161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: August 10, 2017, 11:55:41 AM
They hide away their identity to stop people speculating about bcash's centralized mining operations. Those miners didn't come from the Moon. They were mining bitcoins before the fork and now they mine bcash.

They don't hide away their identity, they simply choose to not mark the blocks of an anonymous digital currency they mine with their id, the same way as nearly each and every bitcoin user chooses to not mark their bitcoin transactions with their id. Just because some miners choose to advertise their mined blocks doesn't mean it's some kind of "standard" or desired behavior. Even if all the other miners were marking their blocks it would still impose absolutely no obligation onto these miners to do the same. You can't seriously blame people for not being brainless sheep that only do what the others do.

I agree, from someone from his position he doesn't act like a professional. If i look at his twitter and r/btc...man this guy is always full of shit.

What "professional"? He doesn't have any education nor any professional experience, he has never been employed by any serious and respectable employer. He is a convicted criminal. So what kind of a professional do you expect him to be? He can't even be considered a professional criminal. He is just a dumb animal of homo sapiens spieces, one of billions, that's all he is, no "professional". Getting himself to a federal prison by selling explosives on eBay can really achieve only a total moron.

BITTREX SUCK, [...] They require you to have a smartphone and they go absolutely draconian on any customer who refuses to buy a smartphone or use Google's products.

Are there any alternatives to google 2FA?
I mean why do we need to use google software for this?
Is there any software that can achieve 2FA without using any of the google software?!  Huh

This fucking exchanges are all pro google!
I do not want  to be tracked by them 24/7 ;(

What about the OATH Toolkit (http://www.nongnu.org/oath-toolkit/index.html)? It's free software (is it from Google?). No need to buy a smartphone for 2FA. This is available for Linux ($ oathtool --totp -b [KEY]). And there's some software for Windows, too. Authy was mentioned before (dunno if this one's from Google).

Still there are these Google captchas we all love.  Angry

On Windows there is also an open-source software WinAuth. It can import from Android's Authenticator Plus which in turn (if the phone is rooted) can import from Google Authenticator. So this way you can migrate all your codes from your phone to your PC.

Right this second according to coin dance bitcoin cash is actually more profitable to mine  Shocked

I don't expect it to and hope it don't last

Cut and paste from Coin Dance:

Quote
It is currently 98% more profitable to mine on the original chain.

I think you may be reading that wrong.  It is still 98% more profitable to mine the main chain.

I know is was 200+ more profitable before then after the disiculty changed it went to around 160% and now with the BCH price rise it's now 98% meaning BCH is more profitable by 2%

Uhm, no.  It means just what it says.  It is still 98% more profitable to mine Bitcoin.

I must be understanding it differently from you but it BTC is more profitable it's only just

Can someone else give an option lol if I'm wrong I'll hang my head in shame

Not only just... 98% MORE... basically means you will make (almost) 2x (TWICE) as much mining on the original chain.

If you mine 1 BCH for the same hash you will mine 1.98 BTC.

More profitable is what is says.

EDIT: That's wrong actually... profit is based on coins USD price as well as difficulty, not how many you mine.

At least, I assume that is how they are calculating this.

Yes it's the dollar value and BCH is about 11% of BTC and difficulty is about 17% lower

I read it as 100% means equal > 100 BTC more and <100 BCH is more

Just ran the numbers through a calculator and it appears I could have been wrong 100% is twice as profitable so it's slightly less than twice as profitable on Bitcoin BTC  Grin

I'll show myself out the door  Undecided

A calculator? Seriously?? The issue you were having was related to your ability to understand English, not to your math skills. If something is "more profitable" by any amount then it simply is more profitable, period. It's impossible to understand "more profitable" as less profitable, unless you have some linguistic or logic (or mental) problems. Neither of those, though, would be bypassed by using a calculator.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: August 03, 2017, 01:54:49 PM
Part of the reason so many are against it is because it now shows it can be forked easily and opens the door for others to now follow the same trend effectively paving the way for 5, 10 whatever versions.

Feel free to fork off Wink
166  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin split to Bitcoin Cash! (BCH) Yep! You probably owe IRS a lot of $$$. on: August 03, 2017, 12:14:28 PM
MY strategy is to 'ignore' this....in that I HAVE NOT MADE A WALLET YET and as far as income
goes for mining...if it has not hit my (not made yet) bitcoin cash (BCH) address and wallet...that don't exist.

You apparently don't understand even the very basics about bitcoin. There is no such thing as address/wallet "exists" or "doesn't exist".

..again this is w/o any action on your part or you making a wallet. Nor any control on alt coins or
further bitcoin forks ...making money on a nice pump and dump racket, at your expense.

Three is no such thing as "making a wallet".

Myself, I am going with the idea, that if BCH has not hit my Bitcoin Classic (BCH) address wallet..yet (virgin)
..(does not exist) ...

The same nonsense.

it is NOT income yet (like
mining...taxed when it hits your wallet and btc address, not the instant is it mined)

Not surprisingly you don't understand how mining works either.

because I shall claim 'cluelessness'

So you just publicly declared your intent to commit a crime.

Can you imagine Satoshi coming out to the world and as soon as he claims from say one of his 100,000 btc wallets,

There is no such thing as "claiming" bitcoins.

Anyway, these are just my thoughts. I agree it is unlikely and unworkable, but the IRS is suing coinbase for ALL its customer base records,

Another nonsense. In reality IRS is being sued for its subpoena being abusive, harassing the taxpayers and not reflecting on the good faith, and so far the court rulings have been favorable.

this would be a great way to keep your job at IRS ..stupid or
not..all that shiny money to the IRS coffers! Smiley

Thoughts?

Yes, I have a thought. You sound like a 12-year-old.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: August 01, 2017, 08:33:45 PM
One question... which is the best light wallet for BCH in your opinion?... In which one do you trust? (And please, don't say me NONE)  Wink
Electron Cash is the only lightwallet at the moment, but it's closed source so i'm not really sure about
it, one thing you could do to be on the safe side is use a different pc and send your btc to another address before importing
your private key to electron cash.

Electron Cash is not closed source. Why do you lie?
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: August 01, 2017, 04:39:52 PM
Yeah !! Now i have some BCC in my bittrex wallet, Thanks very much.
I hope the market will soon be available for BCC. I was curious about the price.
A very fun day ever!
 Cheesy Wink

no you haven't. you cant even get an address on bittrex yet. so how can you see your wallet?

Whatever amount of btc you had before the fork Bittrex gave you the same amount in bcc. So yes, he can see his bcc in his Bittrex wallet.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: August 01, 2017, 04:35:21 PM
Are you representing a Chinese pool ViaBtc? Or you speak as regular forum poster? My single brain cell is not able to understand how someone can make statements and to be sosure Wink

Try to 'move' it, maybe that will help  Grin

Smiley Actually if his single brain cell is indeed moving that would explain a lot..
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: August 01, 2017, 03:48:13 PM
Bitfinex is using the new BCC/BTC trading pair https://www.cryptocoincharts.info/pair/bcc/btc/bitfinex

What idiots are trading 1 BCH= 1 BCC? Shocked

Seems a bit like bitcoin cash is dead on arrival, no? Tongue If a block ever is mined before all hashing power leaves I will dump this coin for sure. No lets make some popcorn and watch this thread Smiley

All hashing power will not leave, ViaBTC pledged their support quite strongly. And the difficulty will adjust, too, so in time the blocks will be mined at a similar pace.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: August 01, 2017, 03:27:53 PM
A healthy human being with just one BRAIN cell moving will not do that. That is what i think whether you like it or not. I am sorry. I do not care....

Except brain cells are not moving. I am beginning to think you actually are a 7-year-old.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: August 01, 2017, 03:15:59 PM
This thread is full of idiots who wants to lose money.

No you are not correct they are BRAINLESS idiots Wink

I have reserved my front seat for party 10+ posts ago. Honestly speaking i am ENJOYING IT VERY MUCH so far. I am expecting posting of said stories to begin any moment Cheesy

For those who still have not put into risk their BTC
!!!PERFORM NO ACTION AND FORGET THAT THIS SHIT EVER HAPPEND!!!
Otherwise i am all years to hear your said stories Grin

Not one single sentence you typed correctly, reducing yourself to the level of a second-grader (7 year old), yet you have the audacity to call others "brainless idiots". A hilarious example of self-ridicule.

I'm sick of the dishonest lying, cheating...

Said a convicted felon who has been sentenced to a federal prison.

i am not taking a side here but imho a federal prison sentence does not say anything about a persons reputation.

If that wasn't a (bad) joke then you should go see a psychiatrist asap.

Then after everyone is penniless

There is no scenario where everyone (everyone non-retarded, anyway) would become penniless.

Oh and by the way here is YOUR Trust report:

*Sells fake AWS credit codes. This scammer just stole $30 from me. Avoid!
*Bought an AWS credit code and never paid, avoid this little scammer kid at all costs!
Proof:

https://blockchain.info/address/1NkKiPCQSJKXo4XNvbYF71YxNm7pQ7x4Yd
*I sent him money for AWS codes he pretended to be selling, he said "got it give me a minute" and disappeared. A scammer.
*This little scamming kid gave me a fake negative feedback because I publicly exposed his scams, see the reference link. Hilariously pathetic.
**And this tops it all: This little scamming kid gave me a fake negative feedback because I publicly pointed out his vast and exclusively negative feedback, see the reference link. Hilariously pathetic. Added to my personal list of scammers and to the ignore list. I encourage everyone to give him a negative feedback and ignore him as well. The little retard is apparently incapable of comprehending that his fake negative feedbacks don't matter in the slightest.

There is a ton more. Enuf said! I dont think I need to go any further about your reputation mate.

Yes, those are my trust reports, i.e. negative feedbacks I gave to the other people, i.e. scammers like you. Did you really just confused negative trust feedback received and given??

You just proved beyond any doubt that you are absolutely untrustworthy and very probably a scammer. Enjoy my negative trust feedback and you just won a spot on my scammers list, congratulations.
177  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [WTS] Amazon AWS Accounts for sale - All Regions, 5/10/20 Limit on: July 24, 2017, 02:01:43 PM
Note: Please note these accounts will last a long time as long as you don't do things like Bot, Mining etc.

A straightforward lie. Amazon doesn't care about mining or any other cpu/gpu intensive use as long as it doesn't violate AWS ToS.

There are no guarantees with this purchase and no refunds once you are logged in.

And how could you possibly know if the buyer logged in??

email account seems to be well aged and aws account is fresh

Age of the email account is totally irrelevant.

Password changes were really easy and quick.

This is reviewing AWS not the service provided by the seller.

Account seems completely new, so no proxies will be needed from the seller because it hasn't been logged into yet. Whatever you use to log in will be the IP address associated with that account.

Absolutely untrue. "The IP address associated with the account", if such a thing existed in the first place, is the IP address used when opening the account.

These already have U.S info and CC. But you cant add new CC.
As you can't use this account with a new CC anyway.

Another lie. Every AWS account does have the possibility to add a new CC, if for nothing else then for a simple reason that CCs expire so the customer must be able to add a new card.

What you in fact meant to say is that you create these accounts in such a wrong way that once anybody adds a new card the account gets flagged, suspended and terminated.

I have a lot of forum threads going.

Besides this thread you have exactly 3 (three) other forum threads going, that cannot be considered "a lot" by any standard.

As soon as anybody who bought from you proves any problem with the account I will give you a negative feedback and put you on my list of scammers.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: July 24, 2017, 01:35:18 PM
It makes absolutely no sense to use anything but Monero if you want a private transaction. Every other coin is either on a public ledger and can be traced, or it has serious security concerns.

That's a flawed logic. If you take those moneros and use them to buy bitcoins on an exchange that doesn't require any verification and which you can access via Tor then the resulting bitcoins will be identically safe as those moneros.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: July 22, 2017, 03:05:41 PM
It's been a pretty even Road for XMR. There's not much that you're going to be able to do or speculate on it this point. I looks like this coin is  old and trusted. Somebody just pumped it for some reason. They like to do that for profit they like to do that for activity on their chain and then like to do that create movement on their particular coin so let's just see what comes next.

Then killed himself inside his prison cell, leaving behind a wife without money (sized!) and a young child, and about three now ownerless high end cars.

Poor cars  Cry someway to help them?

Weren't they "sized" as well?
180  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [QuickBuy]Selling 15,000 $ worth of AWS credit for 6000$ on: July 16, 2017, 10:25:54 PM
Amazon cloud is something I dont want.

What you meant to say was Amazon cloud is something you don't need. But that's what you think now. Maybe the next month you realize you actually do need it but it will be too late because you sold it for a lousy couple of bucks. And as monsterim said you will have a hard time selling it anyway.

If you are convinced you will never ever need AWS then just spend it on crypto mining, you will make more money that anybody would pay you for it anyway.
