Last week I invested around 1000US$ in pennystocks - yes those coins worth nothing at all today. I opened up an account at hitBTC.com because a huge amount of pennystocks is listed there. Then I switched to show me the cheapest coins and just bougt bewtween 2000 and 500.000 each - noch I got a portfolio of 20 pennystocks. Every time i contacted Bittrex support they answered within 2~3 days. Open a ticket and give it some time and they'll get back at you.
Just make sure you get your account verified before you deposit any sizable amounts of crypto, to avoid any problems withdrawing later (if your KYC goes wrong somehow).
