I was reading about the project and I was confused by the mechanism of operation of the token. First I expected that this will be very simple approavh. But finally I found MiniMe and DTX… What’s the point?
The DTX tokens serve as medium of circulation on the platform, they’re based on MiniMe tokens (contracts). This allows to create the clones of the tokens in the future which copy the history of the initial token or to upgrade the token (upgrade and improvement of module components), or for its fork. Wait! Why is it necessary! I immediately start doubting the solution! |

Why Flux will only work with large companies to collect funds for the development of new games? In my opinion, this is not the right category of organizations, that need investment.
Yes, that’s why there is no mention of cooperation with only large companies. On the contrary, Flux aims to work with small and medium-sized game developers, perhaps with those who are just entering the market. How will the investment be carried out? What guarantees will get investors, that they will not be deceived? Investments will be made through special smart-contracts. They will contain conditions, such as when and what must be done by a developer. The funds will be given in parts in accordance with the implementation of certain promises. So, if a developer breaks a development deadline, a smart-contract will be cancelled? As I understand, that won’t be compulsory. In other words, in case of any deadlines failure, investors will decide whether to cancel the smart-contract or to give developers a chance to carry on working. In such cases they will probably use voting. What will happen to a developer, if he receives a part of funds according to a smart-contract and then ceases to communicate? |

Opening one mining center is a big risk for investors. It would be better if you opened several of them at once. Then it would be something like investments diversification.
No one said that there will be exactly only one mining center. The company plans to launch several centers at once. Soon, we will find out how MinerOne will do that. Why can't this decision be made now so that investors knew everything before investing their money? What does it depend on? |

I don’t think that it’s necessary. The share of purchases made with the help of mobile devices growths every month. However, the absence of versions for other devices, most likely, will reduce the target audience of UBcoin. It doesn’t seem to me that it’s a problem to download and install the app, especially in the modern world, where almost everyone has gadgets. You know, I’m really surprised by the fact that the platform is focused on mobile users only. |
