561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still invest in ICO's in 2019.? - Poll please vote on: March 06, 2019, 05:52:49 AM
the market is too quiet this time, yes the price of ICO is too cheap but ofcourse it is just like a gambling, the risks are too high, the risk that the ICO wont be a successful one and the risk that the team might run your money away, there is nothing wrong investing to ICO it is just risky but you can scan the ICO first before joining in.
562  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you buy National Lottery tickets with Bitcoin in your country? on: March 06, 2019, 04:23:37 AM
Nope, I can't. Using Bitcoin/cryptocurrencies as a medium of payment and or buying lottery tickets are prohibited in my country. Because my government had the regulations for both and quite strict about gambling (in my country, lottery tickets is the same as gambling). Even though, I still using fiat to buying some lottery tickets.

it is all about the legality, as of now since the crypto currency has not gained any support from government in terms of legality we should expect most of our transaction is fiat base maybe 1% of establishments in the world accepts crypto as mode of payment, and since if we bet using crypto on national lottery it is hard for them to compute and give the stake on the winners if the betting is splitted in fiat and crypto payment.
563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any valid reason to continue gambling? on: March 06, 2019, 03:32:06 AM
nothing, except just for having fun. if someone gambles for profit, they just fall in the same big circle.
Same words and same advice but you know what? how many times you're going to say that the valid reason to continue gambling is just to have fun? its applicable for you and few others but in general it isn't applicable for all.

You can't stop gamblers who have been into profit because it's very essential and basic reason why we gamble. A valid reason to gamble is when you think that there's a need to do so, for profits or for fun.

there is no such good reason to continue on gambling, even those millionaires who are just having FUN are falling and in the end they have been bankrupt and regret all the actions they did, maybe people can gamble for leisure and not putting all their assets to it. The nature of gambler is that, as long as they are keep loosing they are betting.
564  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the main problem with the crypto market at the moment? on: March 06, 2019, 03:06:55 AM
There are many factors that cause problems in the crypto market today. I believe that one of the main problems of cryptocurrency at this time is the number of ICO scam projects or not in accordance with the roadmap, and it makes investors lazy to invest their money in the crypto market and make the market not move up.

Scam projects really affects the WHOLE image of cryptocurrency as well as the wrong way of using the crypto like as mode of payment in illegal works, for those who are not aware of crypto the image of it will be set to their mind that this is a kind of a project that set to be a scam one that is why they dont want it or they dont want to invest to it anymore.
565  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin shortage - Is it Possible? on: March 05, 2019, 02:38:53 PM
I personally don’t think it would ever come to that point, since the value of bitcoin adjusts to satisfy the demand. I’d like to hear other opinions?

in our time it is impossible there are lots of bitcoin to be mine and halving will took place to it, and we are all dead after the last bitcoin will be halve, and since there are some instances that the bitcoin are on the address that no has an owner it will affect the market of bitcoin in the end.
566  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you use cryptocurrencies in your daily life? Are they useful? on: March 05, 2019, 02:13:29 PM
I am using it too often but still not be able to spend bitcoin for the purchases so I have to convert it into fiat before using it on my regular needs.

Yes it is useful on many ways and much important it it can help us to make money by simply holding it.

since there are lots of business establishments are not accepting a crypto payment we need to convert it to fiat and even that there are businesses that are accepting it, it is not worth it to use crypto as payment because of the price,it is better to used it on trading or other purposes that can increase its value.
567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: whether a bounty hunter can help increase trading volume? on: March 05, 2019, 01:31:35 PM
most bounty hunters participate in promoting large projects managed by a company that wants to successfully run the project to be developed, project managers can provide potential coins such as bitcoin and ethereum to bounty hunters who participate to promote it. Does the weekly or monthly payment that a manager can provide can encourage growth in market price movements?
because surely some of them always trade every week or monthly after being paid because they need money for their needs.
Is this one of the factors that can increase trading volume other than large investors who can influence market prices?

not all of them are trading their coins, most of bounty hunters are selling their coins after acquiring it and dont expect them that they are trading it also most bounty ICO wont pay in weekly or monthly basis usually they are paying after their ICO.
568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty and Airdrop Listings on: March 04, 2019, 04:26:15 PM

Thank you all for your help. There was a misunderstanding with some of you guys though, I am not looking for a bounty listing website as a bounty hunter, but as an ICO project who wants to list their bounty there. But anyhow, your answers were kind and helpful. I looked online and found a list of bounty listing websites that probably is incomplete, but nevertheless useful for me.

You can check our site. https://cryptocreed.com/ico-bounty/ here  you can find some best and more details bounty campaigns.

the listing is good but it does not mean that are all the best and seems like it is not updated due to the numerous number of listing it has only a two pages and also if a team want to list their bounty they free to do that because of the form indicated above so it is not filtered right?
Still it is a good one for bounty hunters to scan their choices there.
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I want to put some BTC back into altcoins...suggestions? on: March 04, 2019, 01:45:40 PM
I’m feeling like most altcoins have bottomed out for the most part. If things ever turn around, I think a lot of these projects will skyrocket.

I currently have 79% of my holdings in BTC. 8% Eth, 7% LTC, 3% BNB, and the rest in various shitcoins.

Let’s say I wanted to put 5% of my bitcoin into 3 projects...what would you recommend?

Thanks. (Please not shitcoin shills. Real projects. Real longevity.)

you can look into CHT coin that is the only coin that I can suggest to you, it is already proven that coin has  a good purpose that is why the value has become the trend for the last few months.
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Proof of Pumps on: March 04, 2019, 09:29:37 AM
There are certain events like halvings (BTC,LTC) and rebandings (NEO) that have historically led to real pumps, not just buy the rumor sell the news ones but actual triggers of massive gains.

Does anyone have any charts to share for various proof of pumps?

Why people are always looking for some evidence of pumps even the fact of no one really knows when it will happen or it will happen and also why people are giving their insight about the pumps even the facts that no one has an idea about it. Yes halving can affect the price but still who knows when the price hits a good numbers.
571  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where to invest BTC other than in casino bankrolls? on: March 03, 2019, 05:17:21 PM
Overally there is 3 option: mining, trading, lending.
Currently first one is dead, second one for me is still gambling. So let's think about third one. Here profit absolutely depends on your choises, whom to lend and how much. If you want some statistics, see thread of zazarb, he has great and easy list of how much has he landed, which was paid and etc. Consider that sometimes trustworthy people turn into liars too.
Sometimes lending will also ends in huge losses and nowadays having collateral is problem since DT members tagging them as account sellers so making enough reputation to lend money without any collateral is not a small matter now so nothing is easy.

Collaterals are not always forum account so what is the connection with being account sellers? Lending could bring lots of profit if you make good decisions on whom to lend, usually it is 10% profit in just a week time
572  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Earn Cryptocurrency Without Spending on: March 03, 2019, 03:29:41 PM
Joining bounty campaign can give you a big profit especially if the token is performing good. Here in the forum can make some income while learning but do not be abusive because it will go back to us if we don't respect the forum(not following the rules). We can learn and earn here so this a good place for earning without using or spending money from your pockets.

573  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everything we must know about ODDs in sports betting :) on: March 03, 2019, 02:42:55 AM
Like myself, I guess many gamblers here are getting confused on properly understanding about what is odds and what its significance in deciding profit levels. (I guess on the event of loss, there will be no need of odds as there will be only zero payments, right ?).

I just checked on wikipedia and found this:

In gambling, the odds on display do not represent the true chances (as imagined by the bookmaker) that the event will or will not occur, but are the amount that the bookmaker will pay out on a winning bet, together with the required stake.

I am just a dice gambler (precisely, I am a gambler only after adopting cryptos) and now want to extend my gambling into sports betting too. I have tried few dart and cricket betting and made profits too as per my friend's guidelines and honestly at those times I never bothered about what was odds. But, now I want to be independent sports better hence want to learn about odds.

By simply skipping the part of "odds", will we able to make profits in sports betting like capability of predicting the winning team is alone enough ?

if people will just predict it is a 50-50 gambling chance but if people will look some information regarding the teams then the advantage is on its side, unless the competitors are battling using an advantage like home court advantage in basketball, when it comes to other sports betting like tennis it is anybody's game also on the soccer sports betting no one can predict it nicely even underdog has a high chance of winning in that kind of game.
574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do people but bigger bets in sports compared to other type of gambling? on: March 02, 2019, 05:41:32 PM
Many people are enjoying and betting in high amounts in sports because they can scan well the teams that are going to compete, they can look who has a high chance of winning and they are going to bet over it even the odds is too low.
575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: New Coins with huge ICO price on: March 02, 2019, 04:44:06 PM
What is your take on new tokens with unnecessarily large ICO prices? Scam or Genuine?

With such prices, their ICO usually takes a lot of time and people still invest, is there a possibility of it being a good project because I just stumbled on one now with with current ICO price of $2.74 and they intend on increasing it in the future

with the price of 2.74$ for me is doubtful, it is too high compare on the other ICO that ranges a dollar of less and with the basis for the success of the ICO is not on the price so you better look for the other investment you can put some investment there but dont expect that the price will reach that high after listing.

577  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin could be used to pay for Bills, load and for travel in the Philippines on: March 02, 2019, 08:53:34 AM
Here in the Philippines we could use our local wallet called coins.ph to buy load pay for our electric, water and credit card bills and even book for travel.

There are lots of inatitutions that are partnering with coins.ph in terms of payment method, and when it comes to payment using coins.ph to an airline it is a great opportunity to show to the world that the cryptocurrency has a good used here.
578  Economy / Economics / Re: Chinese rating cryptocurrency on: March 01, 2019, 06:11:50 PM
What does the compilation of the Chinese cryptocurrency rating mean and is it worth considering when investing?

you can consider a Chinese crypto because the risk is lessen due to their law that any ICO that will be launch should be registered to their government agency. If I can see that article regarding that I saw before I will put it here.
579  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Samsung Galaxy S10 supporting cryptocurrency via Enjin Crypto Wallet on: March 01, 2019, 03:40:15 PM
580  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Closed computer shop for bitcoins on: March 01, 2019, 01:53:55 PM
