I like the idea of sun on my anus. Am extremely sure it has never occurred in the entirety of my life. I expect something like a beautiful bouquet of flowers to spring from it and float away followed by my arse giving a sigh of ecstatic relief.

Do you have to buy a special hoobajoob to get sun on your anus, or can you do the job for free?
2  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitstamp transaction stuck with 0 confirms for more than 24 hrs. on: November 27, 2019, 08:32:42 PM
I successfully submitted your transaction to the viabtc mining pool's transaction accelerator.

https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
ViaBTC's free transaction accelerator doesn't accept transactions with less than 10 sat/byte fee. So your claim seems unlikely.

Yes you are right, I was using my phone's browser and couldn't see the transaction rejection warning. A tiny box briefly flashed up with something green written in it, and I thought that was a transaction acceptance message.

I have since tried the accelerator through a computer browser and can see transaction rejection warnings for low fees.

The transaction was included in block 605507 which was mined by Poolin, so viabtc didn't accelerate it.

Virwox is closing on January 6, 2020.

Withdraw your coins and get your trade records before then.

We regret to inform you that we will permanently close our service on Jan. 6, 2020.

Please make sure that you have finished your trades well before 11am Central European Time on Jan. 6, 2020. You will not be able to access your account after that time!

I'm shocked it's closing.

What? I thought they closed down like 5 years ago.

No they were still a useful way to buy bitcoins with paypal until recently. I think paypal stopping working with them last January eventually led to the closure.

Viabtc should confirm your transaction when it mines its next block.

You can see here the viabtc pool's last block was mined about an hour ago.

I saw the bounty thread of your project but I can’t find the link to the white papper. Can you give me the link of the white paper? I need to read through the white paper to understand the project clearly

I don't think there is one yet. However this tweet says there's a pinned copy of the roadmap on discord.

Awhile back I read a thread somewhere on here that some company did just that.
i.e ...actually engraved the priv key with a “sealed” hologram or some such thing and sold
the various bitcoin valued coins they fabricated.
And guess what ended up happening?
Not too hard to figure out...lol

You mean the Casascius coins?  Lots of those still out there unswept, they are legit.

They are collectors items now. They are worth more as a collectors item than the value of the bitcoins they contain.

This is the board people sell them in.

It will be anti-money laundering.  He’s either buying or selling BTC to drug dealers / organized crime.

A guy called BurtW was arrested years ago for for trading on localbitcoins. They charged him with operation of unlicensed money transmitting business, and it cost him a fortune to clear his name.

I was arrested for trading Bitcoins, on Localbitcoins.com, in Colorado.

So far defending myself has cost our family almost $200,000

We can use all the help we can get, please see the fundraising web site put up by my wife Jean:

The Asian stock markets are now crashing like Wall Street. Meanwhile bitcoin's gone back up above $8000. Thankfully the investors seem to be buying into it rather than selling it like they are selling those stocks.

I think anyone who buys a pen worths thousands of dollars is a little bit mentally retarded.

You can stab people with it, stick up your jacksy, or even one's urethra, plug holes in aircraft fuselages to prevent depressurisation and use it to deliver children if there's no hot water and towels to hand.

Can a Lambo do any of that?

With a pen, you can perform emergency tracheotomies, too.

The Little Dutch Boy could have saved Haarlem from flooding by putting a pen in the dike instead of his finger, too.

He's been broken for a day or two. This is all he's been posting for the last few days.

Useful artwork is retarded?  Maybe you're  just poor.  I have 2 cigarette lighters that together are worth well over $10k.  I assure you that I am no where near mentally retarded.  Small scale Lambo's.  That's all.  I don't smoke.  Maybe I need a pen...

If you get a pen make sure you buy a few packs of 24 carat gold paperclips to staple your letters together with.

Btw the topic of this thread is - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion

Bite me.

What do you guys think about fountain pens?  I'm thinking about picking up a Naminki maki-e.

Aren't they beautiful?  A little pricey but not as much as a lambo.

Does the ink cost more than the pen? The consumables usually cost more than the item you bought.

After a few years of using the pen you might find the ink cost more than a lambo.

we need to have ChartBuddy back in town to stay focused!

Bitfinex

Bitstamp

Explanation

Cloudflare would ban ChartBuddy because he's a bot. We need a human who never sleeps to make the ChartBuddy posts.

we should ask Amazon Mechanical Turk if we can find someone who is able to do the job.

EDIT: Thermos has a huge amount of bitcoins for the new Forum software so we should ask him for helping us with the funding.   Grin

Well I'll start the mechanical turking off with a copy of ChartBuddy's latest post.

16  Economy / Exchanges / Re: West crave shuts down their MC programs too, everywhere on: January 24, 2018, 04:46:00 AM
It probably has something to do with Wave Crest violating their contractual agreement with Visa and MasterCard. This is not Visa and MC being against bitcoin because my non-WaveCrest MasterCard issued by another card provider works perfectly and is still loadable and spendable. No emails or messages from them about shutting down.

Not sure what Wave Crest did. They have a copy of my passport and utility bill when I applied for the Cryptopay Visa last year. I hope all our information is safely stored or deleted and discarded in a secure and permanent manner.

How can an application be made for the non-WaveCrest MasterCard you have that's issued by another card provider?

Which provider is it?

Now THIS is the kind of capitulation talk we need more of.
The trend is down.

I CAN'T TAKE THIS PRESSURE ANY MORE !!! DON'T MAKE ME PLACE A SELL ORDER AT $10,500 YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE !!!

* BobLawblaw cries out in sobbing anguish. Dramatically tips back head, and places back-of-the-hand on forehead, while feigning fainting...

Is it going to the moon after you put your sell order on at $10,500?

What will CoinExchange do with the coins it got from the snapshot? It must have had some of the biggest CybCSec wallets. Will it give its customers coins from the snapshot?

Unfortunately you had to have your coins in a desktop wallet at the time of snapshot.

Does that mean CoinExchange is keeping all the coins its wallet got from the snapshot for itself? That would make it an ARMR whale.

Just going through all the shitfork coins to see if I can increase my BTC stash.
Looks like the majority of them can't be exchanged on any exchanges due to various reasons (non functioning wallets etc).
Does anyone have a list of which coins are actively trading and can be deposited at which exchange?
Would be much appreciated.

Yes please that’d be great. I don’t have an android phone so I haven’t been able to claim my bitcoin gold still through the Coinimi wallet.

You can get a brand new android phone from China on ebay for 40 bucks and free shipping, I just bought one to keep my free coins in. Will start to claim after Bitcoin Atom's snapshot on 25/26 this month.

Be careful of cheap android phones from ebay and amazon. Some of them have viruses installed on them by the manufacturers themselves, or along the supply chain.

The last thing you want your smartphone doing is sending your text messages, contacts, and location history to a server in China. But according to mobile security firm Kryptowire, a particularly nasty brand of Android software did just that, transmitting text, data, call, location, and app data to a Chinese server every 72 hours.

Researchers began to raise red flags last fall, when it was discovered the the data mining tool in question — called Adups — had been living inside hundreds of millions of devices produced by more than 40 manufacturers

There are other viruses pre-installed in some android phones besides the one in that story.
