Let me get something straight.
I simply installed v 3.0.4 to overwrite current version Is this appropriate??
Or do i have to completely uninstall the old version, and then reinstall the new v 3.0.4 and then do a restore of the wallet
Yeah I have the same question. And would updating to 3.0.4 enough to be safe enough, or are the previous private keys compromised? And I need to transfer my coin? This is my question either. Hello guys would like to know if i'm one of the affected of this critical issue i just heard that they found that CORS is enabled from electrum 3.0.3. Do you think old version of electrum like 2.9.2 is affected with this issue? My wallet is also password protected so i feel safe?
Is the bug only for 3.0.3 version or older versions are affected? Thomas, we need you and your security advice. where are you Sir?

CM is over for me. I lost all my trust whether they would come back or won't.
But if they won't come back, the only thing i can't understand is why they scammed people at their growing business?
I suggest everyone read this post. this post came from third years of my experience in crypto world.https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2185903.msg27493176#msg27493176 Thanks to internet for making scammers with high growing rate.

Should we install new version and make new seeds then transfer all old balances to new one? Who pays the fee?

IMPORTANT: We do not deploy admins/devs on CoinsMarketsChats, please be aware of fake accounts spreading false information. Servers are currently being configured. Your coins are safe, you can check your BTC balance through the BlockChain Explorer.
But my trust will lost tonight if they will keep offline.

Sure.. it's not a scam But whats up with the dodgy info about the operator/owner. Whois lookup. Contact Information Registrant Contact Name: juvo marceles Organization: Mailing Address: Surinamestraat 26 2585 GJ Den Haag, amesterdam 2585 Gj NL Phone: +31.0001220358 Ext: Fax: Fax Ext: Email:04b8f2486ba3aa0f958803ea562ec781-5589552@contact.gandi.net Amsterdam isn't even spelled right... I should say again. In crypto world only and only trust works. i don't care about owner information. Btc-e.com was a great instance. coinsmarkets hasn't scammed anyone until now. They were reliable and i am sure that they will keep this way. I suggest waiting another 2 days before any judgment about them. With all respect, seriously 5 days to replace few servers in year 2018? they did not invest any money in infrastructure before? I didn't talk about technical problem. But Yes. i said before they should do some major changes. They are unprofessional but honest and reliable.

I'm trying to contact authorities.
Everyone should contact your local authorities for cyber fraud. I know it's a pain but just do it even if it's for $100. If you make it a issue authorities will take notice.
You can't do anything. But scamming in this business is not wisely and profitable. If they make some changes in their business, they can make at least $50000-$100000 daily in 2018. You can file a report and be notified by cyber police.. With enough voices. They will be tracked and arrested. It seems you are newbie in this business, Bro. This isn't a drug deal. It's a legitimate. I say again. You are newbie, Bro. If they will scam you, you can't get a penny back from them even you know who they are. But if you know who they are, the illegal way has more success than a legal way for getting back your money. For instance, call MAFIA and pay piece of your money to MAFIA for getting back your whole money. In crypto world only and only trust works. BTC-e.com was a best instance. no one knows who were owners of BTC-e.com. After the FBI blocked all their dollars, they had the option run away with all of coins but they stayed and refunded all clients with WEX token and other coins. This is a reality. so if you can get it's risk, join it. otherwise get out ASAP

Guys, can nyone explain me whats going up with Coinsmarkets?
Just a few hours ago i logged in for a few minutes but now nothing works.
They are migrating to new high level servers. The last thing they said
|
|
|
They were at growing. the 24h trade's volume was growing fast. they warned that nobody mine directly to coinmarkets' wallet directly. So the overloaded server issue is sensible at these conditions. I don't think we faced with a exit scam. Just relax and be patience until 48 hours.
