Look at their discussion forums while you still can they are having problems getting products into the EU apparently.

Pff Butterfly Labs is like the worst ASIC company.

It took 8 months to get my miners and the provided power supplies were shit, but my pre-price-hike 60 GH/s machines have been chugging away without issue.

When is the Jalapeno getting FCC approval?

Maybe two weeks? We are waiting for the test lab to issue the test report.

Don't worry, it'll be available "in two weeks."

Now that BFL product is available for purchase at Tiger Direct, I wonder what TD would say about selling an apparently non FCC certified electronic device?  Anyone got a couple of minutes to send an email off to TD??

Since your digging around, why not look into those apparently cheap ass fire hazzard PSU's BFL is shipping with their miners, are they really UL approved, a logo is pretty easy to attach and there are some pretty shady suppliers around.  Not accusing them of anything just asking a question.

Its much more fine to purchase it from TigerDirect, then sue TigerDirect, after the product catches on fire.

A simple email won't teach them a lesson.

I hate them for killing my precious CompUSA :-)
