Hi,
Dose the Omni protocol need the Omni coin?
Dose omni coin issues on the omni layer like other omni base coins (MaidSafeCoin,TetherUS,Synereo AMP etc)?
If so dose it have any use case?

SmartCoins in the BitShares ecosystem, Bit20 for example, always have 100% or more of their value backed by the BitShares core currency, BTS, to which they can be converted at any time at an exchange rate set by a trustworthy price feed. In all but the most extreme market conditions, SmartCoins are guaranteed to be worth at least their face value (and perhaps more, in some circumstances). Like any other cryptocurrency, SmartCoins are fungible, divisible, and free from any restrictions. You'll find the whole explanation in this page of the website BitShares.org that explain how the BitUSD and other smartcoin collateral works. In the case of BitUSD the value is pegged to the dollar, in the case of Bit20 the value is directly created by the witnesses. The collateral system that guarantees your asset is exactly the same. Just add it to a Bitcoin Core install, or dump the keys via pywallet  Is there a way to avoid building all the blockchain from scratch. I'm looking for an easy way to view the balance. |

Hello, I'm having a problem using some of the API commands like "/order/new". Most of the commands I check work fine. https://api.bitfinex.com/v1/order/new not return valid respond when I'm using my key/secret for post new order. You can see the problem even without user key/secret or posting the right parameters. For example when you try to access: https://api.bitfinex.com/v1/order/statusthe return message is: {"message":"X-BFX-APIKEY header was not sent."} Which is reasonable. But when you try to access: https://api.bitfinex.com/v1/order/newYou receive the message: "The page you were looking for doesn't exist." Please assist |

Hello, I'm trying to receive real-time update abut my order status change and trade done, using this PHP socketio client example: https://github.com/MtGox/websocketI successful receive general "depth" , "trade" real time information but not "private/trade" "private/orders" real time information. The method: $socketio->callBlocking('private/orders')Give me the current status of my order, but not real time change. Hi,
I'd like to get real time price information from MtGox, I read with the HTTP API the order book has a cache delay of 10 seconds, plus when I run it, it has a very long lag time when loading it.
Is it possible to use the information from the real-time/socket API in a PHP script?

הכוונה שלי ריווחי הון של הלקוחות. היום שאני קונה ומוכר נייר ערך הברוקר הישראלי (בנק\חבר בורסה וכו) חייב לנקות ריווחי הון במקור. זאת להבדיל מברוקר בחו"ל, במקרה של חו"ל אני צריך בסוף השנה למלאה דו"ח לרשויות המס ולהתחשבן על ריווחי הון אם יש וכו'.
ריווחי מט"ח לא נחשבים ריווחי הון למעט נגזרי מט"ח. כל עוד ביטקון לא נחשב מט"ח לפי מיטב הבנתי שירות כגון bit2c.co.il צריך לנקות במקור רווחים ולהעביר לרשויות המס.

I remove my wallet.dat from the PC and save some copies off-line.
Can I use wallet.dat which created on old Bitcoin-Qt version on new Bitcoin-Qt,
just by placing the file in the right place before starting Bitcoin-Qt?

במצב זה אין יתרון ספקולטיבי לתשלום במשהו שאינו ביטקוין, וההחלטה נובעת מדרך התשלום שמביאה למינימום את החיכוך. בגלל היתרונות הרבים של ביטקוין סביר שיהיו הרבה מצבים בהם התשלום בביטקוין זול יותר.
אתה מניח שהמעבר בין שקל לביטקון זול וזמין. זה לא המצב מהטעמים שצינתי + רגולציה מכבידה של הוצעת מט"ח מישראל. היום רובינו לא מקבלים שכר בביטקון. על כל רכישה של טובין בביטקון יש בפועל עלות נוספת של המעבר משקל לביטקון. אני מקווה שבעיד המעבר יהיה זול וזמין. > יש קונפליקט מובנה במטבע הזה. אם יש\תהיה דפלציה אנשי ינטו להחזיק בו ולא להשתמש בו!!!
זה לא קונפליקט, זה שיווי משקל. אם אנשים לא ישתמשו בו הגידול בשער ייבלם, ואז יהיה להם יותר קל להשתמש בו בלי לחשוש מהעלייה בשער. בסוף זה יתאזן על היקף שימוש וקצב גדילה שתואמים זה לזה.
אני לא חושב שאנחנו בשיווי משקל בשלב הזה. דוגמה הפוכה באירן אנשים בורחים מה- "הריאל איראני" למטבע קשה. המצב אופני לאיפלציה ולדעתי גם לדיפלציה. |
