They have suspended my account and refuse to release my withdrawal while accusing me I have made duplicate accounts!

I have made another account as I have lost my 2FA. Still, no warning whatsoever from these people and why dont you honor a bet that I won and then close my accont!!!

BEWARE EVERYONE!!!




GIVE ME MY MONEY YOU CROOKS!! I am MartinezJ2218 and you have suspended my account after accusing me that I have opened multiple accounts. I have opened other account as I have lost my 2FA and there was nowhere stated that you cannot open second account.

And you have suspended my account and you refuse to pay out my withdrawal after I won a bet. You havent warned me before! Release my withdrawal of 3.6 LTCs or get ready for a wave of bad reputation everywhere possible! I swear to you!!

You can raise this accuse if you have valid proof and make sure you did not violate any rules from TOS.

In every common situation like this, those people who will under this circumstance most likely did not read TOS on gambling sites will always end up acting as a victim of a gambling site.

Use the scam report format (1) and move this into the scam accusation board (2)for the proper investigation with some DTs and other members in the forum regarding your concern.

This player was found to have opened and played on 5 separate accounts between 22-29 December. These accounts share IPs and wallets.

We have refunded the deposit of the account mentioned and he is free to access his account and withdraw the initial deposit. Any additional accounts found will be closed and funds seized, including the deposit.

EDIT: Update, the player has received the withdrawal of his deposit.

But i have a question for you, why did you let OP playing with more than 1 account after he created with 5 different accounts? Why didn't you lock or ban his account when he just created 2nd account? If you were ban/lock when he created his 2nd account, he won't deposit more on your site.

But i have a question for you, why did you let OP playing with more than 1 account after he created with 5 different accounts? Why didn't you lock or ban his account when he just created 2nd account? If you were ban/lock when he created his 2nd account, he won't deposit more on your site.

Thank you for asking. We have hundreds of new signups each day, and as with any crypto site, the activity is reviewed as part of the withdrawal process. The additional accounts were discovered and closed upon the review for this account's first withdrawal. We did send withdrawals to 2 of the other accounts prior to the abuse being noticed, so it would have been in our best interest to shut this down earlier, if possible.

Thats good to see the accusation getting solved in a short. Just because we have the forum, as well as support people from the respective platform it is quite easy. If not this will create bad reputation to the gambling site and the player to suffers. 3.6LTC is something around $450, which is a big amount.

Since the Problem has been resolved, it’s better for the OP to lock this thread.
I can also see that the OP is not active here anymore after he got what he wanted, so we should report to mods to lock this thread.

Moreover @Betcoin.Ag should make their Terms of Service mandatory for new users to read and specifically highlight about the multiple accounts violations things. This will surely help to reduce the amount of Scam Accusations.

About handling situation in a right way, I am not so sure about it, please let me explain:

It bothers me that I have won my bet, requested a withdrawal and my account got suspended 30 mins later (couldn't log in any more) w/o any explanation, email or anything.

I had to contact support via chat and then they advised me that I have commited a fraud. When I told them that this is not fair and that I will make noise about this they just turned off my chat and blocked me. So later when they saw me making noise on forum they decided to handle the hot potato situation like they were supposed to do right away.

In my opinion this is not how you do stuff!!!

Edit: Probably handling the situation as they have imagined in the first place would work if I was some newbie kind of guy w/o any access to the forums, etc..

Seems Op Intial deposit (probably excluding his/her win) has been refunded.
I don't know about the site policy, but if it's against betting with multiple accounts (maybe in suspicious manner that favors a player) then  they are probably righ to withhold the win. According to a Betcoin.AG forum account, the use of multiple accounts happened in short space of time, between 22-29 December. This kind of behavior can actually attract suspicion.

That's has been mentioned in their TOS as you can read on point no.7 ,so it's @OP fault since having multiple account. Gratefully @Betcoin.AG want to refund the money instead of closed the account.

Betcoin.AG didn't pay OP 3.6 LTC back, it was all of his deposit+ his winning amount but got pending because OP use multiple accounts.

Betcoin.ag is wrongly put in a bad light here by the op. I think it is quite clear in the terms and conditions that it is not allowed to create a duplicate account. Your own responsibility that you could no longer log in to your first account. Then you should have consulted the helpdesk to find a solution. Betcoin has solved it, but this is the op's own fault.

if you read the ToS you wouldn't need an explanation but yeah I think it would be for the best if any gambling site would provide proof as to what was the reason why an account was banned to keep gambler from blindly complaining in forums and making a gambling site looks bad just because the gambler messed up.

Although no further comment is needed, we feel some additional explaining is relevant here, due to his claim that his live chat was blocked without explanation. This player repeatedly opened live chats where he berated and threatened our staff members. We have informed our live chat crew that in these cases, they are not required to subject themselves to this abuse and have the discretion to block the chat, as needed. In these cases, players can always contact management through PM, support ticket or email.

This player did send us a PM here, which was responded to within 17 minutes with a complete explanation of the rule which was broken and the resolution. The post he made here was 4 minutes after he sent the PM to us.
