1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]|DUSK Network| Privacy-oriented chain specifically for Digital Securities! on: July 21, 2019, 09:04:47 PM
Listing in binance exchange will be make a lot of people rich especially the project developers firstly. Dusk has everything in their pocket to succeed.

Not only with that, as I understand the team are all exerting their best efforts to make the project a success and I guess they will not disappoint the community and should also result to stunning rewards to all of its stakeholders very soon in the future.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]|DUSK Network| Privacy-oriented chain specifically for Digital Securities! on: July 13, 2019, 02:56:20 PM
Let us not be confused by DUSK adopting ERC-20 and BEP-2 standards since I was thinking that it is a strategic move to reach out to more stakeholders as possible thus enabling a more wider distribution of the token but if I'm not mistaken, in the end and once the mainnet goes live, this tokens will be naturally swapped to DUSK Network's native token (DUSK) and will be consolidated accordingly.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON to soon displace ETHEREUM? on: May 19, 2019, 03:41:44 AM

The picture you posted in OP seem not fair to Vitalik, you should know that yurself just when you look at it. Of all pictures of Vitalik, you really have to pick that one?

AS of the project they've develop, ETH had already reach a long way than TRX, there is no way RON can displace ETH, we see tron to be a good investment and there are already dapps with it but if you have to compare both, ETH had much milestones achieved.

Yes it was somewhat partial to TRON but I guess almost everybody in the community know the real story that TRON still lags behind Ethereum in almost all aspects of the project with the exception that TRON's CEO is constantly over hyping it.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON to soon displace ETHEREUM? on: May 18, 2019, 01:47:32 PM
There is nothing impossible in the crypto world, "Tron replaces Ethereum" might happen, but it will really take a very long time in my opinion, remember Ethereum is the favorite altcoin of many people, regardless of its shortcomings.

The fact that many projects run inside Ethereum's ecosystem is a feat itself and TRON should do whatever it takes to overtake that achievement but until then Ethereum is enjoying currently as the platform of choice for most crypto projects due to its very active development - a challenge for TRON team indeed. Smiley
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON to soon displace ETHEREUM? on: May 18, 2019, 06:00:08 AM
A healthy competition would be  good between TRON and Ethereum but I don't think TRON would displace Ethereum any time just yet. If there will be also a list of partnerships that Ethereum had just attained then I think you'll know what I mean. Smiley
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining in the cloud vs simply buying bitcoin on: May 17, 2019, 11:31:39 PM
I think there are compelling reasons why cloud mining did not became so popular and of course one of them is that it only offers very limited profitability but if you would buy down BTC, then you could do some flippening or day trading some alt coins with it at times and earn profits along the way.

Happy Friday everyone!

We had an amazing AMA session with Pascal couple of weeks ago, where he explained the technical side of the hybrid exchange and presented our new roadmap and user acquisition strategy.

If you are interested but do not have the time to watch the full video, we made a small article detailing the key points of the stream.

Link: https://medium.com/jarvis-edge/ama-digest-a5add9bf1af

Keep it up, as long as you update all your channels about the development of this project, people will keep supporting you, but it is ok to list the coin to a minor exchange for now, while you develop your products, then after the products are there, you can go for a big exchange, this is a good start and there will be momentum.
What you say is true there is nothing wrong if for now registering a coin in a small exchange first and after growing it might be possible to register a coin in a big exchange and I think it all takes time

I guess the team would rather stick to their commitment in releasing the product first before going to list it in an exchange and if this is the case, then I truly admire them being true to their commitments to the community and always upholding its integrity.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dump the alts on: May 15, 2019, 10:34:43 AM
if disposing of altcoins that are not included in the garbage project from ICO seems to be a mistake, bitcoin has increased and now everyone has also been trading their altcoins to wait for the altcoin party.
Altcoin partying will begin soon. Maybe now there is not much of growth. There is more chances for a big growth with altcoins. Some has already sold and invested into bitcoin which is a good choice, and now small downturn is happening with the price of bitcoin is taking place. We may experience a big growth by this weekend.

Yes! In fact I think its has already started but there will be some exceptions in which I think that some projects that has not performed well in terms of development or have not shown results during the previous bear market will not enjoy significant gains during this bull period. Imho,
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dump the alts on: May 12, 2019, 05:09:38 PM
I guess we should dump the alts when the price is right since its a little bit too early right now to sell them because all of them had severely dropped in price due to the recent bear market. The best option for alt hodlers is to wait for the right time when prices have recovered before selling it based on your acceptable price.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PoW] [PoS] VEIL - Privacy without compromise on: May 12, 2019, 02:41:48 PM
I congratulate to both VeilDango for coming Full Member rank, and VEIL for this successful partnership with Blockfolio. In addition, on txbit.io exchange, VEIL has double bottomed out, so I guess that the coin will bounce back from its double bottom soon. It's hard to say how many satoshis the VEIL coin can bounce back from its temporary price around 3650 satoshis because total volume of the coin on txbit over last day has been still too low, just nearly 0.04 BTC. Personally, I will wait VEIL to raise around 5000 satoshis this time.
*snipped the image*

Could take some time to back up in satoshis, looks like it can't deal very well with all the incoming bounties and the bitcoin surge... Almost trough the 2000sat now

No worries! I think VEIL's  price will be the least concern for us as long as the development team continuous to have active development on the project and pursue it goals and mission, then I guess well be alright. Additionally these things and challenges could even make VEIL more stronger and be competitive over time.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your definition of shitcoin? on: May 12, 2019, 04:33:40 AM
No progress and active development, no real technological improvement, no real community of supporters, no real use case, unfulfilled promises by the team, unfulfilled roadmap, suspicious devs and almost zero in value - these I think are the characteristics of shitcoins that we needed to avoid!

Veil Blog: State of the Veil network - May 9, 2019

In this article, we'll discuss the state of the Veil network and our decision to replace Zerocoin with a new privacy protocol to better achieve Veil's mission.

Read about it here:
https://veil-project.com/blog/2019-05-09-state-of-veil/

I think most of the community will support this decision by the team and trust on their capacity to implement this new protocol. I can say we are somewhat fortunate that this incident happened earlier giving the team ample time to do its best to achieve VEIL's goals.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: share the source on: May 12, 2019, 12:00:42 AM
I participated in airdrop & bounty from October 2018 to this 5/2019. My income is only about 3 ETH. Very depressed.
What about you ? Do you have a reputable airdrop & bounty source? Tell me please!
You should still be glad yet you do still able to earn some on bounties and airdrops.3 ETH isn't that bad for 7 months for some people
and if you do still able to manage to hold that ETH as of this moment then it would be still a good amount. Bounty and airdrops become shitty
after that year 2017.IEO is the new hype now.

Yes! He / she should be thankful for that amount since most bounty hunters didn't really get that same kind of reward yet they don't complain as most projects turned out to be scams. I guess many will appreciate that kind of amount you've got and its better than receiving nothing at all.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: share the source on: May 11, 2019, 03:43:26 PM
Perseverance is the key! I think we should not be discouraged if this activities did not meet our expectations instead, we should strive hard in anything we do. As for bounties and airdrops, the best way to earn more is by joining legit projects with real development since it will most likely give us more potential rewards in the future. Smiley
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PoW] [PoS] VEIL - Privacy without compromise on: May 11, 2019, 01:03:38 PM
In light with recently discovered vulnerabilities on Zerocoin based projects, it is interesting to note that VEIL will not be using or implementing anymore Zerocoin technology as the base core of its protocol as per their official blog - https://veil-project.com/blog/2019-05-09-state-of-veil/ . Any thoughts about this?

The good thing is they removed the vulnerabilities from the wallet really quickly bad news is temporarily anonymity feature is disabled on VEIL hopefully we will soon get back a way to make an anonymous transaction through VEIL.

Yes the team are quick on addressing that critical issue and thankfully the network was not compromised thanks to their effort and capability and since this incident, I'm now more confident in the team's capacity to make the project fully developed as planned. Smiley
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is crawling on: May 10, 2019, 10:43:52 PM
Ethereum's price is maybe on a little slump right now but that doens't concern me. Rather, what concerns me is the degree of development it has undertaken which I understand is very active right now and I'm sure will be the  factor in determining its price in the near future.

19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 10,000$ - Where to invest? on: May 05, 2019, 01:25:50 PM
Invest on projects that have marketcap with less than $5 million but already has a working platform or own blockchain. Also take into consideration these factors: developers activity and capacity, competition, uniqueness, viabillity of use cases and if it has strong community backing.

~snip~

Why do founders rewards even exist? They exist so one individual (the founder) can get rich. VEIL is a Privacy coin. Privacy coins are used in Niche markets and will never come close to having global adoption on a mass scale. If you have to ask why then I don't have the time to explain this to you.... What I'm saying is the founder isn't going to limit his wealth (acquired in VEIL) to Niche markets. He's going to cash in at some point. Can somebody from the VEIL team explain to me why this won't be the case? The tech is fantastic but I can't help but think this is doomed to fail because of the economics.[/size]

Almost all project developers are dumping and selling their coins, they still need to pay and spend something for their life..

and they work hard on this project and development team should be properly compensated for their time and effort.

I agree but I don't think the team will dump their coins quickly  when in fact they will be sure that they will reap greater rewards in the future if they just

continue to actively develop this project and continue to add innovations on it.
