I have seen those fail, but they weren't made with that intention during those late nights someone was coding them. They were just quick throw outs that has become popular cause so many people are money hungry.

Today's world doesn't need a use to have something, we all buy the newest products when not needed. This is down the line which of course is in contrast to the original posting (apologies) but for right now its a survival of the fittest in this world... still a rush I wouldn't be getting sitting at a desk job waiting for 5 p.m. to hit.

With all the issues going on, i don't see why a different countries wouldn't adopt different currencies that their native programmers create.

Maybe... just maybe that's where the next coins should focus, on the strengths of what a country can offer. Even if it's something as minute as recycling items for cryptos,which can then be used to purchase clean water in third world countries that have such issues. (Just a random thought as many of them wont have an electronic device at the moment to transfer as easily as we do)

How long before they replied at all?

They have yet to refund 3BTC from a failed transaction and now even the reversal of my BTC has not been credited to my account.

Seems even to this day they are having trouble getting shit straight. They verified an account and when selling bitcoins they stated account not found. Then of course my 3 BTC would be refunded, it is now more than 24 hours later and I'm still waiting... Not happy

A lot of what's said in the OP is what I've come across as the weeks and months have been passing.

Whether you want to believe it or not, only the alt coin miners rummage through all the info online, and are the ones who know. Yes there's also a surplus of different coins, the world doesn't use just one currency. If it does eventually it'll be BTC/LTC, and others will be on smaller scales for easy transactions.

Of course we all want to benefit, that doesn't mean it isn't doing the work of growing the community.
Soon more and more people will get options of what coin they want to use. Saying any particular coin is the best, is like saying a specific religion is best. Useless fight. When I hear people putting down better attributed coins, it's all in the worry that whichever they like will lose interest of some major hashing power.

Do what you can to help others come up, we all getting screwed over by fiat.... Even if new chains appear, it's putting our funds somewhere else, althought some could really use an overhaul. You know whic ones to mine, all the info is online.

Still can't sync wallet, added the node mentioned earlier. It shows a connection but still not downloading the blockchain. Hopefully ProfMac will point his ASIC at the pool, would be nice to have one of my own.

Yes are there any other pools besides those two. The first has it maximum users reached and btg.binarycoins.eu, well I gave up about 2 days of work when it opened and had ~30 gem payout, then bam stats restarted and left me with 0.

I do and did understand the risks in a new pool, but damn did it hurt. There was also no announcement on their news tab about apologies or compensation, what a waste of hashing power. Hope i atleast helped the gentleman advance his coding techniques or something.
