Das ist mittlerweile normal. Ich meine das mtgox nicht mehr 70-80% hat. Damit gibt es kein schwächstes Glied mehr in der Kette!
Es gibt jetzt nur noch "schwächste" Glieder. Das FBI nimmt sich die Silkroader jetzt einem nach dem anderen vor. Dabei werden sie jede Menge Coins beschlagnahmen. Im Gox Oderbook lagerten Mitte des Jahres noch über 100TBTC. Das ist rapide gesunken und sinkt weiter während das FIAT weiterhin bei 13 Mio. steht. Man braucht derzeit nur 30TBTC und 13. Mio sind auf Gox mit einem Schlag weg. Soviel hat das FBI bereits beschlagnahmt. Von Bitstamp ganz zu schweigen. Ich habe die leise Hoffnung, dass sich die US-Regierung des Problems bewusst ist und das nicht so machen wird. Schließlich ist es eine Regierung und die soll ja für die Leute da sein. Daher werden sie die beschlagnahmten Bitcoins vielleicht einfach löschen, um keine Unruhe an den Bitcoin Märkten zu verursachen. Man stelle sich vor die kommen an das gesamte Vermögen von SR (ist gar nicht so unwahrscheinlich, denn was nützt einem das ganze Geld, wenn man den Rest seines Lebens im Knast verbringen muss), das würde ja den Markt pulverisieren, wenn sie das mit einem Schlag liquidieren täten. Andererseits ist es Eigentum der Regierung und damit müssen die Beamten ja nach bestimmten Vorschriften umgehen. Ich glaube nicht das die SR Sache schon rum ist. Alle gucken immer nur aufs Tradingvolumen, aber das ist nur eine Variable von vielen. Entscheidend ist letztlich wer wie viel Bitcoins hält. Wenn die US-Regierung 5% aller Bitcoins besitzt, sind wir letztlich massiv von ihr abhängig. das wären ja fast 600 000 btc. wie soll das denn gehen ? Ulbrichts Bitcoin-Vermöge beträgt 600 000 BTC. Wegen Verschlüsselung kommt das FBI aber (derzeit) nicht daran. vermögen ? link ? waren das nicht eher die sr gesamteinnahmen ? |

Because it would be there already. The information is fully disseminated about bitcoin. And the people that dont know about it dont give a rats ass. PERIOD! it´s a technology. new technologies have adaption rates. the information about the real brilliance of the bitcoin-protocol has not reached billions yet. by adoption i mean using a technology, not just hearing msm fud about it. saying it will not rise since it hasn´t risen enough is illogic. it has risen some 40 k % so far... |

cryptographic currency is a technical revolution. the internet was/is a technical revolution that changed our way of living only because we were able to store, send, share, search, collect information around the planet or with grandma. with bitcoin the internet will get geared up with something very powerfull = money. programmable money. so much way ahead of traditional banking, which roots in renaissance italy, and is by any means a slow, intransparent, expensive, arrogant monsterous/dinosaur style institution. you can send any sum, any time to anyone on the planet ( & grandma) who has internet access/smartphone for almost free, secure, fast, easy as an email with no possible institution, entity, government, office, company, etc.. being able to stop you doing so, since it is directly p2p.
it is the future, anyone can be his/her own bank. it is democratising banking and money and it is a large scale social experiment. some later internet eruptoins were about sharing music or social media which had impact. compare the impact of music to the impact of money in our modern life. literally the economy itself goes online, the monetized internet is a game changer.
great to see scientific research interested in bitcoin.
there is a community. and this forum is an important communication platform for the community. notably a forum of a lot of current or future wealthy folks. this will be funny.
