948600 BURST per day at current difficulty. 1.3 BTC per day at current rate (140 sat)....
Hmmmmmm I don't know the price looks too low for me.
Maybe there is not usability for this coin that's why the price il so low

You have a 7.21675 PB mining farm? I'm hoping your post was sarcastic, because earning 1.3 BTC per day is pretty good in most corners of the world.  Smiley

I was talking about the coin value and the mining in general, as a network.
I dream to earn 1.3 btc per day. But if you compete how much the bitcoin network or litecoin or eth produce per day the 1.3 of burst is almost nothing

It is a much cheaper way to mine, almost no electricity costs - compare that to bitcoin

I know, and I like the idea of POC.
I'm just saying that a network that produce just 1.3 btc per day divided to "many" people (actually I don't know how many active miners are there) is not a lot, and I say that from my point of view this coin price should be higher that's all!

Just take this as a great time to buy, because I can promise you that the prices won't be in this area much longer.

Buy, hold, invest in assets, get dividends, and keep holding, and I'm certain you'll be very happy about this in the near future.

I've got multiple new contacts with many awesome things coming in the near future. I'm trying to get as much BURST as I can at these insanely low prices.

Smiley

Such a great news! Burst will be a future cryptocurrency, please prove me that I am right Cheesy

When it will reach either 200 or 500 by your prediction?
I'm just new to Burst. Is it a good idea to buy the coin instead of mining them?

I have no idea. It might never reach 200 or 500 satoshi.
It still needs to catch on, and there are so many competing alt-coins. What gets popular is so random sometimes.
But Burst is definitely much further along than 99% of the garbage clone coins you see on the exchanges.

The team has done a great job creating the website/ wallet, and actually provides support to users on the forums.
I don't see any other coin with such a low price doing this much work.

Definitely right! I'm joined one month ago and see how the community is growing, new member come and senior member do not hesitate to help us. Is that great?
183  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For what was Bitcoin created? on: October 16, 2016, 04:47:04 PM
Bitcoin was created just to get rid of PayPal, not joking really this must be one of the reason as PayPal had ruined many good businesses.
Having a trouble free currency system must be one of the inevitable demand of our modern life. Mr. Satoshi found a solution for that in the name of bitcoins.
I don't think that his exact idea was to stop Paypal specifically.
Besides, Paypal is just a symptom of the centralized banking industry as a whole, to which Bitcoin provides an alternative.

I don't think it against Paypal. Paypal just a tool for people to pay something without exposing his CC detail to certain website. Paypal give extra security (and it also a downside) by can reserve unauthorized transaction.

Bantu jawab antminer s9 start 30jt an gan.
Kalo asic untuk ethereum masih diragukan karena belum ada yang pegang fisiknya, semua masih dijual pre-order dan terindikasi scam

Cmiiw
ngeri modal alatnya doang 30 jutaan  Smiley

185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Bank??? on: October 16, 2016, 04:40:02 PM
There is a China company offering wallet like you post, haobtc.com
They offer about 8% APR, don't know about the detail, just check it by yourself.
Bank for bitcoins are needed indeed? Require lots of energy. Hope this can happen when BTC is accepted worldwide and we do nave a physical bitcoins as like other local currencies along with in digital format. But as of now, wallets are more than enough and we are well settled with its function and features. Really more adequate and comfortable.

No, I don't mean bank needed for bitcoins. I'm just answering what OP want.
Conventional Bank is centralized, Bitcoin is decentralized.
Maybe we can define a new definition for bank that fit with Bitcoin philosophy itself.

Well from the definition of bank, A financial institution licensed as a receiver of deposits.  Since there is a need of license and approval from government, it will automatically centralized to watch over the items stored in their storage.  I don't think that bank will be decentralized, they need to protect the properties of the people who trusted the items to them, with this, they need to centralize everything.

Quite agree, thanks for clarified the definition of Bank. But still, I believed that Bitcoin is decentralized and best way to storage my own Bitcoin is in my offline wallet. I even don't have online wallet at this moment.

Btw, I'm just answering what OP want.
186  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: October 16, 2016, 04:37:26 PM
Steady income usually obtained by working, but working sometimes quite boring.
You can obtain quite big money by make your own business, but the downside sometimes you obtain much money, sometimes you obtain less money, sometimes you lose money if you not carefully about what are you doing with your money.

whatever you do to earn money yes it is work, and work is certainly tiring. even working on bitcoin is also quite tiring, because I am all the time sometimes just sit in front of the PC.
a stable income in the bitcoin is very rare, because almost all the work in bitcoin I think the results are unpredictable.
but indeed if we worked obviously it will get stable results.

Yeaa all work or job is tiring. No free lunch Grin
But when you do your own business, you get your freedom. Freedom that you can do something that you like without pressure from the boss. I know that not all boss is bad. But sometimes when lazy days is come, you still obligated to working from 8-5.
But in my mind, when I'm still young, I will do both. Working and building my own business (bitcoin and related stuff is hobby, but not hobby that burn money like other hobby).

You are probably talking about trading as you mentioned that sometimes you lose and sometimes you gain profits, and if we see that thing then we cannot consider trading a steady way of income, because trading sometimes generates huge profits for you but sometimes you will also face loses in it, though at the end if you do it well it gives you profits but it cannot be considered an stable or steady way of income.

Sorry, I forgot to mention. It's not trading. I mean that even offline business like trading. Somethings big profit, small profit or lose (like you already spent money on advertising but no result or get scammed). But when everything is okay, the income will start to steady or stable.
188  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: October 16, 2016, 04:28:56 PM
Not yet, because the fees are too big to convert, and until we see supermarkets accepting it as payment, it will be hard to live on it.

But later i would definitely. I am looking forward for a Bitcoin world.

Normally when offline store accept Bitcoin, the conversion fee quite high due to the volatility of Bitcoin/Fiat exchange rate. Maybe in several year ahead, some store in certain countries will start accept Bitcoin as payment. They must gain benefit from Bitcoin as payment, maybe like no charge fees like Credit Card. Offline store usually charged about 0-3% transaction fee that made using Credit Cards. Bitcoin can win in this situation.

One thing you should not forget, when you hold Burst and you buy asset in AE, you will reap more benefit than holding the coin itself.
1. The price of Burst will increase
2. The capital of Asset will increase (if the asset has been sold over from the asset owner)
3. The return you gain from the asset

That does sound about right especially if you factor in electricity and the cost for a pc. So how many harddrives do you guys have stacked up ?

At this moment, I have 1*4TB + 2*8TB HDD. All HDDs are external.
I also have several GBs of cloud storage, but my upload speed is very terrible Huh

ccminer - research the asset market, the quality assets paying out significant Burst every month. Look at the increasing fees being distributed to miners every block. It's not just the native Block Reward - it's all the ways you can earn from Burst - actively and passively.

Thank you!
I'll surly research about asset market, could you point me in the right direction please?

Here you go, mate: https://forums.burst-team.us/category/6/asset-exchange. Each asset issuer usually makes an ANN thread where you can read about its structure and what it is based on, in the first post. Do your own research and/or ask before investing into them, so you can minimize risk and maximize profits. Some of these assets give about 5 % ROI per month, which is 60 % APR (based on initial release price)!  Smiley While you're in the forum, please say hello in the "General discussion" section. We're a friendly bunch!
can you give some advise regarding to an assets that we can review and what would be the good possibility to make some good profits from it just wanted to get some recommendation but i will do my own research too just if that is possible. thanks

The golden rule of investing is do your own due diligence, never trust what other people said without researching it.

Of course I am biased, I issued my own asset, backed by real business : https://forums.burst-team.us/topic/1674/ann-launch-megaburst-asset-weekly-dividends-backed-by-real-business

List of asset I trusted in is like BSilver, N.E.W.S, NEWSILVER, BURSTize, and the other. They have decent prove about what they doing with their money. Even now BURST AE have new asset issuer ADSactly that seem so decent.
196  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Interest for Hosted S9 on: October 13, 2016, 09:14:22 AM
I'm interested. Do you ship the miner overseas after the contract is over or you can help resell the miner?
197  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Mana yang Kalian Suka Cara Untuk Mendapatkan Bitcoin ? Mining,Trading / yg lain on: October 13, 2016, 08:39:50 AM
Lebih prefer ke signature campaign & trading aja
kedepannya sih mau coba mining bitcoin pake alat miner sendiri  Grin

apa bakalan untung gan mining sekarang, kalo cuman beberapa power kayaknya kurang nguntungin

198  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: October 13, 2016, 08:35:48 AM
If the coin is bitcoin i prefer to save it, but if the coin is alt coins i prefer to sell it all. Because i'm a person that don't like risk and i prefer sell the coins when the price still good than save it.

There is no point in saving altcoin for long term as the future of altcoin is unpredictable and holding them longer can be risky as it may disappear even at the next day which can bring loss for us.

You are right chief, theres  no point to save up  some altcoin but still i do save eth and monero which  i could say that these altcoin have   potential to grow  even more on the future just  like what  bitcoin did in previous years ,.

You can save some good coins. Examples are the Ethereum, Dash or the Monero. They have good developments.

They are good alt coins but for me if you are going to save alt coins then why not save to hold the primary crypto currency of all time.

And that is going to be with bitcoins, go with what's on the pick but if you are having hard time to save with bitcoins.

Then alt coin is going to have the chance of making you good alternative for saving it.

You can mine the altcoins and then convert them to the bitcoin. It is better to hold the bitcoin.

True, in addition sell in high and hold bitcoin. But some altcoins that trusted in, I save it.

200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ħ [HODL] IT'S STILL EARLY. APR is over 800%. Not for long. on: October 13, 2016, 08:26:20 AM
Where is FreeTrade? Does he want to save hodl coin?

There are two issues I'm looking at currently - one is the bug with matured deposits, the other is getting the optimized miner working in the wallet. Generally the coin is holding its value quite well, even with high interest payments. I think it's best to enjoy the high interest rates at low cost now, while fixing the two issues mentioned. Then switch into more promotion when the bonus interest period comes to an end.

But we can't do anything about the matured deposits bug unless we fork, right? Also, the coin is holding it value but in a few months large amounts of HODL will be traded.. So probably the price will drop significantly

This also must be anticipated by dev. But I believe dev is planning something good for HODL.

Bonus interest does not end for another 14 months or so, are you saying nothing new is coming for more than a year?

Something new, like usability of the coin, maybe like marketplace or something.
