Member who claimed 1st vouch copy doesn't respond to my account confirmation PM (none of account login details disclosed, just notification that account is ready) nor did he was present on forum since 13th January.
I will give him couple of days to respond, if not, somebody else can claim that 1st vouch copy (if you want account with random details).
