Exscudo Weekly Update
On January 25 EON testnet will be updated and new features will be added, including the colored coins functionality.
Users will be able to test all of the functions that the colored coins will have in the main net: issue coins, change their amount, and make another operations like transactions.
Searches for buy bitcoin in the UK have seen a monumental rise since December 2017, after the cryptocurrencys price surged from under $1,000 (£724) at the start of 2017 to almost $20,000 (£14,487) in December.
Alternative cryptocurrencies like Ethereum, Litecoin, and Ripple have witnessed similarly drastic rises in the UK as professional and armchair investors alike attempt to make their millions off the next Bitcoin. Read more about UK crypto landscape in Exscudo blog.
This week we had some important news on cryptocurrency regulations. First, South Korea is officially not shutting down bitcoin exchanges. Besides, France created working group for cryptocurrency regulations. Andrew Zimine, CEO of Exscudo shared his opinion on cryptocurrency regulations in these countries. "I really hope that in the near future national authorities of South Korea will develop some well-balanced and detailed regulation of the sector", he said. "Sane national authorities choose to regulate, and not ban cryptocurrencies, because this year will show us a lot of astonishing news in the sector of blockchain and cryptocurrencies."
