Ben nasıl bir dalgınlık aşamasında isem, bu konuyu görüp sipariş verdim ama indirim kodunu uygulamayı unuttum.  Yine de sonraki gün ücretsiz kargoyla sıkıntısız bir şekilde ulaştı elime cüzdan. Kutu tamamen açılmamıştı, ambalajı üzerindeydi. |

40btcyi kenarda tutma fikri de bi acaipmiş  adam 40btcyi kenarda tutsa nasıl trade yaparak para kazanacak. bence asıl sebep, ana para koruması olayının yanlış anlaşılması. ana para korumalı fonların pek çok sınırlaması olur, örneğin bir yıl içerisinde çekim yapılamaz, örneğin gelir belli bir yüzdeyi geçemez. yani risk olmadan çok yüksek para kazanma fikri en başından uçuk. kimse yanlış anlamasın ancak fonlara bu kadar güvenip giren insanların da suçu var. bob da bu bakmış talep devam ediyor, kendisi de devam etmiş, onun da suçu riski tam anlatmamış olmak olabilir. Arkadaşlar "ana para korumalı" söz öbeği zihninizde nasıl çağrışımlar uyandırıyor bilmiyorum ama, tüm yatırımcılarda uyandırdığı; fonun tüm parasının batması halinde dahi nakit ödemenin derhal yapılacağı bir rezervin bulunmasıdır. Ayrıca finansal piyasalara ne kadar uzak olduğunuz çok belli. Bugün dünyanın en büyük fonları bile halen nakit aramakta. Kimse kendi parasını doğrudan riskin içine sokmak istemiyor. bobmarley denen arkadaş ana para koruması dediyse, trade yaptığı kadar miktarı kenara koyacaktı. Koymadığı için ucu nitelikli dolandırıcılığa kadar gidebilecek bir eylemde bulunmuş oluyor zira katılımcıları yanıltıcı tabirlerle bir nevi ayıplı ürün satmış oluyor. bu da yeni moda oldu. hemen "ben daha çok biliyorum, sen daha az biliyorsun" argümanı geliyor. tamam abi, sen biliyorsun. haklısın Aynen öyle, haklıyım. Kampanya yöneticilerinin hiçbiri iyi değil, Türklerden Mirallas ve Needmoney'in diğerlerine oranla daha düzgün olduğunu düşünüyorum. Bounty menajeri kim olursa olsun bence ufakta olsa kenarından bir şeyler araklayacaktır, araklayacak kişi bizden olsun bari. Pakistan'lı iki arkadaş yıllarca ödül programlarını dehşete çevirdiler, kimsenin yazdığı kabul olmadı, high ile derecelendirilen ödül programının bitişinden önce low'a düşürüldü. Kendi yan hesaplarından yazdıkları kopya bloglara ise tam puan verdiler ve tüm parayı yediler. Bu işin böyle olmaması için piyasadaki bounty menajerlerinin devamlı değişmesi ve yerine daha istekli/adil menajerlerin aranması gerekiyor.
Bu konuda yanlış düşünüyorsunuz. Hali hazırda 6 aktif kampanyamız var, yenileri de yolda. Biz zaten, tıpkı bir reklam ajansı gibi, yaptığımız iş karşılığında hatırı sayılır bir miktar kazanıyoruz. Etik ve ahlak anlayışımız izin vermeyeceği gibi, işimizin ciddiyeti ve sürdürülebilirliği için de bizim için şeffaflık ve dürüstlük çok önemli. Yabancı kısımda söylediğinizi hemen hemen tüm gördüğüm yöneticiler yapıyor. Sylon'un ta Primalbase çeviri programında nasıl tokenleri kendine aldığını konusunda yazmıştım. Bunun böyle olmasının çok basit: Kaliteyi aşırı düşürmüşler. Now Referencing is just a validation check to back up decisions that have already been made, simply to check there are no ‘skeletons in the closet’. TOOL BECAME CHECK.Like the centralised platforms, referencing doesn’t help Workers - checks at the latter stages of the recruitment process can only impact them negatively. After years of duplicitous requests, Workers are now less willing to share their Referees. Referees are less willing to provide detailed References due to lack of incentive.
