If bitcoin dies the altcoins certainly wont die, there will be a replacement of bitcoin, preferable or replacement of bitcoin would be Ethereum, XMR, or PIVX.
Bitcoin brought the blockchain on a high level and made the way open for other coins, if bitcoin for any reason dies it will always have a replacement.

One thing I dont trust in this world are banks, governments and people who think they know everything not coming out of their comfort zone, privilaged and nothing learned in life.

I am a trader and a huge fan of cryptocurrency and the blockchain as a whole.
I write alot on this forum and I do a descent amount of research about the greatest projects almost every day.
I have written alot of stuff on Dutch sites and my English is also perfect, I am involved on : www.mingocoin.com and have written the whitepaper.
So what I question myself is what are the tasks if I would be operating the site with you, is it only writing or is there also other stuff to do?
It would also be possible to invest around 40+ hours a week if there is a nice return for it, could you roughly estimate what in return one would get joining you on the website?

Altough I invested some in it and I made a profit till today I believe it is a dirty ponzi scheme, there is no way these people are not making any losses and paying between 0,1-3% per day to every investor there is, people have invested heavily in it, it is just a matter of time till everything collapses, for me something to be transparent is when people show themselves and where they stand for, these guys are very anonymous.

Altcoin trading is very profitable, more profitable than bitcoin especially if you havent got more than 1 bitcoin altcoins are way more profitable than bitcoin, why should btc be more profitable?
Altcoins can gain as much as 70% up in one day, chances of doubling or even trippeling your money on altcoins are more, on long term if uou got enough to spend bitcoin can also be profitable.

As XVG hits more exchanges it gets up higher in value, it is not true like most people say its too late, XVG is amongst one of the best anonymous cryptocurrencies, XMR, PIVX are allready higher in price but it is a matter of time XVG will be higher, investing now is the best thing to do, eventually it will become available at more exchanges and there is no need to discredit the coin on that.

NEO is a very good coin with an amazing project, but when investing in NEO one must know what he does and what the consequences of these are, I bought neo when it was a little too high in price and sold when the price fell low, NEO is unpredictable and is as of now no stable investment, it can go all sides, now I am holding the damn coins till I see a profit or get my own money out of it.

They pumped and pumped real good, previous time indeed it fell back hard again  but lets hope this time it is stable around $1, the announcement was the whole reason for the pump but actually it wasn't that big, the sports platform they were working with was a small one, people just riding the hype hence the pump, this coin has great potential, imagine them working with EA Sports or other big companies, this is definitely a long time hold coin.

Their announcement was not too huge that is true, but this coin in my opinion has great potential, it has a perfect coin supply reaching about 50.000.000 as of now and total circulation will be 100.000.000 , imagine them working with EA Sports or with advertisement companies, they will be huge in the future and when the price rised I think people saw the potential in this coin and they want to hop on the train right on time.

I converted mine when it hit $1000 and never looked at it again actually, but I think you should answer this question yourselve, do you think it will be bigger than bitcoin and the price will go up? will it still have value with the upcoming fork?
Also there is room for other altcoins to grow bigger and bigger so why not invest in those and get rid of your BCC when the price is high enough and  you are satisfied with it.

I dont think you should depend on signals spreaded by people on this forum, the best way to spot nice announcements or partnerships etc. is by following some of the projects you are interested in, there are many sources like twitter, slack, and other social media where people talk about it, also if you are interested in a good project try following their roadmap and whitepaper, in the end everything that they planned will be found in their texts, dont depend on others!

Well I definitely agree with you that young people should invest in bitcoin, now is surely the opportunity to make some big bags of cash in the coming years, I see people saying you are provoking young people, well you are not in my oppinion, there are more provocative things than investing in your future! , they can invest the half of what they have to spend in cryptocurrency and expect a big % of profits in a few years.

If you are making $400 a month mining Monero that is absolutely fine!
I think bitcoin will be taken over by some good and real anonymous coins, and Monero is one of them, it has a faster tansaction, you don't have to deal with forking and all that crap, and it is doesn't have a bad name as the bi(g)tcoin, I think eventually bitcoin will be taken over by XMR,PIVX, and last but not least XVG, also an amazing project!

I agree that on long term Ethereum is going to take over the throne of Bitcoin, not only the price of both cryptocurrencies will decide that but the actually the real world use, I think Ethereum is closer to world uses than bitcoin due to its smart contracts and also the tokens running on Ethereum network, I am more convinced that other projects will also take over, think about NEO,OMG and QTUM, but for the next few years I think there is no chance of another coin taking the place of Bitcoin.
