Dose wallet.dat file is compatibale beetwin Bitcoin-Qt 0.7.2 and 0.8.1?

Hi,

I remove my wallet.dat from the PC and save some copies off-line.
Can I use wallet.dat which created on old Bitcoin-Qt version on new Bitcoin-Qt,
just by placing the file in the right place before starting Bitcoin-Qt?

Yup it works just fine. I used a 3 year old wallet just this past Monday
