It was really a quick response from Betcoin.Ag team.
Since the Problem has been resolved, it’s better for the OP to lock this thread.
I can also see that the OP is not active here anymore after he got what he wanted, so we should report to mods to lock this thread.
Moreover @Betcoin.Ag should make their Terms of Service mandatory for new users to read and specifically highlight about the multiple accounts violations things. This will surely help to reduce the amount of Scam Accusations.
Betcoin should make their Tos mandatory, I agree there. Nevertheless, it is my fault as I have created sveral accounts and I am not running away from my responsability. About handling situation in a right way, I am not so sure about it, please let me explain: It bothers me that I have won my bet, requested a withdrawal and my account got suspended 30 mins later (couldn't log in any more) w/o any explanation, email or anything. I had to contact support via chat and then they advised me that I have commited a fraud. When I told them that this is not fair and that I will make noise about this they just turned off my chat and blocked me. So later when they saw me making noise on forum they decided to handle the hot potato situation like they were supposed to do right away. In my opinion this is not how you do stuff!!! Edit: Probably handling the situation as they have imagined in the first place would work if I was some newbie kind of guy w/o any access to the forums, etc.. |

This player was found to have opened and played on 5 separate accounts between 22-29 December. These accounts share IPs and wallets.
We have refunded the deposit of the account mentioned and he is free to access his account and withdraw the initial deposit. Any additional accounts found will be closed and funds seized, including the deposit.
EDIT: Update, the player has received the withdrawal of his deposit.
Why you havent closed my account once I opened it yesterday but instead you have waited until I have won a bet to suspend me! Is this really how it is done on your website? I deserve a fair warning upfront. Also I was not aware I cannot open duplicate accounts. Sorry but I wasnt aware. Where are TocS to thick once you open account and to be read. As I said in PMs refund my winnings and you wont see me again. And honestly by refunding my initial deposit you are showing only that you wanted to screw me out of my winnings. Please release my winnings!!!! |

I would like to ask you about Amazon.de voucher now. I need to convert around 0.09 btc to Amazon.de voucher. Can this be done without verification? I don't want to send btc to your platform just to have them stuck until verification done.
And how long does it take to do a verification? Thanks
Hello zoza14, You can deposit BTC without being verified. You can sell them to your EUR wallet and cash out via amazon.de voucher. So yes, there is no verification needed. The verification itself is easy and fast. You need to have an accepted document at hands. Then verification should go through smoothly. So I am trying to claim ETH airdrop. I have succesfully signed a message in MEW with my Trezor and submited a claim form on Semux site. All good so far.
But when I went to double check signed message, I get error_13 in MEW and I get message not signed correctly on etherscan.io.
Then I went and resigned a message just to make sure, with the same SEM address, etc.. and I have received same exact values for message signature.
What a heck is happening? Seems to me that I have signed correctly, but it fails to verify.

is it true LightningBTC team rolled back the blockchain so people who had BTC on segwit addresses couldn't claim their LBTC?
can LBTC team honor SegWit BTC addresses by having them sending a small amount of BTC to the holder's own address for verification purposes? that would be more than fair.

How do I receive BTCP?
When the hard fork occurs, a snapshot of all existing ZCL and BTC holdings will occur. Anyone holding ZCL or BTC in a wallet or supported exchange will be credited Bitcoin Private (BTCP) at a 1:1 ratio. For example, if you hold 15.4 ZCL and 0.1 BTC, you will receive 15.5 BTCP.
I guess he's responding to me! Sorry but this still doesn't answer a question, how do the BTC holders claim their BTCP!! For the ZCL holders yes, you need to import your keys into the client, but nowhere was clearly specified what BTC holders exactly need to do in order to claim! probably the same process, but you do have a point. the easiest way is to have your btc on a supported exchange (not sure what they are as I havent done much reading about it). Other than that you will have to have your btc in a wallet you have access to the private keys ect to so you can sweep them . there are rightups about it being done with bitcoin cash ect. assuming its the standard fork process and not some crazy shit like ubtc did.
