Hello there, i am happy to inform you, i finished the BETA stage of my new, unique game, - BITFOOTBALL! It took me around 4 weeks to code that game  LINK: https://bitfootball.net
Before asking, and playing, please read the how-to:HOWTO: https://bitfootball.net/howto-bf.pdfThis is a complex football manager game with imaginary Club names, also player names. now in beta phase, just testing the database load, and i hope, the players will help me to find bugs, if there are some. Also in the BETA, i will test some ad networks and their performance, to ensure, the players will earn as much as its possible! NOTE1: This is a BETA , so for now , no rewards for the playing. BETA phase will last after 1-2 weeks, it depends of bugs the players will find. NOTE2: This is a self-moderated thread, i will delete all replies that is not connected with this game. In the future, after releasing a full version (within 1-2 weeks), the payments will be processed via FaucetHub, with 10% referral commission (read the howto, how you can earn more satoshis) To guarrantee ability to pay out the players, the payment system will be the following: 80% of ad networks revenue will be paid to the players, share-based payouts (more points player has = higher income for him) good luck, enjoy! |

So, many faucet owners want to add short link on their faucet. But faucet users doesn't like it. If we (faucet owners) give option to faucet users to choose, how'll be this?
Example:
=> "Get 100 satoshi every satoshi every hour."
=> "2x your reward for visiting this short link."
So, this will be an win-win condition for both faucet users and owners and faucet users won't be annoyed as they are choosing options.
What do you think about that idea?
The thing is, you can never verify if they actually go through the link, unless the owner of the shortener service give X secret after verifying, which is something all the major linkshorteners don't do. You can check for referer but that is spoofable. It's hard to tell. I think users would give a lot of support if such an option became available. it's just 1 line of PHP code for faucets: if ($_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER']=='your shortener url') {multiply your reward here;}
I know about that line, but i tested it myself with adfly, and a plugin in chrome, (I think this one is similar https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/refcontrol/ ) And i was able to claim, without clicking through the adf.ly link. I think that there is a way to combat it, by making a deeper page, but i am not sure for now. it was the simplest "dumb" example, of course faucet owners can improve that many ways like i did that.. if you are thinking like a bad boy, you can make (almost) unbeatable checks for bots or unfair claimers. @alamin - i know and it's ok if you want some help, PM me.. i am now halfway to make unbeatable captcha too |

I understand that all people are upset with their losses but you can't really expect that a new admin wich has nothing to do with the previous balances just will payout that from his own pocket when he just spend 1 btc to buy the site? Be happy he is willing to pay 25% and revive the game!
you are right at this point. not mex as the new admin is the problem. but tomos scammed us at this point. especially as he was talking 2 days ago, everyone will get paid. and that s the point i think. he is covering most of his losses (don't know, if they are real), and his ex-users have to stay in loss. this is really scam. i can really live with not to get profit as i espected, but tomos, as the admin who made selfish decisions, didn't react and let people doubt, did everything to loose the trust of his members and files disputes, now has "his" money back. but everyone who has bought boosters is still fucked by him. i think, we have to see a new virtualpub, and have to use it as a new game. new admin, new rules, new game. what to do with tomos... everyone should make his own decision about it. i really dont care anymore what the players are thinking of me.. i sold virtualpub to keep it alive. from this point mex had all debts and the rest is on his decision. i did not get my money back, i am in fucking minus from virtualpub you cannot imagine. so continue crying about few cents loss if i am a real scammer i will run away from all money the players invested to this game. in february i paid as a compensation for my miscalculation but everybody forgot about that. It costed me around 45M satoshis and paid it via faucethub this is my last post of this thread, think what you want. everything is my fault, i am a scammer... think what you want i dont really care anymore |

i blocked all , except the greedy shit called sastrecoixplease block him, delete all his withdrawals and ban that IP/nick.. I think you dont need this kind of "players" I have no problem if you block me and I don't get any of my withdrawals. Just send me back the money I paid. Halven everything means boosters are worth a half of whart we paid. I could accept that, but I still have more than than a month of booster paid. If you pretend to keep the money and don,t give nothing in exchange it is directly scam. So let me have my pending withdrawals (or half of them) and send me back the money of the boosters i can't play or send me all the money back. And block me. after i realized my mistake - overcalculated rewards from boosters, i reduced rewards for them , BUT: paid pretty amount of satoshis to players balances for every single minute of boosters. That's why the pending withdraws are more than 2 BTC (it means i already repaid as a player balance all paypal mistakes i made)

tomos, please resist the temptation to sell VP for 1 BTC. My suggestion sent to you on PM was to start to pay even 1-2 members/week ,people needs payment proofs to see in order to stay active. The rest of the ad revenue goes to your debts on paypal negative balance. Later increase the number of weekly paid users from the pending list. Also cut/remove any boosting options and limit inventions to 3 per player. Stop creating new projects or to give 10 times more than can offer a faucet per claim since the launching. Even if you offer 2-3 times better than normal faucets is still perfect. Traffic will not stay high permanently if you offer way more in the beginning and delaying payments later,traffic will improve if you pay constantly. i am in good way to change the owner of virtualpub and this fairytale will have happyend.. pending payments will be paid, everybody will be happy and i will be not scammer for some players, hopefully  |

(avoid adyou.me service - it's scam!) the best option is to put url shortener, that pays multiple times / show / day , because it pays for every claim but there is a workaround to use more url shortener services to one single claim button - but you need some DB skills ok let's show how to do it with single url shortener.. put a button tag inside <form> </form> tags where form action address will contain url shortener generated link... this shortener link will point to (for example) claimcheck.php on your faucet. your claimcheck.php can look like this: <?php

i did try it on my faucet ( +cookie to cotrol) and some people start to use boot traffic tool with http referer fake and rape my site of course you can add more if conditions (for example timer etc) btw you dont need to put captcha this way to your faucet, if the shortener has its own captcha = easier for you |

ok let's try to save the VirtualPub
however my paypal will stay for a long time in red numbers,
however i lost 1400$ for this moment
however ad networks giving me 'enough' funds to cover server hosting..
however some dumb people making it way harder
i invested another 400$ from my pocket and started one project (let's say investment project).. that generates 30-140 satoshis / minute but growing from hour to hour
every revenue i will earn will spend to pay at least few players on a daily basis
if it will revive ad network earnings, everything could be ok
but not tomorrow, not in 1 week
i hope at least 100-200 players will help me with my effort (effort = lots of hours i spent to find a way out from this situation, the time i not spent with my family [btw i dont know what is free time])
However, however. You must not blame people who saw a high chance to earn with the chance you gave them. Here's my suggestion. 1) Freeze withdrawals, point every user to this topic. 2) Write a post and explain what happened. 3) Get an average number of how much you're earning from your ads. 4) Each week, put as much money you can into repaying the users. 5) Reduce payouts by 5. 6) Increase payouts every now and then, and follow site's progression and not greedy people who're asking more. Pay as much you can pay. 7) Remove all bs "investment" options. That's a huge flag for any site. If you're allowing people earn x2-3 of what normal users can earn, math is simple, you're going down. Do not involve paypal with any bitcoin related project. You're lucky they didn't ban your account. You wont come up with any kind of math which will sustain ANY "investment" sites. I'm telling you this friendly. You're going from one mistake to a bigger mistake. hi mex, thanks for your suggestions.. i not believe in ponzi "get 3.5% daily for a lifetime" pages (or double your bitcoins in 72 hours), my investments are based on my private business that i trust 1000%! also i had great predictions in bitcoin price changes (that was 100% correct!!) where i planned to make first +40% from paypal deposits - but few days before BTC price drop when i planned to invest players deposits, first few "clever" paypal investors started to fuck with me.. this is a good lesson for me, never mix paypal with crypto.. |
