I just had happen the following to me on Nitrobetting.eu (I know it's your sister site but they don't have a topic on here so have to mention it in this topic instead):

After having been a loyal client for 5 months, this week my account got frozen for a "security review". All fine, but then after 2 days got an email stating my account no longer qualifies for bonuses moving forward.
Well, also that is fine as it is your sole decision. But what is not fine, and in fact very unfair to be honest, is that they cancelled the pending bonus which was almost completed (it was at around 70%). I asked if they can at least pay me out the part which I already achieved, in this example that would be 0,7 x 50mbtc = 35mbtc but they even refused this.

I want you to take a look at this case please realize that this is very unfair. Please re-vise this decision and either let me finish the bonus which was in progress (after that I won't start any new bonuses) or pay me out at the progress where I was stated in the example above.

This is not the way to treat a loyal customer of 5 months who placed probably about 2000 bets. If you want I can send you my username in DM.

Never mind - I logged back in the next day and added another handful of wagers on various sporting fixtures that I follow without any prior bets being decided, so whatever the issue was it seems to have fixed itself.

Hi guys, I was just wondering what the error message "Market Betting Limit Reached" means?  -  Have I placed too many bet already, or, is it that there's a lot of bet on the games that I've chosen to place wagers on??  It's happened in the baseball and tennis sections so far.

For the past several years I've been playing poker on Nitrogen Sports, and prior to this month I've had no real issues with the site. Support's been quick to respond whenever I did hit a snag, and everything was always resolved quickly.

However, on May 5th, I received a message that my account had been "randomly selected" for an in-depth review, and that "certain functions will be temporarily restricted" until it is concluded. It turns out that "certain functions" means "everything except the sportsbook". I can't play poker, I can't use the chat, and I can't withdraw anything. My account is essentially frozen.

This has gone on for 20 days now! I've asked support for updates three times, and each time they've simply told me that the review is ongoing and asked me to be patient. I've been plenty patient, but this is ridiculous. I've never heard of someone being locked out of their account for weeks without even an accusation of wrongdoing.

I'm making this post in the official Nitro thread rather than the scam accusation forum in the hopes that it'll be resolved quickly so I can use my account again.

@NitrogenSports currently it’s showing my region is banned from accessing your site, and it’s weird cause I was able to access it earlier. Lastly I wanted to ask if I can use VPN to access the site, or that’s forbidden as per your site rules, and will using VPN have any effect on my withdrawals?.

Another day, another "technical issue" at nitro.

Cashier not updating, won bets not added to balance so winnings are basically unable to withdraw.

Not fixed after 6 hours and counting.

Also people deposit and don't get their money. Problem exists for many hours but yet nitro doesn't bother to make an announcement on top of the window like they normally do.

Deposited at nitrogensports after a long time. And the first bet I place gets misgraded as a loss.
I mean, are the graders seriously that overworked to not check results throughly?
This has happened multiple times.
Now I need to wait for slow support to check for this.
I now know why I left this site.
