Artinya sudah jauh ada perbaikan dari sebelumnya caruk maruk. Kalau ane melihat dulu itu tidak adanya manajemen yang baik antara KPU sebagai penyelenggara dengan pihak terkait di anatarnya perangkat desa. bahkan ada beberapa perangkat desa tidak dilibatkan dalam kepanitian padahal kerja merka sampai malam juga demi mempersiapkan kotak suara, tenda, kursi dll. Memang setidaknya untuk masalah gaji setidaknya di periode kali ini sedikit lebih manusiawi jika dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya dan memang untuk anggota KPPS sekarang setidaknya ada pertambahan menjadi 9 dengan pamsung dimana di periode sebelumnya hanya 7 orang yang membuat setidaknya ini lebih ringan tetapi dalam praktiknya dari segi pekerjaan itu tidak ada yang berubah bahkan jika melihat beberapa rekan yang sudah terdaftar di anggota KPPS sepertinya mereka cukup direpotkan dengan beberapa aturan baru walaupun itu lebih baik dibanding periode 2019 karena saya merasakan di 2019 menjadi anggota KPPS itu cukup berat bahkan sekalipun pekerjaan nya tidak terlalu berat tetapi dengan beberapa situasi di 2019 perhitungan suara bahkan sampai malam hari kala itu sehingga memang pasti ada sebuah ke khawatiran yang lain tentang hal ini tentang kejadian yang sama terjadi kembali. Semoga saja untuk saat ini tidak terjadi lagi hal yang sama seperti sebelumnya walaupun memang usia tidak ada yang tahu tetapi tetap saja harapan kita selain dari pemilu kali ini kondusif kita juga mengharap semua terjaga dengan aman dan tanpa ada korban jiwa seperti di 2019. |
