i am also an app programmer and when i tested my super virus free apps, virustotal showed 1-2 AV system detected as virus...
this term is called "false positive" and it's normal..

it has NO connection with red eset in virustotal
i am unable to manage what ads wil lbe showin, but ad networks taking care of ads.. It means if some1 reports badass ad, they will remove it.
Also what ad is showing - depends of your country, so i am unable to simulate that

its less than 2% -> it's a false positive thing... its impossible that 63 AV softwares are wrong and 1 is correct..
