scam.
But it's not as easy as you describe, even if you register on the white list it will still be selected, and some projects that implement this type of airdrop provide little incentive. The Arbitrum airdrop is different as you explained, it is more about the activity of using the arbitrum network on a regular basis and there are several requirements that must be met to get an airdrop, not just doing one task, but waiting a long time and consistently making transactions. Most airdrops that are not managed properly will indeed die and eventually become scams.
1354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still hunt for airdrops? on: April 11, 2023, 10:36:19 AM
I have joined many airdrops before but never received any payment. Even if I got some tokens from one of them, I could not sell them because the transaction fee is higher than the sale. I haven't joined airdrop for a long time after that. But recently I joined Arbitrum airdrop because there was a lot of publicity about it on social media.
By the time the hype starts and gets high enough you are too late. You join arbitrum because of the people who get airdrop from arbitrum. Those who joined at the beginning long enough to wait for the moment. You have to arrive early for other projects, do research and check every social media. If you don't get anything from the airdrop, then change your strategy. do airdrops that have been recommended, and don't work on projects that have been abandoned and don't have much interest.
1355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask - new feature that detects scams on: April 11, 2023, 02:21:49 AM
This will be very helpful, we can see that currently there are very many Daaps scam sites and some have trapped thousands of users and lost their assets. Metamask provides a very useful feature, unconsciously metamask will warn us when trying to connect a wallet with a scam site. But conscious vigilance must still exist, manually check the site to be visited and connected to the wallet, that will be the first rule that must be carried out to make it safer.
1356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sushiswap hacked on: April 10, 2023, 09:20:29 PM
No system is safe. I believe that every platforms or system has it's own vulnerability and it is just waiting for it to be exploited. The hacking scenario of sushiswap doesn't have a big impact on the market because of how small the hack is compared to other big events that triggers a bear market though this hacking scenario show that there are still a lot of vulnerabilities on exchanges and there are still improvements needed in the security part. I hope this won't trigger the hackers in targetting crypto exchanges.
So far, several Dex have started to be hacked and now it's sushiswap's turn. But I'm also not familiar with sushiswap and have never used it. The effects of the hack may not be as big for the market. Just watch ETH drop by only a few percent, but then continue to be bullish again. No system is secure, and developers must continue to provide the best possible security today. Do not put all assets in Dex or Cex because there will be a risk of being hacked, I prefer to keep them in my personal wallet.
1357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When is the next altcoin season? on: April 10, 2023, 07:14:00 PM
It is to expected the price rush before halving but I've found out that most investors are busy buying not known altcoins, especially new projects believing that hype can happen to them. We can't imagine a price multiplying for x1000 and it really happens to some coins which literally give interest to the investors rather than looking for Bitcoin and ETH. That is kinda a smart idea and never found it wrong but just only a risky decision as many people had also suffered losses from falling into scam projects.
then you need to prepare mentally and money that you can afford to lose. The potential is quite large, it can be x1000, but the risk is also comparable. Bitcoin and ETH are only for the long term, but new Altcoins are just pump and dump, get in early and dump, it gets better. Holding it for the long term is risky. Many also fall into fraudulent projects due to a lack of research before investing.
1358  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 10, 2023, 06:09:05 PM
If Lampard will deliver Chelsea as coach is still under probability,  the number of games left will prove if he his competent  for the job or not. But I still get so confused why it is so difficult for the owner of Chelsea to bring a good coach who is good for the work. Lampard Lose his first game as coach for the team , this give me impression Real Madrid will beat them.
It's hard to say they have trouble getting a coach. I think with their current financial situation it will be easy to get a good coach. But it looks like they have their own policies and they don't want to rush like Potter's election.
At the moment Lampard's problem is to understand the new players. They need adaptation and at the moment they are not a good team. So I wouldn't expect much on Lampard to bring Chelsea better. No worse than potter, maybe that's my best expectation. In the UCL I think they also don't have as much hope as they will be against Real Madrid.
1359  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 10, 2023, 05:27:37 PM
After a good game with Liverpool, Arsenal could not secure the victory in the end and drew the match. Looking at the state of play, I think Arsenal will be able to beat Liverpool. But Liverpool's last minute goal helped to draw the match remarkably.
Of course a draw is not too bad for Liverpool. In fact, I think Arsenal could have lost if Aaron Ramsdale hadn't performed well. I saw him make four important saves. In addition, Arsenal seemed to have the upper hand and forgot that Liverpool had time to make a different final result. In the end it happened, there was even a chance in the final minute that should have been a goal. Konate got a golden chance but the Arsenal goalkeeper was excellent.
1360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your opinion on shikoku inu? on: April 09, 2023, 10:08:03 PM
Shitcoins will still be shitcoins. There's nothing really promising long-term like shitcoins that just mimic other tokens.
The hype may only be at the beginning, but when the market is bearish it will be abandoned and will only become trash. There are already many types of tokens like that. It's better to do research than to be trapped and lose by investing in shitcoin.
