Have you seen VirtaPay? It takes a day or 2 to get paid, but you do. It's technically a ponzi, but they don't really say it is. It's a virtual currency, launching a BTC exchange soon.

Proof: blockchain.info

Link: virtapay.com

I cannot consider it as a ponzi. It's an online currency.

I would like to leave positive feedback about PonziCoin owner, Vortuarackne.

Most trusted and honest ponzi operator I've ever met. First, I sent 3 BTC to his ponzi address by mistake, where maximum allowed deposit amount was 1 BTC. But he approved my transaction and I got these coins back (with interest).
Second time, because of small glitch in software, my 2.6 BTC were sent to wrong address. Again, Vortuarackne was most honest and trustworthy person and he returned my money.
To all people: I can assure you, that Vortuarackne is most trusted ponzi operator on these forums, don't hesitate and invest now Smiley

I can truly recommend his ponzi website http://ponzicoin.co.vu/. Ponzi is in it's early stage still, and tonight, maybe tomorrow, you should expect guys looots of money coming in!  Cool

Good luck!

249  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: FIRST EVER (no profit) PONZI 200% PAYOUT ! on: February 24, 2014, 01:35:33 PM
Seems suspicious.
Just a calculation:
Investor A Invests 1 BTC
Investor B invests 1 BTC
Investor A gets 2 BTC
No one invests anymore
The site refunds 1 BTC
which is equal to 1 BTC loss of the starter which is equal to giving free coins

Investors beware of this Ponzi.

isn't the definition of a ponzi is that you will eventually be scammed?  i'd say they're all on the scam list.

Scam; "a dishonest scheme; a fraud"

Please explain where current ponzi operators are being dishonest? A ponzi labelled as a ponzi is a gamble, nothing more, nothing less. Some win BTCBTCBTC, others lose.

In fact;

"A fraudulent investing scam promising high rates of return with little risk to investors. The Ponzi scheme generates returns for older investors by acquiring new investors. This scam actually yields the promised returns to earlier investors, as long as there are more new investors. These schemes usually collapse on themselves when the new investments stop. "

You could argue that none of the current threads or indeed ponzis as none are "promising" any return, which therefore means they are not dishonest nor deceptive.

i will add the definition of ponzi here in bitcointalk to remove the confusion.
253  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Trusted and Scam Ponzi Site List on: February 24, 2014, 11:18:52 AM
Great idea, something like this should be stickied so users have a clear idea of what's available without trawling through lots of threads. I would recomend the list is ordered by feedback\review\BTC paid out etc.

I'll confirm PonziCoin's details later as I am making a few changes at the moment Wink

Thank you for the suggestion. I will add feedback\postive-negative review of the sites right now but the suceeding sites must count them manually.

FAQ:
What are ponzi sites?
Ponzi sites are a kind of gamling sites that uses investor's money to pay more money to others.

I didn't really understand what is a ponzi site. Can you give me an example?
For example:
Investor A invests 1 BTC to the website with 150% Payout
The Website waits until another investor invests at the website.
Investor B invests 0.7 BTC to the website.
The total funds of the site is now 1.7BTC
The site sends 1.5BTC to Investor A and charge a fee which leaves the site's fund to 0.2BTC
The site again waits for another investor.
Investor C invests 0.3 BTC
The site's fund is now 0.5BTC
Investor D Invests 0.55 BTC
The site's fund is now 1.05 BTC
The site gives 1.05BTC to Investor B which leaves 0 BTC for the website balance.
And the loop goes on until no one invest anymore.

Is this method risky?
Yes. It is really risky to invest your BTC in these kind of sites but that guarantees a very high profit when user invests

255  Economy / Gambling / Re: [http://just-dice.com] Martingale betting bot for JD on: February 24, 2014, 09:30:21 AM
Could you add mousever help over any function? Right now, it is not implemented for checkboxes below "Times multiplier by"

Also: since it is XULrunner, could cross-compile (or compile, if you have the right platforms at hand) a Linux ou OS X version? I know that it is libre software and as such I could compile it myself; I just don't have the right expertise

Finally, for information, my settings are the same as you (multiplier 2, constant), with maximum bets 16 (I did get 18 losses in a row once but I managed to survive it, probably thanks to "reset after 10 losses in a row", but I am not sure, since I do not know how to access full history). The main difference is that I use a 2.1 multiplier. That way, I win on both losses and wins (with a regular 50%, gain is decreasing with the number of successives losses; here it is increasing). The other side of the coin is that maximum bet is more crucial than before.
Just a suggestion. Can you add a feature where the bot changes the base bet when the balance reaches at one point? it would really be helpful.

Firstly:
Quote
I will not be doing any maintenance on v2.4.6

Version 3 will not bet using xulrunner, it will be using jdcapi  (See http://nixsy-l.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=19), which will be cross platform. The bot will also be ported to mono to be cross platform. Right now however, there is no mono port for the bot, so it will not work on anything other than .net and windows.

I am keeping track of the suggestions and once i seriously start work on v3, I will decide what to implement and what not.

I'm also a programmer. I can help you with different things if you want.

Yeah, one does not need to be a statistician to use Martingale...

It is not just martingale.

As I said, "It is martingale inspired"
