Ran out of shelves, had to make do.
I'm sure someone has asked, but what do you use to power the ants? Have you a quick howto/faq describing the parts for the server PSU and cabling? I'm currently using consumer Corsair 600W per overclocked ant and I'd like something cleaner. I can run dedicated 20A 120v circuits, so hopefully something that works with this. Thanks in advance

@Phinnaeus Gage
Thread is tl;dr, but minersource address via "contact us" on website is a UPS store. Definitely pre-ordering from their page /s

Is there going to be another price drop with the next round of antminers on the 14th?
Since they sell in BTC everytime BTC value drops you get a price drop. I think the BTC market already dropped the prices for them, so i would guess no at this time. Wrong, they have been dropping prices in BTC as DIFFICULTY goes up as buyers would earn less and people are not going to buy unless they can recoup the costs in ~2 months.

Sale The Monarch 600 GH/s Power 350W Price $1950
I sell this equipment, as do not want to engage in Mining. The price is cheaper than the official website, as I was using it for a while. Shipping is possible through courier service with tracking number. Postage included. Payment is possible by bank transfer or in Bitcoins (5% discount). If you have questions, ask. Dear admins, if you created a topic in the wrong section, please move. Thank you.
Lol. No Monarch's are out in the wild you tool.

Totally appreciate the point, but in every other area of industry and business companies develop the product then bring it to market. I cannot think of another area of tech development where this business model is applied.
Didn't people pre-order Xbox One and PlayStation 4? The problem is Microsoft and Sony didn't directly get those funds and they didn't use those funds to research the hardware. In fact, my preorder wasn't even CHARGED until it shipped.

Judgement by default. This can (and probably will) be appealed as there's a specific window where this can happen. Edit: Well, it appears he got a garnish paid, though it didn't say how much. http://www.jococourts.org/ (search case: 13LA09619)

Just you wait ... perhaps BitFury purchases in non-US work out better. From miners to miners is a bad tagline based on current pricing.

I hate to be that guy, but a) how are you ordering and b) what are the prices? I'm missing this from the OP.

Well I had a crap night
[snip]
All stolen last night from my garage.
Not happy at all
Suck. My miners are mostly in my garage too... Did they force the door?

US buyers I'm selling my antminer on ebay with FedEx overnight delivery. Buy this one if you can't wait for Bitmain's next batch:
Stable, pre overclocked for you. Will give a better deal if paid in BTC

Are they keeping these "surprises" under wraps for now cuz they don't want their competitors to catch wind?
This doesn't make monetary sense. Hype sells units. This is "suppress" tactics as they missed dates. Just wait, they'll get a working unit, ship a handful and the hype will return as they slowly churn out units (read: BFL). BlackArrow: If you can, as others have insinuated, manufacture the entire backlog in a couple of weeks. DO IT. Build and ship to everyone and have READY product like AntMiner. Selling shovels makes you rich, start building them.

I think that I'm one of the first that purchased S1 (01-29-2014) at 1.45. I'm waiting for tracking info Keep us updated when you get tracking info - FYI, I never got tracking information from Sushi or BitMain, but the UPS site would inform me generally of an incoming delivery.

I'm sure @BFL_Josh just sits backs and laughs EVERY time another company misses their deadline. Sure, they missed theirs by a lot, but damn. Preorder lesson should have been learned by now.
Disclaimer: I pre-ordered BFL then BA and Cointerra assuming they'd miss.
Either way, my pay-ship-mining 180 Gh/s Antminers are the troll's tits.

Hi there, our advertised hash rates are still our worst case scenario and we are confident we will our perform them. I can share that we are currently expecting a 20% increase in performance.
Fiaz.
Looking to buy a shovel, but they are out of stock. :-/

The only people that make money in a gold rush are the people selling the shovels
Only if you're the one following the herd instead of taking the initial risk.

Pff Butterfly Labs is like the worst ASIC company.
It took 8 months to get my miners and the provided power supplies were shit, but my pre-price-hike 60 GH/s machines have been chugging away without issue.

This is primarily aimed at those running pretty decent mines. Keep on topic (cooling) and no lectures about being a miner (ROI, etc).
My setup:
60x AsciMiner USB 6x BFL 60Gh/s 8x AntMiner 180Gh/s
In my environment, I currently have these sitting in my garage. Every now and then, I'll open the garage door to allow the temperature to drop.
Everything is sitting on a wire rack shelf with a 20" fan blowing air towards the garage door as it is cold.
I have additional miners either ordered or on the way, summer is coming and I'm looking for solutions to cool this mini-mine.
I've been pondering several solutions and wonder what all of you are doing...
Solution A:
Build a wall in the garage which is storage only (no cars), insulating the mining area and buy a portable AC unit cooling the area and venting the exhaust out the side of the house.
Solution B:
Fully insulate the garage knowing the door itself (although it'll be insulated) is "leaky" due to the way it seals as it closes and have a Ductless Mini Split A/C unit installed. This is the most pricey of the options, but if/when I sell the house and insulated garage could be perk (?).
I do not have much room in the house itself to set all this up as I'd have to run the additional 20A circuits indoors whereas in the garage is easy and hope the central cooling can do the job.
Thoughts?

Black Arrow's website has been down for 12 hours.
Powered down office for holiday? :-P

I have 5 ants in total so that's 10 600w PSU's.
Eh what? I have a single Corsair CX 600 Watt ( ~58/ea ) per AntMiner and overclocked (Edit: @400) they pull ~420 Watts via KillAWatt. Why would you need 2x 600w per AntMiner?
