21  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beginner starting trading on: November 14, 2016, 08:46:04 PM
Hello everyone i have decided to try my hand and bitcoin trading i already have a couple wallets created and the one that i have with mycelium has 4.291 mBTC i will be buying more but i am kind of lost at what to do now. you can buy and trade on the app but i don't think anyone is going to buy such a small amount. what are my next steps? i have gone back all the way to page 13 absorbing as much information as possible. just seeking a little guidance. any and all information will be greatly appreciated
You can start day trading on any bitcoin exchange that has adequate liquidity. Smaller exchanges will have lower volumes, and therefore a larger ‘spread’ been bid (buy price) and ask (sell price). That means the price has to move further before you are in profit, and trades may take longer to execute.
22  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where can i buy some bitcoin Easily from UK ? on: November 14, 2016, 08:40:29 PM
I have been using local bitcoins and bittylicious for ages now, but i recently hit my buying limits on bitty and it seems everyone on Localbitcoins wants a photo of me with my bank card, next they will want a vile of blood to go along with it..... Roll Eyes

so where else can i safely purchase bitcoins using national bank transfer ?
BitBargain was designed to be intuitive. A purchase looks like this: view the list of available sellers, start the transaction(s), transfer the money, ask the seller to verify your payment, and finally receive your bitcoins! The whole process takes just a few clicks. I believed bitbargain is the best option for now

24  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Skills vs Luck *poll* on: November 11, 2016, 02:08:59 PM
I think it's both skills and luck because if you have those two it will be easy for you to earn money. It's bad if you are just relying on luck and just doing some random pick for the coin to just find the right coin.
please, I am not trying to start an argument just offering my opinion(as your posts are your opinions). If you are like most trader on this forum who are trading based on TA and other methods that have no real edge(exploiting ineffciency), then where is your edge created? Certainly not in your entries which you have no control over. So what do you have control over then? When you exit that position, how you handle a position once it is moving? I know for price action traders, this is the hardest part. Inside the james 16 pf, those that succeed with pa are those that have clear cut rules for their exits(sure our entries are important)
25  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: SEC regulations and Bitcoin/Crypto? on: November 11, 2016, 01:55:59 PM
Thinking about the current state of Bitcoin/Crypo's and there is just so much potential for inside trading and other financial crimes. Do you think in future agencies like the SEC will require records to be kept of all trades and the likes in order to try and prosecute people? I mean as things stand someone can help work on a Crypto with a reasonable market cap, gain and share inside information and profit from that. What do you think?
I think Bitcoin has a very prickly relationship with any regulation. This thorny relationship is embedded as it were in its “DNA,” so to speak. The currency is decentralized and is, therefore, not part of the formal banking system. The founder or founders of the currency are still unknown. The principal method of earning bitcoins is still too techie for the general public and the larger bitcoin community jealously protects the currency against unwarranted regulation.

There have been previous attempts at regulating bitcoin in the US. The Department of Financial Services in the state of New York came up with the bitlicense not too long ago, which prompted severe backlash from the bitcoin community. The regulator also decided to have public hearings so as to determine the best way to go about regulation of bitcoin in New York.

Tracking indicators such as support, resistance, and moving averages can give you a good idea of when it’s time to buy or sell. Combining multiple indicators into your own trading strategy is usually going to be the best recipe for success because there will be a lower number of traders looking at the same trends as you.

If you’re going to pick out a few different indicators to track the bitcoin price on a daily basis, then you should make sure to back test your strategy before you put real money on the table. A back test is a way to see how a particular trading strategy would have fared in the past. Although past trends are not necessarily indicators of future price movements, these backrests can give you a good idea of whether or not your collection of price indicators has been able to predict price movements in the past.
27  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hosts that accept Bitcoin as payment on: November 11, 2016, 01:42:13 PM
Hello everyone!

Tell me please, what kind of data you need to select the hosting company?

I have created a list of providers that accept Bitcoin and gave information about location of servers and payment variants. What other info do you need?

List there: Hosting companies that accept Bitcoin as payment
Good list you've put up there! You sure all of them are actually providing services and not just a web page to steal bitcoins ? Only one of them is rated, other's are that bad ? Could you please put up a list of companies that provide VPS servers windows/linux for bitcoins ?
As digital currencies grow in popularity and acceptance, web hosting companies have been adopting the leading cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, as a method of payment. The anonymity and privacy that is offered by Bitcoin transactions is appealing to a wide variety of web hosting customers. Bypassing financial institutions and government regulations, Bitcoin transactions typically require little or no processing fees and can be used by companies and customers in all countries that have access to the Internet, including countries that do not permit the use of PayPal.
28  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where to get started on learning how to trade? on: November 10, 2016, 06:43:46 PM
I'm a person who wants to pick up trading again,I've tried to trade in the past and gave up due to not having enough time. Now I do have the time to learn and develop strategies, what are some books or resources I can take a look at to learn how to trade and how to develop my own strategy?
. The key to effective trading is to choose quality over quantity. Not every type of market condition will be conducive to your strategy. Swing trading works best during strong trends, whereas automated scalping tends to be more effective when the markets are stable.

To find quality trades you must first determine what trading style works best for you, as well as identify the right market conditions.
29  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump Hillary and bitcoin on: November 10, 2016, 12:21:57 PM
The shocking news of Donald Trump’s election victory rattled markets across the world, leading some investors to seek refuge in assets outside of stocks and bonds. The price of gold surged, as it usually does during times of uncertainty, but it wasn’t the only asset to benefit.

The cryptocurrency bitcoin also jumped to a recent high of $738 overnight, and was trading at around $726 on Wednesday morning according to Coindesk. That represents around a 3% increase from the $708 mark that was yesterday’s bitcoin price.

The price jump did not, however, extend to other forms of digital money. The prices of Ethereum and Ripple, which are the second and third biggest cryptocurrencies by market cap, are actually down from yesterday, by around 2% and 1% respectively,.
30  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will it working? on: November 10, 2016, 12:12:52 PM
There is nothing for sure that you will get profit or lose your bitcoins but I think that you should first calculate the exchange fee and estimate a small profit but I would think about cents because basically you will work only for the exchange.
If you are looking for a little profit from exchange or you what to arbitrage I think you have to read this "Arbitrage serves an important function in the Bitcoin economy. Thanks to the individuals and automated bots that actively look for price differences between the various Bitcoin exchanges and buy from one and sell to another if the price disparity ever becomes high enough for the transaction to be worth it, people who are buying or selling BTC for their own use can rest assured that they are paying roughly the same price no matter which exchange they go to. Arbitrage also promotes competition among exchanges; if the only people trading on exchanges were those who were actually seeking to convert their money from one currency to the other, there would not be enough volume on the smaller exchange to sustain them, and it would be very difficult for new entrants to gather up enough momentum to survive".
31  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to make a successful Trade? on: November 10, 2016, 07:34:08 AM
It's a simple as deposit, buy low, sell high, try to withdraw... find you have to send them ID... have a massive delay on withdrawal... exchange where you're trading gets hacked... The main problems are: - trying to predict price movement is difficult. imho the biggest problem is your own psychology will cause you to get it wrong. Temptation, greed, following the herd and more personality flaws will cause you loss - the next problem is that there is no reliable, cheap or decentralised ways to trade. Your funds are at risk from: - real hacks - fake hacks - government confiscation.
32  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which trading method is better? on: November 10, 2016, 07:05:25 AM
Successful trading requires lots of discipline. So many people want the quick money, but overnight success is often years in the making. To win against the market, you must first win against your own weaker self. Just because you have some money to invest and bored with TV, you should not put that money into the next best coin. Sometimes not trading is the most profitable strategy. Sometimes you should wait for the right moment to enter your trade a little longer. Sometimes you just need to hold longer to meet your target price.

35  Other / Politics & Society / Many Church on: November 07, 2016, 07:15:25 AM
Today we have many denominations of churches allover the world. My question is: can Christianity be united under the same body?. Jesus pray for us "that they may be one even as I and my father is one"
36  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to start trading with a very small amount on: November 07, 2016, 07:06:59 AM
Join a site like Poloniex that has a low minimum trade (about 10,000 satoshi). Then use some faucets to get your starting money. Then experiment, only risking 10,000 satoshi at a time (it's like risking 1 cent). Once after you are confident that you know what you are doing, should you trade with larger amounts. It's no big deal if a trade goes wrong and you lose the equivalent of 1 cent - but it hurts if it is several hundred dollars. So make your mistakes with small amounts.
poloniex is one of the best place to trade betcoin and eth or bitcoin and litecoin. A newbie should find out the support and resistance level in any of the currency pairs he what to trade.
37  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Share your opinions about technical analysis on: November 05, 2016, 08:56:21 AM
1. Technical analysis is only take into account from past data.
2. Technical analysis only can gives hint about 50%-70% true signal for buy or sell.
3. Technical analysis does not has power prediction but just only detection condition of market according to the data.
THAT IS JUST MY OPINIONS  Cheesy
For more information share your opinions. Thank you
I make a post sometimes ago " can we relies on technical analysis in making a trading decisions". From the reply I got, we may not be accurate up to 50% talk less of 75%. What drives the market is fundamental issue such as news, expats analysis, emotion and greed. Technical analysis only analyzed past market valued.
38  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'd like to get some bitcoins. Is now a good time to do so? on: November 05, 2016, 08:45:22 AM
I'm planning on getting a fraction of a bitcoin. Maybe about 1/4 or 1/8 BTC just to fill my wallet with something. Is now a good time to do so?
currently, bitcoin is trending within $700 and $745! What this mean compared to some month back is; bitcoin has become expensive and not good time to buy and keep. I am planning to buy when bitcoin is a little above 625 because the best time to buy like others market or trading's is that we should buy when assets are low and sells when it is high.
39  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin may likely touch 728.68 before second week of November. on: November 04, 2016, 02:41:12 PM
anyone with some updates on the current price. It seems very expensive. I expect a drop in price very soon
The market currently trending within $700 and $745. I expect a breakouts by next week which will give new direction to the market.
40  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin may likely touch 728.68 before second week of November. on: November 03, 2016, 01:48:56 PM
Technical analysis shown bitcoin my likely touch 728 before second week of november. Expert in the house what are your thought?. "This forecast has not been reviewed by a professional and should not be used for making financial decisio! Past performance does not guarantee future returns!".

Bitcoin already touched 728$ so the analysis is correct.

Let`s hope that the btc price will continue to grow and bitcoin will touch 800$ before  December.
Thank you sir. Only  has seen and said the analysis was correct, and like you have said $800 is in view if and only if; $750 resistance is broken. From now to December let keep our eye in the market because this is when we would make it big this year.
